How Chiropractic Adjustments Work To Heal Your Pain | Dr. Ryan Manning

Dr. Ryan Manning discusses chiropractic adjustments for neck and low-back pain, noting vertebral artery dissection occurs in roughly 1 in 4 million to 1 in 40 million adjustments. He combines hands-on work with PEMF therapy, lasers, shock wave treatment, and stem-cell protocols, presenting cases of patients with pain, traumatic brain injury, and sleep apnea.

When I was in school, there was a mom that slapped her child in the backseat, caused a stroke. The holy grail of worst case scenarios for a chiropractor is a vertebral artery dissection cause a stroke. So we have to tell people, look, it's anywhere from 1 in 4 million to 1 in 40 million adjustments. That was the legal number that I have to get the same risk as if you put your head back in a shampoo bowl. It's the same exact risk. Really? Yeah, it's called beauty parlor syndrome.
No way.
Just from putting your head in extension. When I was in school, there was a mom that slapped her child in the backseat, caused a stroke. Just blow drying your hair carries the same risk as getting a chiropractic adjustment. You're more likely to be struck by lightning than have that happen. But look, it's a risk. That's why we tell you informed consent. But I will tell you, taking Tylenol kills far more people every year than chiropractors do.
Hi, welcome to the Dr. Joy Kong podcast. Today we have Dr. Ryan Manning with us. He is a chiropractor, a healer, and a body optimization expert and a longtime friend. He has a client list that reads like a Hollywood red carpet. From Navy Seals to Super bowl champions, from Oscar winners to Formula One drivers. Dr. Manning has spent nearly three decades helping elite performers feel move and lift and at their peak. But his story started humbly. He was massaging patients at a chiropractor's clinic at just age 14. And eventually he was able to bring that early hands on experience with cutting edge tools such as erconia laser and sound therapy. And not only he has improved his own patients outcome, but he has helped me in making my therapies more effective. So this interview is a masterclass in bringing together old school bodywork with modern biohacking. Whether you are a practitioner, a performance enthusiast, or someone searching for better sleep or just better health, this conversation is full of insight for you.
A lot of people, I mean, get help from chiropractors, but maybe they don't really understand what kind of education is provided in a chiropractic school. How does that compare to a medical school?
Well, I mean, what I'll do is compare it to what I know from what I the classes that I took at my time. And we comparing it to John Hopkins. We took every single basic science class that the graduates from John Hopkins did. Our total program hours is actually 500 hours more than than the graduates from John Hopkins. And so, and it's was accredited. So that is the kind of the accrediting body for all upper division medical schools.
So all the basic sciences we took.
Every basic science class, they went a little further into, well, they went much further into psychology than we did. And then pharmacology, I think they took an additional class or two, but. But we still had to take, you know.
You had to take pharmacology as well.
Yeah, because we have to understand, you know, interactions and just the basics of, of what it does. But because we're not prescribing, we don't need to go that as in depth as, as they do. So but where we ex, you know, exceeded their classes was in imaging and interpretation, spinal anatomy, spinal biomechanics and quite substantially.
Yeah. So how would you explain chiropractic care to somebody who doesn't understand it?
Well, that's a really good question. So the basic premise of chiropractic is that the body was intelligently designed. It is the only medical or the only profession in health care that I know of that gives any kind of honor to a creator. And so the premise of chiropractic says that the body is designed, intelligently designed to heal itself if you give it the modalities that it needs in order to fulfill that, that healing process. So there's a couple of things that, you know, obviously mechanical trauma can cause damage to the body, but there's also emotional damage that can cause trauma and be locked within the body. And then you have, you know, environmental toxins and genetics and like that. Chiropractic just basically assists the body in healing itself when you give it heat and cold and sound waves and other types of energy waves, light waves. And whereas in medicine, you know, you're kind of going after the same mechanisms of action, but just with pharmacopoeia. So and I will, I'm not one to knock MDs. I'm so grateful emergency medicine and for a lot of things that they do, they have, I mean, saved the lives of countless people. So I'm very grateful. I'm not a chiropractor that is, you know, anti, anti MD, but there are.
A lot of MDs who are anti chiropractic.
Very much so. Very much so.
So why do you think there's such a sentiment against a chiropractic doctors?
