Advanced Vascular Treatment: Improve Circulation Instantly

This is a March 25, 2025 YouTube interview (Dr. Joy Kong podcast) with Danielle Forsquin, co‑founder of Avison Medical, about the Avison/Avacyn hand device that combines vacuum and a dry heat pad to distend arteriovenous anastomoses (AVAs), increase microcirculation, and modestly reduce blood viscosity/raise core temperature. The company reports 17 years in operation, an FDA 510(k) clearance (for aches/pains/strains, overall muscular relaxation, and arthritis pain) obtained after a six‑year process, and widespread use (claim: ~25 million treatments to date). Small clinical/pilot studies and VA pilot data are described (e.g., a VA fibromyalgia pilot with reported >40% overall pain reduction in 30 days); Danielle emphasizes anecdotal improvements across migraines, Raynaud’s, post‑surgical recovery, diabetic/wound care, sleep/HRV, autism spectrum cases, and athletic recovery. Many statements are experiential/anecdotal or from small pilots; several specific numeric claims appear in the transcript.

It's really your body connecting everything to your circulation. When you put your hand on that dry heat pad and you keep those Avas distended, that heat, and we've seen it through thermography, the heat travels, and you can watch the heat travel up your arm to your heart, and it is quite amazing.
Hello, everybody. Welcome Back to the Dr. Joy Kong podcast. So today I'm really happy, happy that I get a chance to speak with an extraordinary woman, Danielle Forsquin. And she is the co founder of Avison Medical, a very exciting medical device company. And I want her to share with us of this really exciting treatment that has gained a lot of popularity. I know. You know, I heard about it from a wonderful practitioner who spoke of it with some such excitement that he couldn't contain himself. So this is one reason I decided to try for myself. So, Danielle, thank you so much for being here. I can't wait for this discussion.
Well, thank you, Dr. Joy. I'm excited to be here because I'm a big fan and a follower of yours. And so let's have a chat.
Okay. So for anybody who doesn't know what Avacyn is. So it's a device about this. This big. I guess it's like a small little box.
Yeah, I'd say it's like a little bread box. I should have one here, but someone took mine. I always have it on my desk because I'll be working, put my hand in there, and I'm typing and talking. So.
Right.
Yes, it's very strange, right?
It's very strange because when the doctor told me, yeah, you put your hand in there, it vacuums, it sucks the blood, you know, in your hand and it warms your hand. I was like, what? And he said, no, you won't believe what this does. I said, what? That's how the conversation started.
Welcome to my world of. Oh, my God. This does what? Okay, so AVISON stands for Advanced Vascular Circulation Enhancement. We've been around for 17 years. We're FDA cleared for aches, pain, strains, overall muscular relaxation, and widespread pain for arthritis. And it's very unique. So I always like to say, think of us like acupuncture without the needles, because that's kind of what we're doing. We're moving the Qi around. So we have this little device that looks like a bread box. Some people call it the toaster. So, you know, we get all sorts of names. It's about £6, so you can travel with it. You put your hand on a dry heat pad. We enclose you in this vacuum. And the reason we do it, because Tom Uhlbauer, the inventor, found a way. He's gonna. He hates when I say it, but we kind of do a body hack and we open up something called your arteriovenous anastomosis. They're your body's radiators, and you have them here and on your feet. And Tom chose to use your hand because it's closer to your heart. So the dry heat pad enclose in the vacuum, and then we open up these avas, and then we insert dry heat into them. And in about less than 10 minutes, we thin out your blood by less than a degree. And when we do that, we wake up your hypothalamus and it goes, whoa, this feels awesome. And I haven't felt like this since you were 20. So it's giving you all this circulation on a microcirculation level. Okay. So that is what is unique about us. It's non invasive, drug free. We're helping people get off of their drugs, and we're doing it very easily and very elegantly.
Hmm. What do you mean, wakes up your hypothalamus? How does that.
