It is a solo announcement by Jordan Raynor launching the Word Before Work podcast — a repackaging of his weekly devotional email series into ~5-minute podcast episodes and YouTube videos. He explains that ~135 previously email-only devotionals (scripture readings and short reflections) are now available, mentions several devotional series (e.g., Daniel and the Ministry of 10X; Excellence, Trust, Hustle, Rest; Mr. Rogers and the Call to Create; Jesus the Creator/Carpenter/Gardener/King; 5 Ways to Prepare to Share the Gospel With Our Co-Workers), and frames the content as helping listeners do exceptional work for the glory of God and the good of others.
