Movement itself activates over 400 genes in your body to propel you on the anti aging path. So if you're missing that part and you're just bombarding yourself with good nutrition, you won't get as far. Inflammation is definitely a driving force for aging. If you can afford stem cell therapy, that's an amazing way to reduce inflammation. But you know, day to day there are supplements, there are antioxidants, algae products or you know, herbal products like curcumin. Of course, if you can improve your gut health, that's gonna be hugely helpful. So eating more prebiotics and probiotics, you know, some high quality probiotics, I think that can really help modulate your immune system. Doing some kind of detoxification like, well, hot yoga is great, I love sauna. So getting the sauna and getting you to sweat and getting out the tox toxins, of course you can also detox using something like fulvic acid. Also gentle form of detoxification, cellular detox. And then have good probiotics, get your gut moving regularly. That would be a great way to detoxify and ensure your health of the body and of your mind. The gut is the second brain. It's really crucial when it comes to your mental health as well. I think people absolutely need to move their body. So I try to do something every day, whether or not it's pilates or hot yoga or go to the gym, lift some weights or going out, take a walk, a hike, a little swim. So whatever you need to do to get your body moving, that is crucial because just movement itself activates over 400 genes in your body to propel you on the anti aging path. So if you're missing that part and you're just bombarding yourself with good nutrition, you won't get as far. Of course the other one that's really crucial is sleep and I haven't done very well in that aspect. It's something that I need to work on to get to bed at a decent time, hopefully by 11pm and then wake up by 7am that will be, you know, ideally probably 10 to 6 will be, will be a nicer range. Getting up in the morning, go outside, put some sunlight in your eyes. That activates your, you know, just resets your circadian rhythm and sets you into a really good place when it comes to nighttime.