So it literally, because we're sitting, because we're thinning out the blood, your body has a reaction to that. First of all, it wants to close, it wants to vasoconstrict, right? Because any kind of heat or cold going into any part of your body, your body's so smart, it wants to shut it down. Well, we don't allow that because the vacuum keeps it open. So that's how we can do a treatment anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. And that is kind of the body hack. So when we do that, we thin out the blood, and we have to make sure we don't bring your body up to sweat, because as soon as your body sweats and opens up all those peripheral capillaries, that internal treatment doesn't work anymore. So it took about six years of research and development to first of all, find out what the heck we were doing, because we had a whole list from one of our doctors of do you know, it does this, this, this, this, and this. And we're like, we have no clue and we have no idea how we're doing it. So that was one of the first things we had to do. So we were working with some scientists. Well, Tom actually was working with some scientists at Stanford, and he was doing thermoregulation, but with cooling. Meanwhile, my older sister, who had 25 years of chronic migraines and a lot of other issues. She had 20 to 25 migraines a month. She lived in a dark room on a lot of medication. So I was always trying to bring her alternative things because I'm not really a person who likes to take a pill for everything. I'm more Eastern in my thought than Western medicine. Western is great. It's there when we need it. But if I can look up an essential oil or if I can look up something else, I'm the girl who does that. So I was trying to get her off some medication and. And her husband happened to be an MD who was very Western in his thinking, Right. So the only reason we got this prototype into her home was because it came from Stanford. So he allowed it to come in because he turned away chiropractors. He turned away everything I would bring to her. And it was really, really frustrating for me because I saw her deteriorating. They turned her into a drug seeker because they would just give her more and more and more medication because, you know, as a physician, your body gets used to it and wants more. So Tom and I were on a mission to help my sister. And it was really interesting because I was there the moment she was patient number one. We had no protocol. We stuck her hand in this thing and we felt comfortable because Charles was a physician and anything went wrong, he was there, right? So I had never seen my sister in a migraine situation. She had migraines three to five days a week. She was ashen gray. She looked like the walking dead. So we put her hand in this thing and. And we're like, well, let's just pick 20 minutes, right? Because we knew it was non invasive. I mean, we're talking. This was like Rube gold. This was very MacGyver. It's not. It wasn't as cool as it looks now. So we put her hand in. In about eight minutes, she went from ashen gray to her face pinked up. And we went, oh, okay, something's happening. So then we asked her the question, danor, how do you feel? And she said, well, I still have a little bit of a migraine, but I'm hungry. She hadn't eaten in three days. And she said, and I'm not going to need my medicine tonight. And we're like, oh, my God, what have we done? We've done something really cool, right? So brother in law got out his checkbook and said, how much do you want for it? And we're like, oh, no, no, no. This is a prototype. It's not Ready yet? He said, I don't care. Tell him it was stolen, because it's not leaving this house. Seriously. So this is like. I mean, one day it's going to make a heck of a good book, right? So we left it with her in about a month and a half of doing a migraine protocol. 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes at night, because we were slowly raising her body core temperature to normothermia. And as you know, when your body is at a little bit of normothermia or above, your body's healing itself. And of course, she was always cold. She had Raynaud's. She was the girl who was in the grocery store with gloves on in August. So we helped with that, and then we got her off her migraine meds. So that was the start of this. And then we thought, great, we are going to cure 83 million people of migraines. Right? And then our attorney said, wait. Our attorney said, have you met the fda? And we're like, what's that? I mean, we were just like, you know, babes in the woods. We had no clue. We were just going to go out and heal people.
I love it. Wouldn't that be nice?
That's how the journey started 17 years ago. Right. And then it took us six years to get our clearance through the FDA. And we're still a relatively small company, but, you know, we have an affiliate program, and people have been lovely, and especially during COVID they would leave their devices on people's doorsteps and help people get through Covid and keep them out of the hospital. We tried to get that clearance emergency, but because we couldn't make 3 to 5 million a month, we couldn't get it. But people caught on, and they spread the good news. So, you know, we're still, you know, we're. I kind of call us a medical device disruptor. So that's kind of who we are. And we do it elegantly and eloquently, and hopefully we're helping people every day.
Yeah, fantastic. So how did Tom first even invent that? Why did he think about using vacuum and heat pad?
Yeah, he's the guy. Ever since he was 5 years old, he's been the guy that would, at 10, fix his mom's washing machine. He just has that science engineering kind of brain. He's actually an IT specialist. So in the Avison device, there are 4,000 firmware instructions. So that from closing the vacuum opening, making sure you don't push too hard, you know, there's a lot of different things going on. It looks really simple, but it's actually quite complicated. But he's just the guy that likes to figure out things. He has that brain.
