I try to follow what I've created is the LOVE method. So it's light, optimize, visual, and ease. And lighting is one of the best and easiest things that you can do. You know, a 70-year-old requires 70 to 80% more light than an 18 to 20-something. And so if you can increase your light levels so that you can see at night, at dusk, when you're reading, you're not so fatigued. Have nightlights come on, censored lights, lighting maybe underneath cabinets, lighting underneath each stair or underneath your handrail, um, in your toilet. You know, anything that you can do to make your life easier. Uh, if you just think about it, like when you're in a movie theater and all of a sudden you walk in and it's pitch black, anybody of any age is trying to adjust, and then you're fumbling around and you're not sure your steps. If you want to be a little bit more sure-footed, adjust your lighting, get your glasses fixed.
