Who will be the next President of France 2017?

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Today I'd like to talk about the presidential elections occurring now in France. The election date will occur April 23rd where they will be choosing two candidates that will go into the running. That will occur May 7th. May 7th, they will have their new president.

So I'm about to analyze the astrological charts of each candidate and going to make it relative to the chart that I'm using, the birth chart for France. So taking the candidates charts, looking at the astrology involved here, I'm going to make an unbiased prediction. So with that I'd like you to know that Vedic astrology is quite different than Western astrology. So please be aware that these charts that I'm about to display will be quite different in terms of their location of the planets. They fall backwards in the zodiac with Vedic sidereal astrology. So with this, I would like to start with the birth chart for France.

The data that I'm using for the birth chart of France is October 6, 1958, 6:30pm in Paris. And looking at this chart, the ascendant is 22 degrees of Pisces. And when I look to where the sun is in this chart, it is at 19 degrees of Virgo. These points are extremely important because I'm finding that right now the transit of Jupiter in the sky is transiting through Virgo, so it is aspecting the sun and it is opposing the Ascendant.

Transiting Venus likewise is in the sign of Pisces. So the opposition of the two great benefics in astrology, Venus in Jupiter, are, are incredibly important in terms of this analysis. And what I believe is because Jupiter is going to be on the sun around the time of these elections and aspecting the Ascendant exactly on the election day on April 23, that France is about to elect president, that is going to be a great, great benefit to France. And as I have been noticing around the world, there has been this sway from conservative to liberal or socialist. And what's happening around the world is that the swing is coming back to more conservative rule. Because when people are dissatisfied with what has been occurring, they tend to want to change to the oppos. So as the pendulum swings from liberal to conservative around the world, I think this will probably be the result in France as well.

So looking at these charts, I want to really go over some specifics that I look for in predicting precedence in astrology. So, so let's start with the first chart I want to look at is going to be.

Francois Filon. And here is his chart. And you will find that all the astrological data that I'm using will be displayed in all of the charts that I have displayed up here on the screen.

So talking about his chart, his Ascendant is in Virgo, which is really an important Ascendant to have right now because of the Jupiter transiting in Virgo. So this is like really positive for him to have Jupiter on the ascendant. So I'm going to give you all the pros and the cons, what is good, what is bad. Because remember, for anyone to make it this far to be running as the President, you're going to find powerful good things in the chart occurring whether or not they are elected.

So his ascendant which I see is 18 degrees of Virgo. This is remarkable how many of these candidates have, have planets or points of reference in their chart around 18, 19 degrees of Virgo. Because remember in the countries chart for France, the sun is 19 degrees of Virgo. This is so significant. But looking at Phyllon's chart, he has got Venus, Sun, Moon and Mercury all in the sign of Aquarius. And Aquarius is being hard hit right now because Ketu, the nodes of the moon, Rahu is the north node, Ketu is the south node. Ketu is transiting in Aquarius. And this is difficult. But not only is Ketu transiting in Aquarius, so is Neptune. So, so over the past year, year and a half we have had Rahu and Ketu, which create the eclipses by the way. These are the solar eclipses have been occurring in Aquarius and Leo. And this eclipse that just happened in Aquarius, it is with Neptune. Neptune deals with deceit, denial and corruption and so many times scandals. So Neptune has been traveling with Ketu which is uncovering things from the past. And many times this will relate to things with scandals. So Phyllon has four planets in Aquarius and most importantly his moon. The Moon is the most personal point of a chart. And he's had Ketu and Neptune transiting here which will bring up things from the past, scandals, things that have been hidden.

I might make reference to the presidential elections for the United States because when I was assessing the chart for Hillary Clinton, because we didn't have her birth time, I used her daughter Chelsea Clinton's chart. And I might add that Chelsea had her son in Aquarius in her chart. As this eclipse of Neptune, Ketu conjoined her sun.

And it was actually 8th from her moon which is very difficult placement 8th house.

