One of my all-time favorites is a lady named Edith Merway Trena, who had— you do know her. I know of her. Yeah. Great story. Yes. And at 100, if your listeners haven't heard this story recently, she was declared the oldest competitive powerlifter by the Guinness World Book of Records. Now, what fascinates me about Edith is not just that at 100, she's, you know, the competitive powerlifter, but that she only started at 91. And that, I think, Joe, is tremendously important because often we say to ourselves, oh, you know, I mean, come on, I'm, I'm 60, I'm 70, I'm 80. I couldn't possibly start a new whatever. And yet so many of these amazings have taught me that you can start at any age. It really doesn't matter. What matters is, do you love it? Do you really want it? Are you willing to, to put in some energy and effort to it? That sort of thing.
