Hydrogen Water: The Body Healing Secret Nobody Talks About! | Greg 'The Hydrogen Man'

This YouTube interview (Dr. Joy Kong with Greg “The Hydrogen Man”) covers Greg’s personal health journey and his experience using and producing molecular hydrogen (in water and gas) for therapy. Greg describes many anecdotal patient improvements (heart disease, dementia, glaucoma, cancer, gut/lung issues), points to a substantial body of Japanese research (he cites over 2,000 studies and names Keio University), explains proposed mechanisms (selective antioxidant, anti-inflammatory signaling, mitochondrial support, opening "ghost vessels"), and gives practical protocol details (drinking hydrogen-rich water, inhaling hydrogen gas, device maintenance and production considerations). The second half adds dietary and practical habits Greg uses: hydrogen-infused smoothies (letting produce sit in hydrogen water ~20 minutes), use of natto in smoothies (claimed protein parity with beef and blood-thinning/statin-like effects), mushroom consumption (claim: eating mushrooms ≥3×/week could prevent ~90% of dementia, per Japanese data he cites), concerns about long-term use of alkaline/ionized water (possible stomach acid suppression), and speculative future projects (a proposed $30M device, agriculture/Mars applications). Closing includes his channel name (uprising144k) and subscription call-to-action.

Recently I worked with a woman who's almost 100 years old. She had multiple heart conditions and her doctors was like, you're going to die because we can't be doing surgery on a woman who's almost 100 years old. It's like, what are we doing here, right? And she was also on pharmaceuticals to control her blood pressure for almost four decades. She found me, got her on my protocol with the hydrogen, and then her doctor wrote an email. Her heart conditions are all gone. No surgery. Can you imagine that? What is one of the top killers in America? Heart disease and cancer. I, I really think that if people actually drink proper, clean water with proper hydrogen properly made, I think it would minimize death in a crazy numbers.
Welcome to the Dr. Joy Kong podcast. Today I have a very important guest, Greg the Hydrogen Man. Greg has worked and been educated in the medical field for over two decades before a near death experience radically changed his life and his understanding of health and healing. He tried everything, diets, supplements, detox protocols, medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, biohackers, even psychic healers. But nothing worked. That moment led him to a hidden natural therapy, which is nanostructured medical grade hydrogen, water and gas. His research took him to Japan where he trained with the world's leading hydrogen engineers and became an expert in hydrogen production for health. Welcome to the show, Greg.
Thank you so much for having me. It's been such a joy to meet you and hang out with you.
Yeah, absolutely. I've already learned so much from you, just from our, from our phone conversations and I've listened to you on podcast. That's how I found you in the first place. I thought, wow, this man has such deep knowledge of hydrogen and I really want to be able to allow you to share with people. So first of all, maybe we just have a quick background of your understanding of what hydrogen, water and gas can do for people's health.
So they can do a lot of things. The first thing I think people should understand is there's not just like 10 studies on hydrogen or no studies, there's like over 2,000 studies at this point. There's a lot of data and research. It's also obviously the Mecca of hydrogen is Japan, and they actually use this in university hospitals. So it's the real deal. You know, for a lot of things out there, you know how it is with like supplements and people saying that things work and you never really know what actually works. It's definitely the real deal. And so I really had to take a deep dive into it because having the medical issues that I had, I just didn't really have a lot of options. You know, as I. As you were reading off there, that I worked in the medical field for like, over two decades, actually, and I really saw what went on behind the scenes, and it was really disappointing, actually. And I hoped that I would never get sick. And then I ended up getting sick myself, and I ended up having to kind of carve my own path and figuring out how am I going to improve my health. And there's a lot of things that you can do to improve your health, but sometimes it gets really complicated, really expensive, just difficult, right? And I found something really, really simple, and that's super clean water. So super clean water is very important to me. So I know all about. I know every water filtration modality, what it does and doesn't remove from your water, what's in the water. I've seen numerous lab reports of what's in our water, and it's just absolutely nuts. And then you get into hydrogen. Now, hydrogen is the magic. Clean water is great, but the hydrogen is just. It's so special. You know, if I were to give you a lot of different examples from. I've worked with so many people now in hydrogen. People with arthritis, people with blood pressure issues, people with cholesterol issues, even things like glaucoma, even a lot of different eye issues, which I was a little surprised about, like macular degeneration. Now, I don't make medical claims and make claims for or against products, but I've had people that I've worked with who've resolve the macular degeneration that's not supposed to be able to be fixed. I've worked people with dementia and Alzheimer's. I actually have them on my YouTube channel, these testimonials. I remember one daughter, it was a beautiful story. She contacted me because her mother has dementia and actually had dementia, and she didn't even recognize her own daughter. You know, this poor lady, you know, and none of the nurses taking care of her, you know, she was pretty out of it. And she did this protocol that I created. And all of a sudden she starts recognizing her daughter. And you could see in her face, they were taking pictures of her. And I released them all on. On my channel. And it's a very specific protocol, and it's really important on how you make hydrogen, too. That's why I became a production specialist, hydrogen production specialist, because there's many ways to make it, and I'm not fond of the majority of the ways that People are doing them, but that's what people do and businesses do. But I just wanted the best. That's what I'm all about, because my life