Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about something with a very heavy heart and that is the catastrophic floods we've been having here in Texas. And I want you to know how personal this is to me because as most of you know, I'm a Texan, born and raised here. I went to school at UT in Austin. And the Hill country is one of my favorite, favorite places in Texas. And Kerrville, where this catastrophe occurred, in my opinion is the prettiest little town in Texas. And so many people go to the Hill country to go tubing, to go by the rivers, the lakes, and it's just, it's, it's the best place in Texas as far as I'm concerned. But.
This is something very, very personal to me because I happen to know families who lost family members.
Some friends, lost daughters in this catastrophe. And it is so, so sad. I can't even tell you. I've been depressed ever since this happened. And you know, I kept talking about a catastrophe happening in July. Little did I know it was going to affect me so personally I can't help but see the faces of the little girls, eight year old girls that lost their lives.
And if you want to know something even more personal, my granddaughter was scheduled to go to Camp mystic next year. And this is the camp where the little girls lost their lives.
So this is very personal for me. But.
There are floods happening all over the world right now, right now as I speak. And right now as I speak it is July 12th. There are 127 people still missing.
No, 127 people are confirmed dead and 170 people are still missing from these camps. For those of you that don't know, maybe, you know, places around the world, this happened July 4th, which is the holiday in the United States for its Independence day. Everyone celebrates July 4th with fireworks and a celebration.
And so a lot of people go to the lakes, the Hill country, the areas to, to go camping or to go out by the lake. It's summer in Texas and this storm, flash flood happened around 4:30 in the morning. And.
This flash flood came out of nowhere. The water rose 26ft in 45 minutes. And the people weren't warned. I mean, these happen so quickly. I mean, you don't even know that it's going to rain sometimes. And all of a sudden it hits. And yes, they say they should have had more warning. And I hope that this does help to be able to prevent this in the future to figure out how to have more warning. And even the little girls in the camp, they didn't have their cell phones. They're not allowed to have cell phones. I don't even think they use cell phones.
At 8 years old, or at least. I know a lot of parents prevent this, but still this is a catastrophic event. This is probably the event that I was talking about here. I'm thinking it's something happen.
Ocean with Japan or that it's something that's happening with attacks, with war. And here it is, floods, severe catastrophic floods. And.
At this point we're expecting over 300 people to have died here due to this flood. And there's many more around the world. As I speak right now, there are floods in Arkansas, there's floods in Oklahoma, North Carolina.
Tokyo, China, Nepal, Spain, Africa and India. This is crazy, the floods. And so what do I attest to this astrologically? There's a lot. Let me explain what I see. And I've been talking about this, mind you, the Neptune Saturn conjunction.
Right now. And on July 4th they're exactly conjunct at 7 degrees of Pisces. Do you understand what Pisces rules? Water.
It's ruled by the God Neptune or Poseidon, which is the God of the oceans, the God of water, the God of the seas. So the Saturn Neptune. And Neptune is the planet that rules water. Here it is in Pisces. And not only that, there are so many things that predict this flood. Right now, for example.
Neptune Station to turn retrograde on July 4th. And Neptune is the planet that rules water. And anytime a planet stations, in other words, it changes directions. Therefore it comes to a halt, it stops and then it changes directions. Everything to do with what that planet is about.
Is what shows up in our world, in consciousness. And I have to say Neptune is the planet of flooding, of storms and the oceans, the seas, water, and it's with Saturn. Saturn is a planet of death, of karma, of major obstacles and problems. With Neptune at that exact degree, and that degree marks.
It is almost exactly conjunct the fixed star called sheet I've been talking about. This sheet is the star of sorrow.
They say in ancient times it dealt with shipwrecks, but it dealt with extreme heartache and sorrow.
Here is where this Neptune Saturn set. Now they are also in the Nakshatra.
Uttarabhadrapada and that Nakshatra, as I've been talking about in all of my videos and in my newsletter, by the way, sign up for my newsletter, you will see all of this go to galactic center.org sign up for my newsletter But Uttara Badrapada symbol is a funeral cot. It is the end of the funeral cot. Represents death, represents a lot of deaths. And that is what we're looking at. Drownings. This is from water.
