So your eyesight is bad. What can you do to improve it? I'm Dr. Joy Kong. I'm a triple board certified stem cell specialist and longevity expert. With my clinic here in Los Angeles. My first recommendation would be stem cell therapy. I've treated multiple patients with eye conditions such as glaucoma with improved eye pressure. Also, a patient that was blind in one eye for over 40 years began to see after one stem cell treatment. Number two is getting enough vitamins such as vitamin A, C and E and you can get it from these vegetables here. Number three, follow the 202020 rule, especially if you work in front of a computer for long stretches of time. This means every 20 minutes you want to stop looking at your computer, get up, look at something at least 20ft away for 20 seconds. Number four, stop putting so much sugar in your body. Having too much sugar in your bloodstream injures the delicate walls of your blood vessels. High blood sugar causing eye damages commonly known in diabetics. The last thing I would say is that in traditional Chinese medicine, the liver is considered the primary organ for eye health. With the liver meridian running directly into affecting your vision, not taking care of your liver can cause blurred vision, dry eyes, floaters, eye inflammation and eye pain. Did I miss anything?
