When I was in college, I played rugby, and you know, you would play two halves of rugby on the field, but in the game of rugby, there would always be another half, and that was where you would actually meet and socialize with the other team. And it's the only sport that I know of in the world where people actually get together with their opponents and get to know them and have some fun together. And so the image of the third half was in my mind, you've played two halves on the field, And now you still have a third half to play. It's a little bit of an oxymoron, but it does get people to think, okay, if I finish the game on the field now, what sort of a game do I want to play? If I have as much time now looking forward as I did back on my career, it gives people a different method of looking at the future.