Well, one, I think that chiropractic will take away, you know, quite a bit of business from, you know, medical doctors where they, as they would normally prescribe medications, they may not see them. And there's actually, I Think it was in 2015 in the Journal of Spine, there was a study that was shown that they took about 8, 000 people who had seen who were under work compared to. And they found that 49% of the people who, if their first interaction was with an md, they went on to have surgery for their, for their back, Whereas it was 1.9%, if I recall correctly, if their first contact was, was with a chiropractor.
Wow.
So that's incredible. That's, it's a, it's a big loss of revenue, you know, for, for MDs. You know, I think that's part of it. And then the other part is, you know, back in the 70s, Ama actually tried to bury chiropractic and they, so they were sued by a group of chiropractors because their plot was actually discovered and they lost the lawsuit and the chiropractors said, we don't want any money from you. The only thing we want is you're going to pay the attorney's bills and you're going to make a public apology. And so they had count, they had started the council on quackery. That's what it was called. It was, they were trying to call us quacks.
The ama.
Yeah, the ama. And so that is something that still to this day haunts, you know, chiropractors. That's why they're called quacks. And I just, you know, I've, I've received quite a bit of, of hate online for, for that where people will just say, well, you're a quack.
And I'm like, well, which is amazing. To this day I'm, I'm surprised because I've seen some of your, you know, you were making some kind of a helpful comment and then someone comes back with a, you know, a very unpleasant, sometimes kind of vicious way of speaking with you. I just, that that was very surprising. Yeah, but you're not surprised.
No, I'm not surprised. And you know what? I just, you know, ignorance is a punishment and they can live in that. You know, I don't care if they ever go see a chiropractor if you don't think it's going to benefit you or if there's. And there's risks. Look, there is risks and, and I'll be the first to tell you those risks. But, you know, the, the holy grail of worst case scenarios for a chiropractor is a vertebral artery disse section. You know, that's, you know, you cause a stroke. So we have to tell people. Look, it's anywhere from, you know, 1 in 4 million to 1 in 40 million adjustments. That was the legal number that I have to get. It's the same risk as if you put your head back in a shampoo bowl. That's the same risk. It's the same exact. Really? Yeah. It's called beauty parlor syndrome.
No way.
Just from putting your head in extension.
Oh, my goodness.
When I was in school, there was a mom that slapped her child in the back seat, caused a stroke. There was somebody who, you know, blows. Drying your hair carries the same risk. Just blow drying your hair carries the same risk as getting a chiropractic adjustment.
What?
It's. It's the truth. You're. You're more likely to be struck by lightning than have that happen. But look, it's a risk. That's why we tell you informed consent. But I will tell you, taking Tylenol kills far more people every year than chiropractors do. But it's. When it happens to a chiropractor, it's big, you know, typically big news. And they go, oh, you guys are dangerous. And look there. It's true. There is some level of danger when you're having your spine manipulated. That's why I tell people, you find a chiropractor that people rave about if you really love, where they're like, you have to see this guy. Because typically those are the people who are, you know, better than the average. But if you, you know, you. You get a chiropractor who's not very good or doesn't do the proper exams and gives you an improper adjustment, it can really hurt you for a lifetime. So it is, you know, there is serious consequences to it if. If something goes awry.
Yeah. So the philosophy is that there's a lot of misalignment within the spine. It's focusing mostly on the spine.
I would say so, yes. But I think where a lot of chiropractic falls short is only focusing on the spine and on the adjustment. The, you know, you have. You have muscles attached to every single bone in the body, so. Well, almost every bone in the body. So I think it's important to do the soft tissue work and to have an understanding. And that's why I'm pro pt.pts typically do a better job in active rehab and exercises that help the body to hold the adjustment after it is. But you also have to address the soft tissue before the adjustment as well. That is so critically important. And the adjustment is like 1% of what I do. I typically spend an hour with each patient. I know that that's not realistic for a lot of chiropractors and offices. They have people that stack up and, you know, those rack and crack, look, you will net a huge amount that they go, that's all I need. And I'm great. But they may have to come back a little bit more. But they still can help a tremendous amount of people. But then it's like if you don't spend the time with somebody that they really needed and they have a serious injury and they have apprehension and you're like, hey, I gotta go. That's where you could get in trouble. That's where you could hurt somebody.
Yeah, yeah. So I was always impressed, you know, by the few chiropractors I've, you know, spent a little time with and that they seem to see a person walk in and just able to identify all kinds of problems where the problem. The gate and, you know, which joint is affected. So that's pretty impressive. I mean, as MDs, I don't think we, we have that eye for it.