Hmm. Yeah, it's very curious. So. So you're saying by forcing the blood to stay in the vessels and the vessels are dilated and. And heated up, then there's a reduction in viscosity of the blood, Right?
A very slight, like, less than a. Less than a degree. And so when you do that, and it's. It's very. Because, like, you're okay. So your blood is a non Newtonian liquid, much like. Like molasses. And the older we get, the thicker it gets. So I'm going to use a crazy analogy. Like when you take your car to the repair shop and you get the oil change, right? They show you thick, gooey oil with particles in it. That's kind of what happens to your blood over time. Because none of us exercise or eat properly. We have a lot of stress, all of that. And so it starts to. It starts to do that in your blood. It just thickens. And so when you thin out the blood by less than a degree, your body will react to that and go, oh, this feels really good. Because your microcirculation will kick in and it's truly astounding what it will do. And then when it travels head to toe, even through the blood brain barrier, because you have 60,000 miles of these capillaries, incredible things happen. So that's why I kind of equate it to acupuncture without the needles, because we're kind of opening and moving the Qi.
Yeah. So the vacuum, so it seals up your wrist and then the vacuum. Right. So there's an on and off kind of motion. So it will suck everything out and then it will release. That's when the blood will flow to the rhythm.
Because we don't engage a sweat, your blood has to kind of circulate. So think of it like you're a car going around a racetrack. If it's running out of gas, it's going very slowly, but once you put the gas in, it goes faster. And the faster it goes, the better circulation you have, the more oxygen delivery, more nutrient delivery, and using. Over time, it'll start helping you get rid of toxins and metals. I've seen it. It's pretty astounding. All through the hand.
Yeah, yeah. So how do they move the toxins? Like, how does it enhance?
So basically, so a lot of this is removed by your breath, your urine, and your peripheral capillaries. So we always say, please drink a lot of good hydrating water when you're doing treatments or just when you're trying to do that. And that's just common sense. And we've had to date about 25 million treatments and really no adverse events reported because we're dry, heat, a vacuum, and you.
Okay, so then I guess it's a slow discovery process of just what it can do to the body.
Yes. Because everyone's different, you know, everyone has a different metabolism, they have a different degree of where they are in their health journey. Are they being really good to themselves or are they a hot mess? So, obviously, if you're not really good with your health journey, it's going to take a little bit longer. But in 17 years, I've seen astounding things happen in 10 minutes, in 20 minutes. And I'm not saying that's going to happen to everybody, but what I do know is if you use this at least twice a day, you will feel better, you will sleep better. Because we do engage the parasympathetic, and everybody needs that. We all need to put this down and do more Addison. And meditate and breathe, which really none of us do.
Yeah. So I know had, you know, myself had the same experience, but it happened to a few people. The first time they put their hand in there and they're like, yeah, what is this gonna do? And then they fall asleep. Right. They couldn't keep their eyes open. So what. What do you think is going on there?
Oh, well, I've seen. I wish I had taken pictures of all the people that I have asleep on the avison or passed out. It is absolutely hilarious. So basically, because of our clearance, I mean, I just really wish I had been smarter and tracted. It's just hilarious. I had a gentleman and we had like a bar top table. I had to have someone stand behind him. He was an older gentleman because I thought he was going to fall off of his chair. And I thought, oh, my gosh, we better make sure he doesn't fall over. Because of our overall muscular relaxation clearance by the fda, we're engaging the parasympathetic. So your whole musculature is relaxing, so you put your hand. It's kind of like soaking in a bathtub. When you soak in a good bathtub and have a lovely bath, you're just. You're really relaxed. We're doing it internally.
Okay.
And so. And we have tracked engaging the sympathetic and the parasympathetic. We actually have a diagnostic tool that can show you in a minute, in a three minutes or five minutes, what your ANS system is doing. And really at the end of the day it's all about that because that gives us our wellness and longevity.
So the, the, the parasympathetic involvement, it's is very interesting. It happens very, very fast.
Yes.
But there's also a report of improvement in HRVs. That's heart rate variability.
Yes. And that's what our other diagnostic tool does. Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, yeah.
