If you have to give somebody, like, a quick Cliff note and just tell them, what kind of things did I do that got me to age so slow?
The one thing that most everyone seems to have in common, regardless of what their lifestyle is, is they're not eating processed foods. They're eating some sort of foods, meat or vegetables that they are preparing themselves. It's not coming out of a box or bag or anything like that. They're not doing the fast foods, typically. And so my theory is that those of us that are not eating processed food are the ones that are aging normally. It's the people that are eating all the processed foods with all the chemicals and the dyes and all the other stuff added are aging worse because of the stuff that's damaging our health.
