You were telling me this wonderful story about how you were helping your dad with his lung condition. So 18 years ago, my dad was diagnosed with terminal emphysema. He had six months to live. And just so you know, spoiler alert, he's still alive. But I really stepped in and I said, listen, dad, they tell you you're going to be dead in six months. Let's face it, there's nothing to be done. He was in a terrible state. He needed oxygen to just go to the bathroom. It could take him an hour back and forth. So the protocol I did for my dad is first I called the director of the clinic, ok, the hospital, she said, are you willing to take so many risks with your dad's health? But I thought you'll be giving him six months to leave, so come on. And so she didn't like it. And my dad was the ultimate person to decide and he said, yeah, I want to do it. And 18 years later, he's 84 years old, he swims 3k a day, he walks constantly, he's super healthy. So that's from an anti inflammatory diet, right? Stem cells and then the bite size.