Yeah, well, I mean, I would say typically MDs don't touch the patients very much. They, it's, it's a, you know, chiropractic is very hands on. And that's why chiropractic, as a. Who has a. I think it is the highest patient satisfaction rating of any medical profession is, you know, I mean, certainly for things that are similar, like low back pain, neck pain and joint pain, because we actually physically touch them more and tend to spend a little bit more time.
Yeah, you see an incredibly wide array of patients as far as medical conditions goes. So for just using physical manipulation and chiropractic techniques, which conditions do you see as being incredibly helpful?
I would say the biggest net is going to be cervical spine pain and low back pain. It is superior to pharmaceutical pills all day long. There's ample clinical studies that show that. So I would say that those are probably the biggest one. Chiropractic is so strange. And I'll tell you right up front, there it is. It is a strange profession because you can have some of the most outlandish looking things that are so incredible. I remember this one, this one club that came in and it was called Network Chiropractic. And the adjustment was literally this. And he would go like this. And then. And you're like, what are you doing?
Tiny little.
Yeah, barely. And the people start moving and they start doing all this stuff. You're like, what is that? Like you just brainwashed this girl to come in here. And so, you know, the. The. The. The instructor did it on his patient, the girl that he brought, and then she did it on him. And we were just like, making fun of this. We were like, this is abso. Absolutely ridiculous because the person was laying face down and their shoulders moving and they're taking these deep breaths, and they're just moving all over. And you're just like, what could that possibly do? And now at this time, I'd been massaging for, like, 30 years, so I'm just like, you know, my ego goes. I know better. And you know, like, what is this? This is a joke. And then we had a break, and we go over to the lab where it's like, okay, now it's your. You know, we're going to do it on you. So the woman that he had had three tables, and the man had three tables. Now, I had about four or five friends that were. We were literally laughing at this on the way because it looked so goofy. So we go over. Now I've four of like, or four or five of my friends. They were the first group to be put on the six tables. And I look over, and my friend has had his wife wobbling. And I'm just like, what is that? I look over to another girl, and you know how some. You can do the. The rolling with the stomach where you're just like. She had that going 360 degrees around her. And I was like, you can't do that. Like, no, I don't. I've never seen anyone do that. How could that do that? I look over. Another one of my friends was. He was face down, his hips were on the ground, but his shoulder was completely 90 degrees, and he was going.
They were asked to do these.
No, he was just wanted the demonstration done on them. And they started doing it, and their bodies just automatically did it. But the wildest one, I look at my friend and he's face down. He goes, you guys want to see something cool? I said, sure. So he's completely face down. Could not see what the man was doing behind him. He takes his hands 12 inches above his calves. He goes, watch this. And puts him above his calves this far away. And he plantar flexes his foot and he moves it away and it goes back, and he brings it back and he plantar flexes his foot and he goes back and then he goes. And his feet go. And I was like, okay. I like, I don't know everything. And this was absolutely amazing. And he told the whole Classic. I was like, if you're having some, like, psychological problems, if you're on antidepressants, don't do this. Because two years previous they had a person who was really under a lot of psychological stress that didn't listen to the warning. And I guess when he did it on him in the class, the guy went crazy. They took like three or four cops to subdue him and take him into the, the crazy room for a day until he was. Calmed himself down and came out. So when. How powerful? So powerful. And it was literally a fingertip. But the one girl that had the 360 waves going up her, she sits up and she goes, he goes, I know, I know your breath will come to you. And she finally was able to like, take a deep breath. And she goes, that changed something in me. And every single person that was there was so blown away by it. I mean, a lot of the stuff that they had that were bothering them didn't bother them when they got up. He did it to me. And I couldn't relax enough to let my. I could feel my body wanting to start doing it, but I was too self conscious. It was my ego wouldn't let. It wouldn't happen. But I wanted to move my body naturally, wanted to start doing it when he did it. So if people were to look at that, they would go, you guys are insane. But the beautiful part about why that would work is say you get somebody who's 90 years old who's really suffering, are you really gonna adj their neck and like tear the artery, throw a clot, you know, some of the plaque into their neck cause a stroke? No, you're not. But what you could do is you could do a technique that's soft and they'll use the activator with a little click, click, click. And it was actually for breaking teeth. It just delivers a, like, they go click. And it just delivers such a powerful punch, it would crack teeth. And they put a little rubber tip on it. And it's called activator method. And they'll turn it with the head and they'll just go click, click, click. And actually punch, punch, punch the bone, the vertical vertebra back in place. But there's a whole method to it where you'd go, this is absolutely insane. But it works.