I predicted because of scandals that Hillary would be exposed and there would be disgrace. Because when I went back to the last time, 18 and a half years, when K2 was there before.

Chelsea, this was 1997, 1998 went through, well, the Clintons went through the scandal of the Monica Lewinsky case. And that caused great disruption and problems for her father as President of the United States, which he was actually impeached.

So looking at that, if I relate that to the time that it reoccurred, there would be something dealing with disgrace and endings. So that was the predictor that really made reference to the fact that Hillary Clinton was not elected president. And therefore looking at Filon's chart, although I will say many, many times, and I'm going to repeat this, that when the nodes cross over the sun in a chart many times, that can be the birth of a king. So Ketu is going to be crossing or has crossed over his son and I would assume has brought up a lot of scandalous things. But at the same time.

Remember that in Barack Obama's chart he had Ketu transiting over the sun when he won the presidential elections. So this is one indication that could represent the birth of a king or the birth of a president. When I say king, I mean relative to president. The old, ancient Vedic text would talk in terms of kings. Now we know we have precedents, but my point is when, when eclipses fall over the sun, it can denote a president as well as George W. Bush had Rahu cross over his son when he was elected president. So K2 crossed over Obama's son when he was elected president. K2 will cross over Phelan's son, which could represent leadership coming into power. But because Neptune's there, I think that this is going to be very, very difficult for him.

But the fact that his ascendant is right on top of the sun in the birth chart for France is very, very significant. So this, this is something I want everyone to take into account. But looking at this, I would think that this has to have a similar result as it did for Hillary Clinton, which did not produce a win.

Next, let's look at Benoit Haman.

Looking at his chart now he has Saturn at 18 degrees of Pisces. Interesting. It is fully aspecting by opposition the sun in the chart for France at 19 degrees of Virgo. So he has a connection to the birth chart of France.

Now his moon is in Aquarius. Remember what I said about Aquarius, it's coming hard hit under the eclipses and his moon happens to be right there at the beginning of aquarius, which is 0 degrees. And transiting Saturn right now is at 3 degrees of Sagittarius. So you see transiting Saturn while it is in the sign of Sagittarius by its third full aspect is aspecting his moon. Plus Ketu is about to cross over his moon. So this will make his prospects for a win very difficult, regardless if his Saturn is tied up to the sun from the chart of France. Now.

He does have his Mars in Virgo around 26 degrees where transiting Jupiter is crossing back and forth over in its retrograde process. So, so this is definitely a positive for him and I think he has a slim chance. But I'm going to say based on the fact that he has.

Saturn aspecting his moon and Ketu aspecting his moon and if you will look to where his Mars is located, it goes to the eighth house from the moon. And that would really be a difficult prediction for me to say that he could win. So I'm not particularly positive about him. So next I want to look at the chart for.

Jean Luc.

And excuse my French.

Melachon. So Jean Luc Melachan looking at his chart now, he has the sun is conjunct.

Ketu in his birth chart. So he, he is a powerful man. When you have the sun tied up, Natalie to the nodes, there is something of power in their chart. And looking at his natal Jupiter it is at 20 degrees of Pisces exactly opposed the sun at 19 degrees. A Virgo of the birth chart France. This is vitally important to always find that there is a connection and all of the candidates do have a connection to the birth chart of France. Probably they would not be running for president if this weren't the case.

But looking at his chart, Saturn is transiting right now at 3 degrees and it's actually stationing. So it's standing still during the times of these elections, which by the way will not go smoothly with all of the retrograde planets right now in the sky. And I will make reference to that at the end of this prediction. But Saturn at 3 degrees of Sagittarius stationing right now is aspecting his ascendant, which is 3 degrees of Virgo. So the Ascendant is who you are. So interestingly enough, so much Virgo influences going on transiting Jupiter is in Virgo and France sun is in Virgo. But Saturn is exactly aspecting. Now, if his birth time is accurate, his ascendant degree, which is very difficult. And remember, all of my predictions are relative to these timings of their charts to be exact and accurate. So if the data I'm using is inaccurate, then my prediction will be inaccurate. But let's proclaim that what I'm using here is accurate.