There's, there's something called weigh on therapy in Japan and they do this very invasive treatment and we do the same thing without having to go to a hospital and we do it in 20 minutes where it takes them an hour and a half. It's really, really interesting. So same kind of thing. And it's really helpful for your heart, it's helpful for everything. And, and it's a family device. That's what I love about it. I have two 3 year olds using it up to 93 year olds using it. It's something for everyone. Oh, absolutely. We have a lot of kids on the spectrum that sleep better. Their verbal gets better. We did a year and a half study on it. We're still going through the data, but what we found is that we help these children and they innately feel it, so they ask for it. I've had a young girl, as young as six, she calls it her hand time. And she said, I just want my hand time. And she puts her hand in there and they pass out. And if you know anything about asd, when these children don't sleep, the whole family doesn't sleep. It's very, very difficult. So just to get them to go to sleep and rest where they can heal. And then I've watched it in my family, the verbal skills get amazing and their whole, their whole life changes.
Yeah.
I'm gonna say we're not cleared for that. But since we're having a conversation, I can tell my personal story.
Absolutely. I deal with the same issue all the time. Talking about there are things I cannot say, but I can certainly share my experience. Unfortunately, you know, the, the crazy thing is that I, I risked my life to come to this country because there's freedom, speech. But it seems that the freedom has dwindled to have become more and more restricted to the point where it's very strange to think that doctors can't talk about how their patients did, you know, after they gave them some treatment. So I don't, I don't understand that. How is that even making sense? Sense? Why Can't I say what happened?
Like, oh, you know, I think things are going to change. We have a new administration. I'm hoping a lot of things change for the better. I hope we help our children become healthier and eat healthier. And I just have a really good feeling about the, this, this new year. And Avison is going to be right there in the forefront because we've had a lot of people in this new administration actually using it.
Yeah. So I love the science and I love the stories. So the science. Okay. There must be various proposed mechanisms. Right. And mechanism has been proven to be. To be actually what's underlying why it works.
It's really your body connecting everything to your circulation, really. So when you put your hand on that dry heat pad and you keep those AVAs distended, that heat, and we've seen it through thermography, the heat travels, and you can watch the heat travel up your arm to your heart, and it is quite amazing. And then so, because the, because it's all thermoregulation. Right. So you're. Your hypothalamus is doing all sorts of things. It's regulating your temperature is the most important thing. And I think that's what Tom found because he was working with cold, but he knew there was something about heat. And there was a gentleman in Florida, a doctor in Florida, who was regulating his patients with T3 and T4 hormones. So he was actually injecting them in the carotid, which is really, really dangerous. Right. And he was helping them with their hormones. But then all of his patients that had migraines weren't getting migraines anymore because he was raising their body core temperature. And that's what Tom started to think about. He actually woke up one morning and said, I think I figured something out. Because that's the way his brain either happens in the shower when he's washing his hair or he wakes up in the morning. And I should say, full disclosure, we've been married for 34 years, so that's why I know the story better say that.
So you, you know, every step of.
The way, I have been there through it all. And, you know, and it continues, the journey continues because we're always constantly upgrading things and, and finding more things. As the science come out comes out, we try to incorporate that. So our, our newest version, the Avison xl, which is the home device, it has Bluetooth rfid, it has a brushless motor, so you can incorporate it in a hyperbaric. And so. And then also it has a really Cool touchscreen, like your phone. So with a really, really cool ocean scene with ocean sound. So we're kind of, you know, we're always doing a little bit more Always doing a little bit more to stay up because there's so many incredible things happening with frequencies and then all of these people doing, you know, red light, frequency infusions, hyperbaric. So if you think of us like we supercharge all of these modalities, even your supplements, your fabulous skin care, which I can't wait to try. I mean, I'm a skin care addict. I like the latest and greatest. So I know what my. My, my device is going to do with your skin care, because it's just going to supercharge it. So I can't wait. Can't wait to try it all. So I don't even know if I answered your question at this point.
Well, yeah, so. So you're right. You mentioned the raising the core temperature. We're raising the temperature. Reducing the blood viscosity.
Yes. With a lot of people with autoimmune issues have low body core temperature. So fibromyalgia, lymes, all sorts of things that they occur chronically. Once you can raise your body to normothermia, it will kick in and it will start healing itself. Your body wants to heal itself. It's like a smart computer, and we just kind of give it a jump start, raising you to a little bit above normothermia and to get things moving and doing what they should be doing that have just basically shut down.
