The world is because of over supplementation of iodine. What's your opinion on this?
I'm in the middle. Well, I'm usually never in the middle. Neither of them are lying. You know, they're both telling the truth that you, you can give iodine, especially in a Hashimoto's patient. And we'll check everyone's urine iodine on first visit. But we don't treat it, even if it's super low, because if they have Hashimoto's that you give it, they can just totally flare. But if you go very, very slow, the iodine will actually reverse the Hashimoto's or some, some degree.
