You know, I realize in the aesthetic industry we treat things similarly. And, you know, don't get me wrong, there is a role for, you know, treatments and injectables and surgery, and I do those things. But I feel like our industry has become completely, you know, focused on only those things and really lacks insight into how to prevent people from aging and how to help people be the healthiest, most beautiful they can throughout their life. And that includes, you know, preventive care and addressing, you know, people individually individually, not just waiting for a wrinkle to show up and inject something into it to make it go away. So, you know, through my practice, I have adopted more and more healthy alternatives. I try to help my patients address diet-related issues. I do my best to help my patients manage oxidative stress and, and things that are resulting in aging of their skin and their whole body.
