There are three things you need to avoid if you're getting stem cell therapy. I'm Dr. Zhui Kong, a triple board certified doctor and a stem cell specialist. Number one is eating junk food and any inflammatory food. So that's any food that's full of preservatives, additives, bat seed oils, or with high sugar content. Number two is alcohol. You should avoid alcohol because it's toxic to the stem cells you just got and all your other cells. Number three is overexertion to the point where you may damage the tissue that you're trying to repair. I see this a lot in people who are getting injections for joint and tendon repair. They often feel so good after the treatment, exert themselves feeling invincible. But and the newly formed tissue is still fragile and cannot withstand the same kind of stress. Yet those are the top three things I would avoid if I'm getting stem cell therapy.