Yeah, this is pretty amazing. Yeah, Yeah, I have those. Those are called activators. A little, little gun.
Yeah.
Yeah. It didn't feel like much. It was kind of fun. But I guess it's. I was told it does a Lot.
Yeah, it does. It's all about locking the join out. So when you lock that join out and it's in that place, it doesn't take much as a quick thud and it goes dink. And we'll put it back in place.
Okay. And was this part of the chiropractor school education or so something that people develop afterwards?
So it's something that it's not in the base of it. You know, the reasons for subluxations for the body going out of the place. All of that is, you know, covered. However, each week they would bring in a different type modality where they were all so different. And they were discovered by people who are just naturally gifted healers that go, I don't know, I do this. And that happens. I do this and put a copper bar in their hand, and you can watch people's feet shift, and you're like, how could that possibly do that? You know, I mean, it's just the body. And that's why the body is just so marvelously designed with all these hacks, that when you give it certain energies, certain substances, it has such a profound impact on the body and to disrupt the balance that's created. Doesn't take much. Look at how much arsenic it takes to kill somebody, or fentanyl, or you stop some enzyme reactions in the body, and all of a sudden you're dead. You're dead just like that.
So the. In the chiropractic tradition also, I think you guys are very much into nutrition as well, right?
Correct.
Yeah. This very holistic approach to health, which is, yeah, very interesting because the chiropractors tends to be very eager to embrace new therapies.
Right. Well, you know what's. What's ironic is if you look, you know, and. And again, not knocking MDs, but I don't even know that they take a single class of nutrition.
We have 30 minutes.
Oh, okay. Oh, well, that's good. All right. Well, you crammed in 90 of it in that, so you're probably good.
We're super people. Right?
But so, you know, what's interesting is you go, well, look at the absence of these vitamins and nutrients and minerals.
Well, what.
What happens? Disease happens. But you mean to tell me that by adding these supplements, that disease might not go or might not go away? I just don't see how that's possible. Look at vitamin D, the role of vitamin D you take. People have low serum vitamin D. They were the worst in Covid. They fared the worst. They had the highest death rate, but yet we weren't told, hey, take your vitamin D. But yet chiropractors are very much so, you know, skewered for it. And it's not really fair. But to be honest, you know, and to be fair, there are some people who take advantage of the system and they're just like, you need these supplements. And they didn't need the supplements, but they're good and bad doctors in every medical profession.
Right, right.
Healing, professional.
Yeah. And you've, I know you, you, you love fantastic devices. You've introduced me to quite a few. The first one was the, the PMF mat. Right, the Beamer.
Yeah.
You were super excited about it.
Yeah.
And then it was the light, the, the, the LED light. Right.
@ first was the Saluma.
Yeah, yeah.
By Biophotas.
Right. And then later, laser lights.
Concentrated.
Yeah. So tell me your evolution with these technologies and what are your thoughts on, you know, on the Beamer and then the, the LED lights.
I still love every, I will stand by every single product that there is. You know, when you look at, you know, the hepatocytes and when you look at the blood flow in the liver and you see how it doesn't move, and then when they turn on the Beamer, you can literally, in real time, watch the pulsing go. And it's like a massage for the blood vessels.
Well, first, explain what the Beamer mat is and does.
So it's basically pulse electromagnetic frequency. And so if we're, we're a body made of light and of metals, and I mean, really metal is, I mean, every atom basically comes down to particles of light. So we're made of light. So if you can use different things like magnets that have a physiologic function and a physiologic benefit, the more of them that you throw at the human body, the more that they're going to function. The human body is just going to function better. So, you know, I, I, with just kind of skimming the surface of it, you're using electromagnetic pulses that basically vibrate the body, and they'll vibrate the vasculature and you will see where the red blood cells are literally clotted and are not moving through its path. And after about 15, 20 minutes, all of a sudden it just opens up and you start seeing the red blood cells just zooming by.
So is it imitating nature's therapeutic frequencies?
Of course, yeah.
That's that we're, we're so detached from these days. Right, yeah. Because we don't even touch ground.
