I wanted to share three of the kind of best lessons I've learned just in my first month being here. So lesson one is going to be sitting in the problem. As a founder, I was always trying to solve problems as fast as possible, and sometimes that was too fast, like patch, fix, move on. But here I've learned that like the biggest breakthroughs actually come when you don't rush the solution. You start to ask better questions and you realize that shortcuts don't really fix problems. Lesson number two is language and leverage. So. So I've realized that having optimistic and positive language just makes everything around you better. It was like a core value at a stated happy, healthy humans. The third lesson I'll say I've learned is that alignment is absolutely everything. If a boat is one degree off, you'll never get to where you're starting to go. Having every single person on your team rowing in the same direction has been incredibly valuable for me to just remind myself that. It's like when you all are rowing in the same direction, your momentum will compound. You will get to where you're going faster. I can almost guarantee it.