So if that's the case, what if you just take a hot bath every day?
Oh, good question. I was hoping you were going to ask me that question. Well, your body. Okay, here. I'm telling the doctor. Well, your body is so smart that it will vasoconstrict, it will shut down in less than a minute because it doesn't like heat and it doesn't like extreme cold. And that's why the vacuum is really important, because we force that open where your body wants to shut it down, and we're like, nope, you got to stay open. So without that vacuum, it would just be like putting your hand in warm water. It would do absolutely nothing.
Hmm, Very interesting.
Same thing with saunas, Same things with Jacuzzis. Same thing with cold plunge, all of it. If it's like extreme climate, heat or cold, your body just vasoconstricts.
Great. Can I take into my sauna?
I don't know. I don't think you want to get it Wet. If it's a. If I wouldn't. You can't. So because of the firmware, if it's under 52 degrees or over 82. But you can do it before you go into your sauna, because you're going to prep your body for the sauna. So you're going to open up all those capillaries, you're going to relax, and you're going to go in and have a much better treatment by at least 30%.
I'm sure over 17 years, you've seen all kinds of interesting things. And I love, you know, hearing good stories. So what, what are some of the things that have really stood out for you? That. That was kind of unbelievable almost to you.
I was at a meeting and there was a gentleman there, and I really didn't know his story, but I was standing right next to him while he was doing a treatment and he started crying. And I thought, oh, my God, what just happened? He was 10 minutes into his treatment, and then I found out later from his wife that he had a headache for three years. He was on so much prescription medication that they were getting a divorce because she couldn't take his anger anymore. And in 10 minutes, we opened up whatever needed to be opened and his headache was gone. And he never had a headache since. Wow, that was pretty. That was pretty dramatic. Me personally, I got Covid after going to a wedding and I was doing anytime I get sick or a sniffle, my hands in the machine. And I'm doing a protocol of every. Every two hours, I do 30 minutes. So I tested negative twice. I had 97 oxygen, I did not have a fever. I had my taste and smell. But in two weeks, I lost 20 pounds. I mean, I don't suggest that as a way to lose weight, but. And it was. I was on my way out and I did not know why. I just thought I had a really bad case of pneumonia. I went to the hospital, they gave me some kind of whatever, it helped it, but I. They still never found that I had Covid. Two months later, I'm losing my hair. Now, if you Google Covid hair loss, you are going to be shocked at how many women are walking around with wigs and you don't even know it. So, oh, yeah, when. When we're done with this, Google it and you're going to go, oh, my God. So I had the antibodies test and my doctor said, you have it. I said, no frickin way I had it. He goes, yeah. And then he pulled my hair and it came and was coming out. I mean, first of all, to go through that kind of hair loss, it was like my body was like I had cancer. And that's the way it hit my body. It was like it cut off all non essential things that I didn't need. And I guess hair growth was one of them. Right. But my hair came back with a vengeance because I was doing the Avacyn. I took a supplement, I did three PRP treatments and I did the Avacyn for two hours a day, not consecutively. And my hair came back darker, curlier, but way more than I ever had. So that's my story personally. Personally. And that was pretty dramatic. But I have seen so many incredible things. I've seen children on the spectrum that were not doing well in school, all of a sudden reading and talking. Now we're not cleared for any of this. Okay. But these are personal stories that I can tell. It's so hard when you know you have something so extraordinary and one of a kind and I cannot scream it from the mountaintops. You know, I think that's the hardest with what you and I do because we have to be very. Like you said, there's a lot of rules. And those rules are there for a reason, and which is really great. But some of them really get in the way. Also, I've seen great healing from surgeries.
Yeah. Okay.
Post surgery, if you use the avison for the protocol of every two hours for half an hour, you're not using opioids and you are healing 2/3 faster. That is something that's extraordinary.
Mm. Yeah, that's very fast. So it sounds like you should just use it as much as possible almost, if you have the time.
Oh, yeah, Someone took mine off my desk or I'd show you. And I don't know where it is, but someone's using it right now. But usually it's to the left of my desk because I'm right handed and I'm on the computer and I'm on the phone with my hand in the device because the more circulation on a micro circulation level that I can get, the longer I'm going to live. I plan to be the girl running around Tuscany eating and drinking my way through at 100. I'm. That's going to be my story. I'm not going to be in some assisted living not knowing who I am. And I'm going to do that because I have my abs in.