Right. And so then when Moving on to, you know, the. With a product like Saluma, that was the greatest healing device I'd ever seen in my life. I mean, my son had a terrible finger injury, and I put it on him after he had a surgery. And then six days later, I was like, I cannot take it another second. So I unwrapped his finger and gave him two consecutive treatments. And it looked like it had healed by a week. And that was by light. And that was for the longest time my go to.
So within how long did you see the improvement that.
Oh, within. Within 24 hours. From, from one day to the next. It. It was just so tremendously, so much tremendously better.
And that's. Yeah, that, that's pretty incredible because I think western medicine, because it's so pharmacological driven, right? That to them is like, what Light. You can do that, that through light. I mean, that's, it's a, you know, shifts the paradigm shifting in a sense.
Yeah, yeah, it does. And, but the beautiful thing about especially erconia lasers is that you're using a coherent light, so it doesn't scatter. So it's very concentrated. That's why, you know, it's like looking at a, a flashlight from, you know, you know, you pointed at a wall that's 50 mile, you know, 50ft away. It's going to kind of just spread out. If you take a high intense LED light, like even the saloon and you pointed it there, you might see it, you know, kind of maybe brighten the wall a little bit. But you take a laser and point it at it, it's just as bright as where it left because you're using, you know, that concentrated light. So, you know, essentially what you have in Arconia laser is a walking pharmaceutical physical cabinet. But instead of all these different medications use different pulse rates because, you know, you do use different wavelengths, but you also use different pulses. And so the cells will just react to two, whereas it may see 500, 5,000, 10,000 and do nothing. But yet 10,000 blanks will elicit a specific reaction where the body goes, oh, I really like that. And here we're going to give you this. And it could be, you know, shutting off the inflammatory process. It could be initiating Interleukin 10 and the healing process. When we get in the, the brain modes and that's, you know, they've, they found that the brains typically function best on 0-60 Hz, so that's pretty much where they stay for the brain. However, I also believe that it has other ones up in the ten thousands that have a benefit. I'm sure it does. But they can prove that 0 to 60 has a great physiologic function. And one of them would be like secreting brain derived neurotrophic factor. And that is so huge for the human body.
Oh yeah. So Dr. Shivani who I was just talking to actually said she wanted to know the frequency for meditation. That you have a meditation from the laser.
Yeah, there's, there's a, I mean there's, there's a number of them. But yeah, we can, we can talk about that in a few minutes.
But yeah, it's funny. It's almost like a, like a language, right? The whole whole new language. Because we, we get a book that according to what we're trying to, to help with that, the frequencies are, you know, it's like a, like a code, like a Morse code. That's exactly that, that you can program into the machine and that will speak to different organs if. Depending on whatever, whoever. Whatever you want to speak to.
Right. And so in the case of bdnf, I mean that's basically miracle growth for the brain. So that's how, you know, I have patients because now I'm speaking for myself. Erconia has 22 FDA clearances and they've had zero adverse events. They can only speak to their FDA clearances. I can use them off label. And so I've been very fortunate in healing people with traumatic brain injuries. You know, not high, but the laser is, is the light is able to heal people. And I just have a little girl that has autism, severe autism, would throw herself down in the middle of the night when she'd wake up biting herself and having a very hard time even looking at her parents and connecting with them. And in four treatments, she sleeps through the night, she's so much better. And she, for the first time on the. Yeah, it was the fourth treatment that I saw her. She actually looked at me in my eyes and she doesn't do that. She's never done that before. And she's saying more words at school. I mean the girl is, is healing already. And this is somebody who I'm. I'm hoping to get into you for stem cells as well.
Wow, that's incredible. So you are using, I, I assume a setting for the brain, maybe a setting for the gut, setting for the immune system.
You, you nailed it.
Okay.
Yep, all of those. And you know what I found is that the more receptors that you can stimulate while you're lazing, the, the better off you know she is. So we'll do the vagus nerve and we'll put the percussor that vibrates on the stomach to connect the gut brain axis.
Okay.
Yeah, it's just a little vibrating device that Arconia makes. It's like a theragun, but it's, it's not a straight punching percussion. It's more of a vibratory percussion.
Interesting.
Yeah.
Okay, so traumatic brain injury and autism. That, that one that's really, really interesting. And, and that fast of response.