So Saturn's aspect to the Ascendant is very, very difficult. And the fact that his son and Ketu in his natal chart are in the 12th house, well, the 12th house is considered the house of losses. But many, many times presidents do have planets in the 12th House because they are dealing with foreign affairs. The 12th House is foreign affairs. Many presidents throughout history have major, major planets in the 12th house. John F. Kennedy had his son in the 12th house, and therefore.

Jean Luke has his sun in the 12th house. And transiting Rahu is about to cross over it. Remember what I said when Rahu or Ketu cross over the sun, this could be the birth of a king or birth of a president. So looking at that, that's vitally important. Now, another thing is he did just start a new dasha. When an individual starts a new dasha, that can be a very important indication that they are going to come into a big change in their life. Therefore, many times you will find that precedents just enter into brand new cycles. When I say cycles, I'm talking about their dashas. So.

When I looked at Obama's chart right before he became president, he went into his Saturn Maha Dasha, a big change. And when I'm talking about Donald Trump, he just went into his Jupiter Maha Dasha when he became elected. Therefore, it makes sense that presidents will go into a brand new cycle or they just entered into a new cycle relative to a win. So he has transiting Rahu crossing over his son in the 12th house. Very, very important.

Rise to the two conditions where he will be dealing with foreign affairs. And this could be the rise to being president.

And furthermore, his Jupiter is at 20 degrees of Pisces, where Venus is transiting. And it's in his seventh house, an angular, powerful house, and transiting Jupiter opposing his natal Jupiter. This is very auspicious. The only problem with his chart, and it's a big one, is that.

Transiting Saturn is exactly squaring his ascendant degree, meaning difficulty, great difficulty. But I will say that.

His Jupiter moon are together in the seventh house, which is an angular and powerful house. Okay, so we will leave his chart to the side.

And now let's look at Emmanuel Macron and looking at his chart. And his ascendant is in Capricorn. You know, Capricorn is the sign of People in politics, people that are leaders, people that want to rise in their social status.

So looking at his chart, he has Rahu which is huge at 818 degrees. This is in his natal chart, Virgo. So his rahu is 18 degrees of Virgo right on the sun for the birth chart for France. This is major, big deal because Rahu is the future. Rahu is expansion, Rahu is power. And it sits on the sun of Francis chart. This is huge. And furthermore, transiting Jupiter is about to station at 19 degrees of Virgo, right on his Rahu, which I certainly think is major expansion and definitely the possibility of a win. Looking at his chart, this is really, really remarkable. Okay, so then I'm looking at, in his 12th house he has Saturn around 6 degrees of Leo. This is conjunct, the fixed star Regulus. Regulus is the fixed star that is the heart of the lion and represents kings and leaders. The fact that he has a planet conjunct, that star represents huge, huge positions that he could be the leader. This is a huge implication. So transiting Rahu in the heavens right now is around 8 degrees. So it will be backing up over the Saturn and very soon, the end of April and into the beginning of May, which is activating foreign affairs. Why? Because Saturn's in the 12th house. Very, very important.

But looking at where this Saturn goes from his natal moon, it goes to the fifth house, which is actually a house that deals with politics, leaders, those that are put into positions as advisors. So this is an important position for his moon.

And his Saturn, I must say. So looking at this, his Saturn.

Does rule the ascendant. But I must say that his Saturn is.

In the eighth house. Now that can be a deterrent for his Saturn to be in the eighth house.

And it's the ruler of his chart. Saturn rules Capricorn in the eighth house. With Rahu going over it around the time of these elections. This can make this very difficult. So I believe that he could be chosen for the second round based on his chart. But we will see the second round will be more difficult for him. So looking at this, also.