Okay.
I know it's hard to wrap your head around it. You have to use it as much as I do Dr. Joy, and then you're going to be hooked, I promise. And there's a euphoric feeling when you use it, so you really look forward to your treatment, and it makes you feel really great.
Well, it's very pleasant. I mean, it's. It's, you know, your hand is warm and, you know, it's like there's this slight kind of sucking sensation, and it's. Yeah, it's very comforting.
Right.
This is very pleasant.
It's like a big, warm blankie.
It just. Very, very interesting. Interesting concept. I'm sure when you tell medical doctors that what the device is doing, it.
Takes them a minute. But then if I can tell them the mechanism of action, I can show them some of our studies we've done, and once they try it, because I'm going to tell you, there's a lot of physicians out there that are hurting and in pain themselves. And when they sit down for 20 to 30 minutes and they want, wow, okay, my shoulder doesn't hurt. I can feel that in my foot. What's going on? Then I get their attention. And I've got some extraordinary pictures that I wish I could show you. And when I meet you in person, I will. Of what we have done for wound healing. That will be our next study because we are amazing. For wound care. We are extraordinary.
Yeah. For FDA approval. What is it approved for?
Aches, pains, strains, overall muscular relaxation and arthritis pain.
I've heard that a lot of athletes are using this.
Yes, currently. My. My big win right now, literally, is our San Diego soccers, which is an indoor team. And if you've ever watched indoor soccer, it's more like rugby, because they kick and pull and tear each other. I've never seen anything like it. And it's really fast, but they're all really broken. So they have 10 of our devices, and currently, last week, they just beat the number one team. And their trainer was in my office on Monday and he said, danielle, this is like, incredible, because six of my players used it before they went out on the field. And he goes, that's why we're one. And they're sleeping better, their recovery is better, and they're repairing faster.
Wow.
So. Wow. And a lot of. A lot of athletes don't tell people about it because it's like their secret weapon. So.
That's true.
Right. Because it's a competitive edge, so they won't talk to each other about it.
Yeah, it's fascinating. How do they even know. How do they even know to incorporate it? Like, how. How did that.
Well, actually, this. This trainer. This trainer knew about us, and he. When. Because we're soccer fans, right? So when we have season tickets. And so Tom reached out to him and said, hey, I would love to. I'd love to, you know, give you some devices to try. And he's like, oh, absolutely. So they've been using it for about three weeks, and they're loving it. They're traveling with it because they're away games. It's pretty intense. They travel, they play. They travel the next day or sometimes that night, and then they're back on their home court and basically within one or two days. So their schedule is really difficult.
It's very interesting. Has anyone ever tried it on their pets?
Oh, God, man. I am trying to get Tom to do one for pets because I have a dog and three cats now. One of my cats, every time I use the machine, jumps over the couch and lands right next to me and stays for the whole treatment. And as soon as it's done, he leaves. And I'm like, okay, bye. Because that's what a cat does. Now, my new goldendoodle, Gigi. As soon as tom is done with his hour treatment, because he does three hours a day, as soon as he's done with his treatment, he takes his hand out, he puts his machine down, Gigi goes over and gives him a hug and a kiss, like, okay, that was good. Do that again. They know the frequencies, the heating, the purring of it. Cats and dogs know. So we just have to figure out a way to hack their avas. And I think it's, like, in their ears. Hard to make an animal compliant. But, man, I would go do that for pets. I would love it.
Yeah. I have one cat, he's like an energy junkie. He loves all these energy devices and comes into a sauna with me, and she will shoot.
Oh, I love that.
I want to come in so we'll do something together. And then. So when I do avison, she loves coming just sitting right next to it. I was like, I think there's something.
My sister's dog does the same thing. There's an energy purring frequency that they're tuned into because, you know, we're all frequency, right? So they get it. They get it before we do. They're just smart. So, yes, I'm going to tell Tom you asked because I'm trying to desperately get him to come up with it.
Yeah, yeah. I know. Something small enough that. That they can kind of walk around right. With is still attached.
They don't even. I mean, even. Because cats, what, sleep 20 hours a day, so they could just. You could just plug it in while they're sleeping next to them or something. And a dog. I. Their paw. I think their avas are in their ears and on their nose, so. Oh, I don't know how we're gonna do that one.