That fast. And you know, if you, you know, not to plug another podcast, but the, the laser light show podcast, we did a story. It's a miracle Monday if you put in my name, Dr. Ryan Manning, where I had a woman who had a 40 year incurable disease of bronchiectasis. When she was six years old, she started having stabbing pain in her ribs. She, I meet her 40 years later and she was sick basically for 40 years. So I meet her, she's 46 years old, my age, and she's had pneumonia 33 times. Her lungs are 75, scarred. She has four to five breathing treatments a day. Then they forced her at UCLA to go get vaccinated for Covid if she wanted to continue her treatment. And she died a couple of times and was revived and, and now she's completely bedridden. I mean, waiting to die. So I used a couple of settings on her and I used it one time for 10 minutes and it literally like a demon was exercised from her. And she has not been sick in a year and a half. In November or October, it'll be two years.
Yeah.
And she has not been sick once since then. Completely got off her work comp or whatever, you know, disability she was on, and she has a complete, healthy, functional life. Has not been sick since then. One ten minute treatment.
That's incredible.
It's, it's, it's, you know, you would go, you're lying. You know, and people may look at it and go, you paid her. You, like that can't happen, but it happened. And there's more incredible stories, you know, than that of people that were going to die and didn't die because they just simply put the laser on them.
Well, it's interesting. You, you gave one possible explanation, which was a demon was cast out of her. I mean, that it's through light, right?
Yeah.
Well, what, it can cast darkness.
I, I 100 agree with you. Who knows if it was that? But one thing I will guarantee you is she had dysfunctional mitochondria. And that Is something that virtually every single person who has a chronic disease or illness has as dysfunctional mitochondria. And so the, the three main lights that we use, the colors are red, green and violet. And on the electron transport chain in the mitochondria, it works on the inner membrane. That's where the electron transport chain is. You have these four proteins before you make ATP synthase. So the electron shuttle from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4. That's why it's the electron transport chain. Well, they know that by using the violet beam that it stimulates complex one and two and that will increase your ATP output by 40%. Complex three is green and that will increase it by 40%. Complex four is stimulated by red. That will give you a 20. So when you put the three colors on people, it stimulates all four proteins and basically doubles the output of ATP. And so if you are feeding the body that kind of energy, even if, you know, like say for, for cancer cells, if you have cancer cells and immune cells, well, you, you have the robbers and then you have the immune cells that are the cops. Well, if you give both of them the same food, the same energy, well, the cops are going to do their job better and they're going to, you know, kill the, the robbers. And that's what I found with disease, is that it's typically, it's going away and just simply by adding light. It's the most remarkable thing I've ever seen in my life. And it's profoundly changed the lives of virtually every single one of my patients. You've seen it yourself, you know, with Sydney that was here.
Right. That, Right. She years of dizziness and she was not able to. She called it brain spasms.
Yeah.
And she was not able to. To dance like the pirouettes. And within was it two sessions?
One session, yeah. So she basically had a carry malformation and then she had a surge, a spinal fusion. And after that for, for the next four years, she just had brain spasms and dizziness and you know, she was on medication after medication. And so I was actually demoing, you know, the, the, the device for you that day. And she goes, would you try it? And I said, yeah. So she filled out some paperwork and I said, here you go. But I didn't have much time. I only had five minutes. So I put it on her on the scar setting, because you always treat scars. So I put it on her. And the next day I called her and I go, how are you? She goes, nah, no different. I said, okay, well it Was only five minutes. And the next day I called her. I go, how you doing? She goes, it's gone. I said, what? She goes, yeah, it's gone. Your dizziness? She goes, yeah. She goes, I would know by the pirouettes, because she was a professional dancer. And they have to spot when they turn. So it's a very rapid head movement. Then your body follows. She goes, I would do that and want to fall over. She goes, I did a double pirouette. And so I treated her one time for five minutes. Two days later, she woke up and it was completely gone. And she didn't suffer again until she got into a. She got a rear. Rear fender bender. Somebody hit her and she started getting it. I did it one more time and adjusted her thoracic spine. And she goes, I had no idea I ever had a problem to begin with. Nothing. She goes, I feel perfectly healthy.
Yeah.
And so. But that is typical of many of the stories that I have, you know, from a man who had Turbo Miss. He had Turbo Mississippi in two weeks. He was so sick. He was like, I'm gonna go kill myself. I said, hold on. Before you do, let's try this. Four treatments. Every symptom gone in four treatments.
Yeah.
How is it possible? It's possible because you're dealing with light. Nothing is impossible.
