Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about a political figure aside from something going on in the United States with the politics going on in the re election or election that's going on in November. So I thought I might bring up the chart of Vladimir Putin, who is the president of Russia. So looking at this.
I think I'm seeing a lot of very unusual and interesting things that are telling me Russia's in for a big change.
Now. Pretty much. He's been the leader there for a very, very long time. So let me show you what I'm looking at and you'll better understand what I'm referring to during this unusual time on planet Earth. So putting up Vladimir Putin's chart there, we can see that he has a Libra ascendant. And with Libra ascendant, I think this is significant because right now Mercury is about to go retrograde on October 14th in Libra. It's going to bring up a lot of issues and things from the past for him. But just analyzing the power of his chart, I think it's fascinating how planets that he has situated in his 12th house. 12th house deals with foreign affairs. And it is a very, very secretive house as well as. So is the 8th house now going to his 12th house. He has Sun, Saturn and Mercury and Neptune all in Virgo. Now, mercury is 29 degrees of Virgo. Very, very powerful placement. As a matter of fact, I also noted here, in October, the new moon will occur at 29 degrees of Virgo. I find that so interesting that it's going to be exactly on his Mercury in the 12th house. What's the 12th house? Hidden agendas, foreign affairs. What could he be up to during the time of the elections that are occurring in the United States? Well, he's up to a lot. Let me tell you that the new moon is new beginnings. And it hits right on his Mercury. Now, that mercury being 29 degrees of Virgo, of course it's exalted being at that degree, I mean, being in that sign. But that degree being the highest degree of all the planets in his chart represents the atma Karaka. And the Atma Karaka represents who you are. Imagine that he is the epitome of an exalted Mercury. So he's brilliant, he's smart, he knows exactly what to do. He's always thinking ahead. He's always ahead of everyone else. Very powerful, very powerful mind. Now, Neptune's pretty close to Mercury. Notice that as well. Neptune can be Very deceptive and it can be very creative all at the same time. But in the 12th house, he hides a lot. There's a lot of secrets I can see from the looks of this chart. But also notice he has Saturn conjunct the sun. Saturn conjunct the sun. You will always be trying as hard as you can to make things work. But you know, there are some struggles with that. Probably he had some issues with his dad. I'm not quite sure about the background of all of that. But I know that Saturn suns struggle with self esteem based on some kind of issue they had with the father.
Now, going to where his moon is, this is another important variable that I think tells a lot. His moon is in Taurus. Yes, it's exalted in Taurus. In the eighth house secrets again. This guy is very, very secretive. And you wonder somehow how somebody with the ruler of the 10th house, which is your career, your profession.
How he's become one of the most powerful leaders and the world when the ruler of the 10th is in the 8th.
Now, the 8th house can deal with some really dark energy. And I think it's also because he has the support of people surrounding him. The eighth house is also financial support that comes through others as well. It can be investors. But it is an extraordinarily powerful house. But it can deal with some very, very dark energies. The fact that he has the sun in the 12th but the moon in the 8th.
I mean, this could actually be someone that's seeking enlightenment or spirituality. But when you take it down the road of the negative connotations.
This is somebody who is extremely private and secretive and hides a lot, especially even from himself. With Mercury conjunct Neptune.
Yeah, this is, this is a very, very interesting personality that's very hidden and so many, many ways. I notice also that Rahu being in Capricorn, actually aspects the moon. I look at the trinal aspects. So it's in a sense kind of like Rahu's with the moon. So he can be obsessive and compulsive about thoughts and ideas and take it to the extreme. But the real reason why I wanted to bring out his chart is not necessarily to analyze and consider his personality.
I can make all sorts of assumptions, but there's something more deeper about him. One thing I will give you, this man is extraordinarily psychic and intuitive. I mean, he knows things. He doesn't know how he knows, but he does. He's got a gift when it comes to intuition and really psychic ability. And I. He is Very interested in the occult, which simply means things that are hidden. And he probably uses some tools or techniques. Yeah, probably does. Even, you know, working with psychics. You know, I remember reading books years ago which were psychic discoveries behind the Iron Curtain. Because this is no foreign thing. They don't take this lightly. They use the powers of metaphysical occult. And I have no doubt that he uses them and he's gifted with them. So this may even be how he remains in control.
But I wanted to look at the transiting planets coming up here for the. For October through the end of the year, because his chart is going to be hard hit. That is the transit of Mars. Wow. Mars is retrograde back into Pisces. And by, by the time that it retrogrades and it comes to a stop before it turns direct, which will be November 14, it will be.
Almost exactly opposed his sun. His sun sits at 20 degrees of Virgo. Mars will station November 14th to turn direct at 21 degrees of Pisces.
This is intense. Now Mars is going to be in the sixth house. Sixth house does deal with enemies. And the 12th house is known to be dealing with secret enemies. But they say when Mars is in the six all by itself, usually you can outwit and outdo your enemies because it's a malefic in an upachaya house, meaning it's. You can win over enemies, but it is exactly aspecting the sun while it's stationing that sun ruler of the 11th house in the 12th house. Those people that he may think are his friends may not be. He has to be careful. This is a dangerous and treacherous time for all leaders. But it really does hit home in Vladimir Putin's chart.
So I thought that that was really, really interesting. And another thing that I found interesting in the chart that I pulled up for Russia, I don't want to go through all of the odds and ends with that chart, but I did notice that in that chart, natal Mars.
Is at 14 degrees of Pisces. And I found that to be so interesting because the full moon that occurs.
In October.
Will be 14 degrees of Pisces. And that's going to be monumental. Let's see, the full moon I have in October will be. And I think that it is towards the end, yes, October's the full moon.
Will be.
Well, the new moon is going to be on.
October 16th. And.
Yes, the new. The new moon is, I believe it's October 1st. Okay, here we go. October 1st is the full moon at 14 degrees of Pisces. And it is going to be exactly on natal Mars in the chart for Russia. Now, that that opposes where Putin's mercury sits at 29 degrees of Virgo, where we have the new moon.
And this is going to be a huge month for Russia and for Putin based on the cycle of Mars retrograde, based on the Mercury retrograde.
And a lot is going to change globally in the world. And I think these powerhouses, Russia, the United States and even China, are all involved in what's to come this pivotal month.