Transiting Saturn. Remember I said transiting Saturn is stationing around 3 degrees. Well, it is, it's 3 degrees of Sagittarius and his sun is at 5 degrees of Sagittarius. So things are about to get very difficult for him.

Exhausting, tiring. And if you'll note, he also has Jupiter in Gemini around 7 degrees. So transiting Saturn as it moves up will be conjoining his sun and, and opposing His Jupiter later this year and that's not easy.

Next.

Let's look at Marine Le Pen and looking at her chart, her ascendant is Virgo.

And her ascendant degree based on if her birth time is accurate is at 22 degrees of Virgo. Do you realize during the time of this election that occurs on April 23, transiting Jupiter will be 22 degrees of Virgo. Jupiter is the great benefic. It is on her ascendant exact. This is huge.

Now her Ketu. Ketu can deal with the past. Ketu can deal with. It is part of the nodal axes that deal with eclipses. But her natal ketu is at 18 degrees of Virgo. Interesting. How many of these candidates have planets.

Conjunct or around this 18 degrees of Virgo which is in alignment with the sun which is 19 degrees Virgo for the birth chart of France.

So Macron has his Rahu at 18 degrees of Virgo and Le Pen has her Ketu at 18 degrees of Virgo. They are going to be head in head against each other.

And looking at where her Venus falls, It is at 2 degrees of LEO. This is going to be where Rahu is going to cross over her Venus. And her Venus in her chart does rule the 9th House of the law. It is in the 12th House. So there could be some things behind the scenes that will come up, but I think will be used to her benefit instead of destroying her.

It's still not easy and it's hard to say Rahu crossing over Venus in the 12th house will deal with foreign affairs.

Furthermore, her moon.

Is at 8 degrees of Sagittarius. Interesting moon being at 8 degrees of Sagittarius.

And Macron's sun is at 5 degrees of Sagittarius.

They may end up doing something together somehow, some way, even though that seems totally impossible. But transiting Saturn, she is in Sadi Sati. Sati Sati is when Saturn is in the sign before the sign of or the sign after the moon. But when it is in the sign of the moon, this is intense, really intense. Sometimes this could be a prediction of a loss.

But.

Saturn's in the sign of the moon of Donald Trump and he became president. So we can't always say when someone's in Sadi Sati they will not win.

This is obviously incorrect, but Saturn coming into the sign of the moon is not easy. It will be difficult. Many things ahead and one thing I noticed about her is she just entered a new Maha Dasha recently. She's in Rahu's Maha Dasha. So her cycle changed in 2014. This is an 18 year cycle that she began recently. So when individuals enter into new cycles, remember this is indicative of a huge change in life. Therefore being president would be a huge change in life.

So let me have a recap of the two individuals that I think will win this election.

On April 26th. And that would be Marie Le Pen, who because of Saturn aspecting her moon could represent responsibility that's about to come into her life as well as her Ketu being 18 degrees of Virgo conjunct the sun in France's chart. 19 degrees of Virgo.

And transiting Jupiter will be exactly conjunct the ascendant on the day of elections at 22 degrees of Virgo. And don't forget she just started Rahus Mahadasha which is huge to start Adasha, even though it was in 2014. This is an 18 year cycle that she just began. So her chart looks exceptional for the possibility of her moving on to the next round. Then I'm looking at Emmanuelle Macron who looking at his chart, Rahu.

Will cross over his Saturn which is in the fifth house from the moon, but it is in the eighth house which can cause great difficulty. And transiting Saturn is approaching his son, which will cause another indication of difficulty. But the most important aspect in his chart that I'm making reference to is the fact that that transiting Jupiter is on his Rahu stationing. And remember this, 18 degrees of Virgo is conjunct the sun in the birth chart from France.

And it is so important that Jupiter's activating this. And.

This is in his.

Ninth house, which is a very auspicious house for winnings.

So for me I'm thinking that these are the two candidates that will move on to May 7th. So with that I'd like to close.
