How would you advise people on their approach to fitness? First of all, I advise people to start young. Fitness is really something you should be doing, you know, since the day you're born, until the day you die. When you want to start a fitness regimen, you got to ease into it. They're getting weight, and all of a sudden they watch the movie Rockies like, ah. And they get all pumped up. You know, it's like, that's it. Two more. I'm gonna go for a run. And then they do go for the run the next day. And then they get super sore, but they keep running and running and then not listening to their bodies. And after two weeks, they stop because they're like, oh, my God, this is like, I'm sore all the time. And then that was it. That is the wrong way to start the fitness reg, man. Because there's no point of wanting to lose weight by just doing exercise itself. You need to first change your diet and you need to stop gaining weight. Then you can start working out. You're going to do 30 minutes here, 30 minutes there. Maybe do workout at home. Do something that you can do easily and effortlessly. Fitness has to be effortless. If it takes time, money, energy to get to the inagna state, be realistic. First of all, to lose weight, you have a great body. You don't need to go to the gym. You can do some workouts, you know, at home. So you have to find something that you love doing. I love lifting the dumb weight. I love it. I love doing biceps and back and shoulders and then do my forearms. I love working all these muscles I've always enjoyed. So for me. So now I want to lose some weight. All right, I'm going to add a couple cardio. In three months, this right here is going to be gone. I fucking tell you.