Okay. Okay.
I want him to try. I need to. I need to find a vet who will work with me, I guess, huh?
Yeah. And so people are recovering faster, healing, you know, from. From operations faster. And what about. You mentioned Reynolds? I'm very curious because, you know, it's a very bothersome condition.
Sure.
And of course, there's an autoimmune origin. A lot of people, the symptoms are mostly their hands. So do they notice any hands and feet extremities?
So with my sister, because that's what I'm going to talk about. She had Raynaud's. And when she used the device, because the blood was. Was not getting profused all the way to the tips of the fingers. Right. And that's why they turn white. And so we were pushing that blood into those capillaries because with this microcirculation effect, the blood is pushed head to toe, even from the top of your head to your little toe to your fingers, it's pushed where it needs to go. So 40%, 80% of us over the age of 40 have compromised microcirculation. That's when the blood starts receding from the capillaries because your circulation isn't getting to where it needs to go. We push that, and that is what our superpower is. We push the blood where it has receded. And that's how we're having great, great effects with Raynaud's and other autoimmunes.
Mm. Okay, so you've seen it effects in other autoimmune conditions?
Multiple times.
What about people with. I mean, there's so many kinds, but some are Right. Some are internal organs, and some are.
So my sister. I have a sister in law who for 15 years was un. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. So by the time she figured it out, her kidneys were a mess. So of course. And she was a smoker. Still is, probably. And so she was kind of a hot mess. She used to, like, stumble to the bathroom because she couldn't feel her feet. So we got her a device, and we said, jeannie, please use it. Just use it. And she did. And she came back and told my. My husband that after using it for a couple of weeks, she got up one morning Went to brush her teeth and she realized she didn't limp and she just got up out of bed and didn't feel any pain. And then she also said her kidneys were getting better instead of worse. And that's a personal family story, so I'm allowed to say it.
Yeah. What about for other autoimmune conditions like Crohn's or osteocolitis?
I don't have that much data on that. But I can tell you about our study that we did very early on when we didn't really know what the heck was going on. The VA in San Diego, in La Jolla, came to us, actually, a vice admiral, retired, said, hey, we have this big problem and we don't know what to do with it. It was fibromyalgia. So I had already known that we were really good at that because my best friend had it. And she was so severe that she had to quit work. She didn't want to leave the house. It was a mess. So on her birthday, I gifted her with a device and I said, please use this. And she was a Virgo, so she did exactly what she was told, which was awesome. And so in six weeks of using it twice a day for 20 to 30 minutes, she went away on vacation, took her avison with her, forgot her medication, and that's when she did. She found out she didn't need her medication anymore.
Yeah.
So then we got this request with the va. What do you know about this? So we knew we could do something cool with this and we could help people. So in 30 days, we relieved their overall pain by over 40%. Hmm. And most people, I think over half of them said they didn't have it anymore. And then your, your, your, your drug, your pharmaceutical drugs that help with that. So they say less than 2% pain reduction, so we were 20 times more effective.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yeah. That's fantastic.
And we still don't have that clearance, even though we had those great numbers. We do not have that clearance.
I see. Yeah. What about for brain conditions? You know, for people with, let's say, Alzheimer's?
Right. Okay. I can tell you a story about my father in law. See, I've got stories. I've got stories. I got a lot of stories. So my father in law, at the age of 90, had dementia. He ended up living in 1942 with his day to day living when he was a Marine in Vero Beach. So we had to put him in. They had to put both my mother in law and father in law in assisted Living, he had to go to memory care. But he remembered how to use the avison because he used it every day, twice a day. So we said, dad, put your hand in the machine and watch tv, because that's all they do. They just stuck him in front of a tv. But he used the Avestin in three months. He must have been using it three to five hours a day because he had nothing else to do. And he was a very active person. So he was back in the present in three months, and we had to get. It took another three months to get him out of memory care with an attorney, because nobody ever gets out of memory care. And then he became the card shark of his assisted living until he was 95 when he passed. So that's my memory. That's because it's inflammation of the brain, right? So if we can get rid of that inflammation. But this is not everyone's story. This was just his story.
Amy, first of all, it's amazing what blood flow can do, right? But do we think this is a lot more than the temperature raise and the blood flow? Are there other mechanisms?
