Dr. Joy Kong explains why working out alone won't give you a non-toxic body. Exercise is just one piece. You also need to watch what you eat, since junk food cancels out your workouts, plus consider peptides, microneedling, and skincare as part of a complete approach.
Even if you work out and your weight is okay, your body is toxic still. So what are some of your favorite biohacks? Well, exercise, I'm sure, is one of the biggest ones.
Oh, I am. I'm in. I'm big into peptides. And then obviously keeping up with skincare is huge. You know, just being really conscientious of your— of keeping up with your skin regimen. You're saying microneedling. I need to keep up with that. I do do microneedling. I'll do anything. But the— my consistent one is working out. It's definitely working out and the peptides. And I would say, and just being conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth, like, not on a diet all the time, but I am pretty conscientious what goes in my mouth. I'm not, you know, not to say that I don't like a good ice cream sometimes, or, but for the most part, I do like to watch what I eat.
Yeah, I definitely think that's the foundation. Yeah, if you put junk, then there's just no way that you can— yeah, you can function. Yeah, even if you work out and your weight is okay, your body is toxic still.
