So that's how anti aging medicine was started.
We can learn from elite athletes and how they perform and recover, especially in recent years. Like you're telling me, most of the NFL is taking peptide therapy and integrating these new strategies. And you can see things about the red light therapy and the cold plunging. And so the top athletes are on the cutting edge by necessity and the controversy and confusion around science, especially with eating and toast topics like that. I pay a lot of attention to what the best fittest people, highest performing people are doing.