And next there's another thing that was going on at this time. Jupiter and the sun were together in Gemini and they were in the Nakshatra Ardra. And I've been talking about that as well because Jupiter is actually combust the sun, which means Jupiter is weakened. It's not in a good place. And Jupiter does not fare well in Gemini when it is in the Nakshatra called Ardra, which is ruled by the storm God Rudra. And it represents the howling winds. And get this. The symbol for this Nakshatra is a teardrop.
With all these things combined at this time, we knew something was up.
Something that dealt with death, water.
Sorrow.
And drowning.
How do we know where things are happening? Even if we can pinpoint the day when Neptune turned retrograde, my God, that was July 4th.
So how do we know where? Let me tell you how we know where. And this is really. This is really hard to stomach because.
There was.
Two eclipses that crossed over and formed an example in October of 2023 and then April of 2024. Eclipse Energy is good for a year or more after they. They form aspects.
But this crossing and that solar eclipse. I'm here in Dallas, we saw it. I've never seen anything like that on in April of 2024 where in the middle of the day. I actually put it on my Instagram. I filmed it. It got completely dark in the middle of the day. A total solar eclipse.
And let me read you something from Kerrville.
The Convention and Visitors Bureau. During the time of that eclipse they put out that.
The Kerrville Convention and Visitors Bureau is working closely with area officials to plan for the influx of visitors coming to the hill country to experience this historic event. They are talking about the total solar eclipse that crossed over this area of the world. Wherever the eclipse path is, is where it brings the destruction or the events that are usually life changing.
And yes, I will show you that point and the maps right there that you can see where the eclipse paths crossed. Now.
This is something so rare. And here is where I want to go with this.
Neptune.
Neptune is the planet that causes us to be blinded and not see things clearly.
And this is precisely what it did. Especially during this storm, this flash flood that happened. No one saw it coming.
No one saw that this flood would occur. That would make the Rivers, The Guadalupe rise 26ft in 45 minutes.
How could we know this?
And Neptune is the planet that always causes us to not see things. I've known this my whole life and I'm telling you, it is the planet that I fear more than any other. Because you can't see it coming with Neptune. I've had events in my life that Neptune was aspecting my personal planets. I couldn't even see it coming, being an astrologer. And I'm telling you that's the way it works. So I always tell people, be careful with the Neptune transit because you can't see what it is.
And so I don't even know why I warn them because they're not going to see what it is. But after it occurs, they go, how did I not see that? How did I not see that? That's the quality of Neptune. So with that, I'm going to close. But I just wanted to tell you guys, this is what we're talking about now. There could still be some events this month of July because June marked the point where the Saturn Neptune came together. And we had all of the odds, those planetary configurations that cause.
Sort of like a destiny type thing, the finger of God.
And let me tell you something. Spiritually, it's really hard in testing the faith of everyone right now. Because you want to say what God would allow this to happen? That's, you know, that's what everyone's faced with. And there's really testing our faith right now.
There is a reason for everything. I know, but sometimes it's really hard to try to understand these reasons. We will eventually, but at the time of crises, it's really tough. I know. I feel this way. So anyway, I wanted to do this video just to let you know what's going on astrologically, why I haven't talked about it. It's too close to home. But I am talking about it now. And let me say this too. With every astrological event such as this, hindsight is 20 20.
But we always learn something from it. Astrologically.
We are learning so much what all these planet energies mean, what they do and how they affect us and where we're going as humanity with it all. And let me just say during this month, while Mars and Ketu are coming together, they come together July 20th.
It really heats up everyone in terms of anger.
And that's a vibrational frequency out there. People are enraged all over the world. Whether this deals with the flood or anything else. And it deals with many other things. People are full of hate and anger right now. Do not participate in this vibration that is covering our planet.
Because when you do, you're adding fuel to the fire. We have to calm things down and by doing so, this can possibly avert the radical shifts in danger from the anger and the hatred that is permeating this world right now. And let me just say, politics on both sides are guilty of this. And I say don't be part of that.
So with that, I will close now. But I just want you to know what's going on astrologically, what you can do now, and that is not participate in the anger and the rage. And this will help our planet.