Right. Which is why I brought it to my clinic. You know, after seeing. We had another patient, another staff member who was having knee pain that she had all kinds of. She wrapped around the knee, Right. To stabilize it. And then you use the light. That was the first day you brought the light to the machine, the arconia. And. Yeah, within like 45 minutes, she was squatting down and she said. She called me Dr. Kong. She wanted me to see. She said, I haven't been in. Able to do this for two years. And. And she was squatting and I couldn't believe it because it looked like nothing.
It looked like nothing. And you're like, how is that possible? You just put the laser on somebody just for a couple minutes, and then they go, wait a minute. How? I can't believe it. It's too good to be true. Yeah. But what's really impressive is seeing people that were going to die, and then you put the laser on them and they don't die. That's impressive.
Of Right. You've told me quite a few stories of people who were in a coma, which is. Yeah. Which is incredible.
And it woke him up. Go figure. Yeah. I mean, that's why. This is why. It's probably one of the greatest, you know, threats to the pharmaceutical industry ever. Because it does what they can't do. It does it better. And without, like, either it does nothing or it heals you. So you Give me an FX 405 and a GVL and put me in a hospital, and I will clear that thing out. I'll clear it out. I mean, I know people. If there was a camera crew following me, they would. It would. And. And they didn't have an agenda to hide it. It would be all over the world.
Yeah, yeah. Very powerful. And then I think you're combining these different, different modalities, and then you brought in something new that you. Again, you're super excited about, and you actually used it on me, which made a huge difference.
Yeah. So this is radial shock wave from ems. It's EMS Dolor class radial shock wave. And basically it's a piece of metal that clinks against a piece of metal and it makes a specific acoustic sound and it breaks up scar tissue, it breaks up adhesions, but it's essentially like a jackhammer for the muscle. And where you have knots, where you have hypertonic tissue, it just slaps the hostage so much and so rapidly that it just says, I give up. I have to be calm and I have to relax. And it does in minutes. And. And I don't think it does it by itself. It does it with a combination of the light. So I use the laser on them on a setting, a. A pair of settings, a scar and ligament setting that I found with arconia. If you put it on that setting and then you put it on hypertonic tissue, you'll feel it start melting. But then when you combine that with the clink, clink, clink, clink, clink of the device, I have never in my life seen anything like it. And every single person I've used it on has been absolutely blown away. They go, and. And what I'm finding more and more is that I'm getting more emotional reactions that people it. Because it hits at such a core level when, you know, going back to the premise of chiropractic, that emotional, you know, trauma will be stored in the body, it'll be stored in the joints, it'll be stored in the muscle. And you start tapping on that, and people get up and they're just like, I cannot tell you the release that I have of energy and. And just psychologically how much better they feel. But to see people who have frozen shoulders, and then they're like, oh, my God. In one session, it's just like gone. It's been pretty profound.
Mm. Right. So you combining your modalities. Yeah, yeah.
Just like you, you're doing the same thing here. You know, you have all these different modalities. And I've sent. Been very fortunate to send a lot of patients to you. Every single one of them has gotten better. I don't know a single patient who has not received help from, you know, the stem cells. My daughter had a meniscus tear. Remember that? So my 16 year old daughter kneeled down one day and just heard this God awful rip hip. And then just dying, she had so much pain. So she tore the meniscus really good. I think she had a plica and it. And it just caught it and pulled it in the formal condyle as she was kneeling down and just tore it. And one shot and it was about six weeks later she goes, dad, look at this. And she literally got on her knees before she. That was she. There was no way she could have done that.
Right. And then you know, cells in the new joint.
Yeah. And, and then we've had, you know, some other patients with spinal instability of just doing systemic stem cells where they, within months they were just better. And, and that to me. And there wasn't many other modalities done other than that. That's, you know, why your product is superior to anything I've ever seen.
Thank you. Yeah. So now in our clinic, anytime somebody comes in for stem cell treatment, we always have the light, the arconia laser light going. So whether or not a person wants help for the brain, we can focus on that or help with, you know, particular joints or even certain organs in diabetes and etc. Lungs so we can target more. But then there are, you know, still there's a holistic approach to it because a lot of the problems may be a result of maybe nervous system that's not optimized or their immune system's not optimized. So those are always, I'm always including those in, in the protocol as well. And there's a stem cell settings, a pre stem cell, you know, to optimize your body to, to receive the cell. So it's pretty incredible tool to have that.
