Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about the second week of December 4th, from December 8th through the 14th. And what you're going to find in this week is a lot of things are about to change. So pay attention because I'm going to be giving you information as to how to navigate your life and use these days for what they're best suited for based on where the Moon is and based on where the planets are. So I'm going to be talking about when the Moon changes signs, as well as when it goes to into different Nakshatras, as well as any major aspects or retrogrades that are prominent during this time. So December 8th, I'm sitting here looking at my computer right now and shifting from day to day to see where all the planets are, particularly where all the planets are relative to the Moon, because this really is how we can navigate our daily activities according to the Moon and the cycles. So by December 8th we have a dark moon. It's actually a few days before the new Moon. And generally when you have this, it's a time of being a little bit more introspective because the Moon is, is waning in its light. But December 8th and December 9th, I particularly love these days because we have the Moon with Venus on this day. So December 8th, this is incredible. The Moon moves into, let's see, it's going to be. It's going to move into Libra pretty much somewhere around 11:30, 11:30am it's going to be in Libra. And during this time.
It is beautiful with Venus. So it's applying to Venus in Libra. And this makes the Moon very agreeable. Venus Moon conjunctions are all about beauty, entertainment. It's a great day to enjoy the arts. And particularly it is a great day for any social contacts or events going to Parties celebrating. This is a wonderful day. It is a Friday which is ruled by Venus also here in the central standard time. So the moon on the 8th now this is way later. It's going to be in the Nakshatra Chitra till around and Chitra is the bright and shining one. So really close to noon time we have the moon in Chitra and it just crosses over an incredible fixed star called Spica. One of the most beautiful stars for literary genius. So it is a great time for the arts and self expression.
Now throughout the day this is best day for public relations. But be careful of your speech. Why? Because Mars and the sun are in the second house from the moon. You might blurt out things that you regret. Be careful and choose your words carefully. So that's one thing. But it is a good day for social events. Just watch your mouth and what you say. Okay, so let's move to December 9th. Jupiter and Venus will be opposing one another. This is actually December 9th and the 10th. But on December 9th we still have the moon in Libra all day. And the moon will conjunct Venus exactly around 8:30am Dec. 9 Central Standard Time. And both the moon and Venus are opposed Jupiter. So you see on this day the moon is aspected by both benefics being conjunct Venus in opposed Jupiter. It's a wonderful day for romance, love, relationships. Might be a great day to pop that question.
Marriage or engagement. It's a beautiful day to celebrate and you know, for the most time it is a Saturday.
Remember this because I love this day so much with the moon being Libra conjunct Venus opposed Jupiter. I actually chose this day to do my 2024 predictions. So be aware that this is the day that I'm going to be doing my live predictions. It's going to be about a three hour class on this day and I chose close to this time around 10:30am Central Standard Time for this class. Okay, so Moving forward to December 10th, we still have Jupiter opposed Venus. And this is Let me move this forward.
So we're looking at the 10th and Veen. The moon is about to leave Libra, but it's in Libra for half the day. And the moon will change into Scorpio. Well, actually.
It looks like it's going to be a little bit later in the day. In the evening, 7:00pm Central Standard Time.
The moon moves into Scorpio. When the moon moves into Scorpio, you will see a definite change in energy. Wow. It's going to go from.
Good things to bad things, let me just say, because the moon's debilitated in Scorpio, but for the most part take advantage of the early part of the day while it's still in library.
And while it's still in Libra, we still. It's a great day for romance, love and social events. But be prepared for the next day because with the moon in Scorpio, it's going to be aligning with the Mars sun conjunction. We're coming to the new Moon. That actually happens on December 12th. But on December 11th we have the very dark moon. Okay, it may move into Scorpio, but it's still a very dark moon. It will be behind the sun, which is actually called up Islamic Moon and is a day of deep, deep introspection. And it's not a good day to start new projects at all. So be aware that this is lay low, get some rest, don't start new things. This is after 7pm and then throughout the day on December 12th, we still have the very, very dark moon. This is until around 6.30pm.
Then we will have the new Moon. But throughout the day we have a dark moon, new moon, but the sun, moon and Mars are all aligned in Scorpio and Mars and the sun are in the Nakshatra Jaista, which is the Nakshatra of jealousy. It's also a Nakshatra of revenge. So we're going to start seeing a lot of majorly difficult things acting up. And get ready because this is the day right before Mercury turns retrograde. So you're going to see a big change of mood, a big change of events around the 12th and 13th December. And I could say that around this new moon on December 12th with, with the moon moving by 12:30am so this is right after midnight, the moon moves into the Nakshatra. Jesta and Jasta is one of the more difficult Nakshatras for the moon to be in. This is very difficult. So it deals with revenge, it deals with the dark side of Scorpio. This is in the Tale of the Scorpion. So be aware that there could be global violence and destruction on this day. Lay low and refrain from angry outbursts.
December 13th. This is the day Mercury turns retrograde at 14 degrees of Sagittarius. And the Moon will transit this day into Sagittarius right before midnight Central standard time. So the whole day is going to be in Scorpio pretty much. And this is a very difficult day, even though we do have the new Moon. So let me move this forward and be looking at this on the screen. Yes. So one thing about this Mercury retrograde.
On the 13th, it's going to be conjunct. The Moon and Mercury Moon coming together means fluctuating ideas. People cannot make their mind up. And on this day you're going to get a sense of people changing their mind. You'll be changing your mind. It's not an easy day at all. So as, as it's turning retrograde, just remember this is a day not to make decisions and there's a lot of confusion.
And the Moon is in the Nakshatra for the, for the whole day. Moolah Mula is the Nakshatra of destruction. So there's a lot going on today. But one thing you can discover is you can get to the root and the cause of things. Because Moolah symbol is a root which represents getting to the bottom of things. Although it is a day that is that you can find a lot of destruction and unhappiness going on all around the world.
Don't make travel plans on the day that Mercury changes.
To go retrograde. There'll be flight delays, cancellations, so many problems that will prevent you from getting to your destination.
So let's talk about December 14th.
So on this day, the sun is about to change from Scorpio to Sagittarius.
So looking at this, let's look at the 14th. The sun is Gandanta. It's around 28 degrees Scorpio. But Mars and the sun are still together and they're in the Nakshatra Jesta. So this whole period while Mars is in Jesta and the sun sun is in Jesta, look out. There's a lot of violence going on in the world. But December 14, the moon is still in Sagittarius all day.
But.
It will not be in Mula anymore. It will be in the Nakshatra Purva Ashata. Because the moon around 10:30pm the day before the moon will move into the Nakshatra Purvashada. And that's much better than Mula Purva Ashta is about truth finding and facts and justice. So this is a day you'll find that there's more justice that comes about. You feel more.
Like what you've been saying is being heard and realized. You'll feel a sense of justice and fairness throughout this day, because right before.
This whole day, pretty much the moon will be in this Nakshatra.
But it's a combination of the moon still being with Mercury that makes this emotionally.
A lot of emotional upheaval. Now the moon will go from Purva Ashada into uttara ashada around 9.30pm and this will soften things up from the intensity of the feelings. You'll find things start to level out and things become a little bit, not a lot, but a little bit more peaceful. So that covers the second week of December, December.