That's what it is. It's all about microcirculation. A lot of people talk about circulation, circulation, but no one talks about. So they talk about the arteries and they talk. They never. They don't talk about those capillaries, those little tree roots that you're born with, all the blood profused. When it recedes after a certain age, that's when we have problems. We get the neuropathy and the feet. You know when someone says, oh, my uncle so and so passed away because everything just shut down, Right? That's the receding of all the blood in all those capillaries. When things aren't being pushed where they need to go with oxygen and nutrients, that's when things start shutting down. So if you can try and reverse that, which I think the avison is doing, after everything we've seen, that's a game changer for wellness and longevity. And that is basically the most important thing, because without blood flow, you know, blood is life. Life is blood. Without the right blood flow, the right oxygenation and nutrients, you're not. You're not living, you're just existing.
Yeah, I mean, it's a really global mechanism of helping the body to heal. The few things I know that enhances blood flow have profound effects, like to your. All your systems. The first one I remember, it's. The first one was PMF mat.
Right.
Beamer mat. Because it seems to be good for everything. For wound healing, diabetic ulcers. All of a sudden you put the person on mat, your blood is flow blowing better. All of a sudden the ulcer is healing up. So that just shows you how powerful the blood is. If you can just get the blood.
Get the nutrients, you have to tap into it. Right. So you just have to give it a restart.
Yeah. And the same thing with nitric oxide, the supplement.
Yeah, yeah. The difference between a PEMF and Avacyn is we work internally and that is externally. So I think that's why we're having the profound results that we're having, because we hack into your body instead of outside. Same thing with other modalities. I love red light. I love. Well, I love it all. And what I like to do is I like to hack and stack it all. I'll do three or four different things at the same time because I know that the Avacyn is going to supercharge every single one of those things. So. That's a great analogy.
Yeah. Yeah. Right. Anything else that, that you think we should know about? This, this device that Tom came up.
With, you have to use it more because then you're going to have your own experiences. And I can't wait for you to put it into your practice because.
Well, I didn't notice. Yeah. The HRV is not easy to improve. So the, the fact that. Yeah. And I was actually stressed, I was going through a little bit of physiological stress and the fact that my HRV was really, you know, was one of the highest time I've ever seen. It was pretty impressive.
Well, thank you. I'll tell that to Tom. He'll love that. So I, I just think people need to try it. It's, it's. There's nothing like it on the planet. And you're going to come up with your own stories and I can't wait to hear about them because I know you're a healer like, like so many. Like the one who told you about it. He's an epic healer. And just don't let the fact that it looks so simple, don't let that deter you. It's not a gadget, it's an actual medical device and it does extraordinary things and we are helping the world heal one palm at a time.
Yeah. I'm curious about the research study you've done. What have they found out?
Well, the fibromyalgia we've done studies on, and small pilot studies because we're a very small company. So we don't have 20, 30 million dollars to do these huge regional EPIC studies that the FDA wants us to do. So we do small studies. So we did two pilot studies on type 2 diabetes and have extraordinary results. Plantar fasciitis. We have some brain scan stuff that I'm. I can send you all of it. I don't think I did. So that. My bad. I'll send that to you. The fibromyalgia. I'm missing something. But my big push this year is I got to do the wound care because we've saved limbs, including my mother in law's limbs. We stopped her from an amputation when. When medical science did everything they could and they couldn't do it, we did it. So we saved her foot and there's 200,000amputations in India a year and we can stop half of those and then all of the diabetic amputations here, we can really help reverse that. So diabetic. Finish our diabetic study and our wound care goes hand in hand.
Yeah. Wonderful. And so again, so it's called avis. Avison is a va cn.
Right. And you said it stands for advanced vascular circulation enhancement. Uhhuh.
Yeah. Wonderful. Yeah. We'll. I'll put a. In the show note. I'll list where people can get it and. Absolutely.
Put. Put the link.
Yeah. Fantastic. I'm excited to be part of spreading the word, maybe saving some limbs and remember some.
Thanks. Dr. Joy, we're honored that you're joining our little avison movement, I should say.
Well, I use it every day myself, so. And I'm going to use it even more. Okay. Thank you so much, Daniel.
Thank you very much. Thanks everyone for listening. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your work and thank you. Thank Tom for us for his invention.
Absolutely. Thank you.