Yeah, well what I appreciate is that you actually, you know, you have people hold them and give an intention and just the energy that goes into that. I know a lot of people will go energy go hugging tree. However, you know, the science is catching up to go. These things actually matter and they can, they can change stuff and it doesn't even matter. That the people believe or not. I remember seeing a school when we were doing our research methods class where they had people that were praying for people and they found on average they healed about 15 to 20% better and faster. And so it wasn't. You didn't have to have faith that people were praying for you, you just had to be prayed for. And it was clearly, you know, demonstrable that the praying group actually had benefits. And so what is that? That's an intention. That's hope. You're giving hope and love and kindness to somebody that they heal better. So when you have that intention for yourself, that energy is going to be carried into you as well.
Yeah, well put. Yeah. And. And you also experience some interesting things about using energy medicine to help you. Right? The. You have. Do you have some sleep apnea?
Oh, yes. Oh, for the fotona. That was amazing. So it was slight sleep apnea, but massive snoring. It just runs in our family. I don't know why, but it does. And I would wake myself up snoring. And I remember, you know, you telling me all the different benefits of it, which I don't have any reason to.
Doubt it, you know, different kinds of laser machines.
So this is a Class 3 laser, so Erconius Class 2. It's a cold laser, basically, that the, the energy wave is, the power of it is so low, it's high energy but low power, that it cannot be converted to heat in the body. That's why it's a cold laser. But oftentimes people will feel a little bit of warmth associated with it. And you go, well, it's a cold laser. How is that doing it? It's because you have so many millions of chemical reactions that are speeding up because of the energy given to it that you can collectively feel the heat that's given off from it. Well, a Class 3 laser is much more high power, a lot more photonic energy. That wave is going to be converted to heat and actually start being absorbed in the water and then start heating the water as well. And so that has a more, you know, more thermal effect. And, you know, while I would say it's not the most pleasant thing in the world, I could breathe better. It was about 25, 20 minutes, something like that, maybe 30 at the most. And, you know, it feels like kind of a gradual increase to where it's like hot snapping rubber bands and then you stop and take a break. But after the first time, I could literally breathe, breathe better. And I knew that I snored less three Sessions gone. I don't snore at all. I, I, I don't know how to say enough how that has changed my life, you know, because now I can actually sleep better, breathe better, and I have other people who are coming in to do it now too, so I'm excited for them as well.
Yeah, that's incredible. I'm so glad this different energy was Machine is able to, in a sense, greatly enhance your life. And gosh, so many people suffer from sleep apnea and snoring. It could help so many. But, you know, the medical field is absolutely just exploding with new technologies, it's harder and harder to keep track. But yeah, very exciting and really happy that we're colleagues and friends and I've learned so much from you because you're helping, you're, you've introduced, you know, wonderful concepts and devices to my practice. So I want to thank you.
Well, you're very welcome. And, and because you're so willing to do the research and to keep adding, that's why you're having the benefits and the, the great success that you have. I mean, your place is exploding because of the goodness that you provide. So, and you are smarty pants yourself. You're, you know, I don't know anybody who is pulling out different tissues and concocting their stem cells. They just take what's given from them at the, the bank. But not you. You actually care enough and are wise enough. And it's just an intuitive, you know, the intuitive nature of, you know, the healer that you are that gives you the ability to concoct the things and they work. It just works. People go, it doesn't work. Oh, no, it works. Every single patient for myself. Do you remember? And not to get off tasks, I had a burn here. You can barely see it. After about four days, it was like a crater in there. And I had this little thin line, but you could look all the way down to the dermal layer. It was, was going to be such a gnarly scar. And I was going to get to tell people I saved a child from being her mother from being mugged. It was just so ugly. But I got a stem cell infusion just for general health and for my joints. By that hour, this thing, it was about four hours later. And every hour we would watch it change. I visually, I would go to my wife, I go, look at this. She's like, oh, my God, four days of scabbard formed and fell off. And there's nothing, a little bit of discoloration. You can't feel anything. And I'm like, it's just. It's changed my life. The stem cells has changed my life, so. And from having a traumatic brain injury, the two of them, actually, I finally, between the stem cells and the lasers, feel like I'm not gonna have dementia when I get older. So I appreciate you. You and your willingness to help treat me as well.
Oh, of course. Wow. Beautiful. Healthy together and live longer together and helping a lot of people along the way. Yeah. Thank you, Dr. Ryan, for being here.
