A short YouTube interview-style video (creator: Joy Kong, MD) in which two speakers discuss a personal testimonial: one speaker describes their father who refused major lifestyle change but used a carbon water distiller and drank hydrogen water. According to the speaker, within 6–8 months the father’s blood pressure, cholesterol, arthritis, and diabetes improved or resolved; his long-standing glaucoma (present >30 years) initially persisted after 1 year but tested negative by the third year of hydrogen use. The narrative frames these outcomes as an anecdotal protocol devised by the speaker rather than results from a controlled study.
Questions this video answers
Six to eight months.
Over 30 years.
In the third year of using hydrogen water.
So you would say that hydrogen has made the biggest difference.
For your life by far. My dad, he didn't want to change his diet. He didn't want to do all these things to improve his health. And he said, the only thing that I'm willing to do is that carbon distiller, because, you know, you clean the water. And he goes, and I'll do that hydrogen thing. And I remember thinking to myself, like, I'm not sure if it's going to work, if this is all he does, because I was thinking that you have to do all of it. Just like your therapies. You don't just do stem cells. You're doing ozone, you're doing stem cells. You're doing all these different things to improve health, because we need a lot of work, right? But the truth is, his issues went away even though all he did was clean water and hydrogen. That's all he did.
What kind of issue?
Blood pressure, the cholesterol, the arthritis, the glaucoma and diabetes, basically.
But after how long after drinking, following.
The protocol that I created, it took between six and eight months, and all his issues were gone except for the glaucoma. So he had had glaucoma for over 30 years, and he has to get his eyes checked every year, otherwise he could go blind. When he first went, after one year of using hydrogen, they have to check his eyes anyway, and they're like, yeah, you have glaucoma. And I was like, oh, it's not working for the glaucoma. Right? And so I kind of gave up on that part. I thought, okay, so it didn't work for glaucoma, but it worked for everything else. That's great. It can't be bad in a thousand. The third year, I remember my father called me. They just told me I tested negative. I'm like, what?
Wow.
And then he goes, even the doctor doesn't believe it. Glaucoma gets worse, it doesn't get better, and yours reversed.