literally depended on it. A lot of people don't know that I'm not even supposed to be alive right now. So doctors were like, you're never going to make it. Numerous medical issues. But the one that was probably going to take me out was my heart condition. So I had a severe heart condition, needed open heart surgery. Like it's going to kill you, right? It's so shocking. Dr. Kong, I used all sorts of different hydrogen devices. I actually tried like all the Kangens and the tablets and the little bottles. I tried all that stuff at first because I didn't understand that how you make hydrogen matters. And they didn't do anything for me. And I was going to kind of give up on hydrogen, but I kept looking at the medical data and I'm like, why isn't this stuff working? And then when I started taking the deep dive into hydrogen, I quickly realized that how you produce it matters. And I think that goes for a lot of things like, like, like vegetables, how you grow them. You want good soil, you want clean water. You don't want herbicides and pesticides and chemicals all over your food. You know, you want to grown as, produced a certain way, you know, and it's the same thing for hydrogen, actually. And so taking that deep dive led me to Japan. The majority of the machines out there, they're all made in China. And the technology that they're using is they use like plated metals, coated metals. The membranes they use aren't even designed for human consumption. I can't even believe that they can sell them, actually. I don't know how that works. But the Japanese, and it literally was one guy, you know, one guy, his poor daughter was born with Lou Gehrig's disease, als, a very severe form. And it was going to end her life. You know, it was a very sad story. And he knew about, he learned about the hydrogen technology and he kept trying to get devices. And his doctor was like, you can't use that on your daughter. You know, it's not pure enough. And when it comes to gases, because molecular hydrogen is a gas. And it's so important that it's. When we say medical grade, you as a doctor, I'm sure you understand utmost purity. Purity is so important. And I don't think people talk about that enough. And it's the same thing for water. You want ultra pure water. You want really Clean water. And that's kind of one of the main parts of my protocols that I've created. And I've created a lot of different ones. So the things that it was doing, again for dementia, Alzheimer's, was unbelievable. You know, it's almost hard to believe some of the stuff that I've seen recently. I worked with a woman who's almost 100 years old. I actually worked with her daughter also. She had multiple heart conditions. And her doctors was like, it's gonna end. You. You know, you're gonna die. Because we can't be doing surgery on a woman who's almost 100 years old. It's like, what are we doing here? Right? And she found me. And she was also on pharmaceuticals to control her blood pressure for almost four decades. Right? She found me. She got her on my protocol with the hydrogen, and then her doctor wrote an email. I released it on my YouTube channel again. Her heart conditions were all gone. No surgery? No. They can imagine that. What is one of the top killers in America? Heart disease and cancer. I really think that if people actually drink proper, clean water with proper hydrogen properly made, you know, that it can. I think it would minimize death in a crazy numbers.
So is this what nature intended? That we're supposed to have hydrogen in the water?
You know, I love that you asked that, actually, because one of the things that I did when I was figuring out my protocols is I would observe nature. So I look at the science, I observe nature, critical thinking, what makes sense. And that's nature taught me how to clean my water and hydrogen. Also, ironically, there's a place called Lourdes, France. You ever heard of Lourdes, France? And so Lourdes, France, a lot of people would drink the water there, and there's all these magical healings. And it got so bad, to the point, because they kept thinking it couldn't be real. So they started actually tracking people and realizing it really was resolving their problems. I mean, actual scientists and doctors, and they're like, what is so magical about the water in Lourdes, France? So all these people started testing the water, all these scientists, and finding nothing. Because think about it, they take the water and they ship it off to a lab. It was the Japanese who figured out that that water is full of molecular hydrogen.
Really?
Yep. So it's naturally made in nature. And when they did that, that's. That really spawned a lot of research. And they started doing a lot of the research, which I've seen.
Is this how it started from that particular water in France?
So because of nature, that's why we understand this. And the Japanese, you know, I've lived there a lot, and I went there, obviously, recently again, because I've been learning a lot about hydrogen. And they're the Mecca. I mean, the Japanese are unbelievable. And they're so detail oriented. That's why they discovered it had hydrogen in the first place. Because if you took a sample of that water and shipped it somewhere, the hydrogen gas would be gone by the time you get to the lab.
How do they find that there's hydrogen?
They were doing it on site.
Yeah.
So super smart. Right. And they. They knew that something was different, and they clearly figured it out and they started doing the medical research. And that really spawned just an absolute movement in. Because hydrogen has so many beautiful things that it can do. I mean, we can use it for energy, for health, even the way it transforms medicines. Like, for example. I don't even know if we're allowed to talk about this, but. Because it became such a weird thing. But like, Ivermectin. Ivermectin didn't used to be ivermectin. It was called ivermectin. And they transformed it using hydrogen, by the way.
Yeah.
That's how I became Ivermectin. And it's one of the best drugs known to man. I mean, I don't. It was such a hot topic there for a while, and people. It was weird. But it's a great medicine. We've known about it forever. I knew about ivermectin forever. I used to do videos on it. And they canceled all my videos that I published in the past, you know, because I'm also big on bringing down parasites in the body.
Yes.
And I was shocked because I found a study where hydrogen was showing to minimize parasite count in the liver.
Really?
Yeah. It was just that the things that it's done, I mean, even super amazing for the gut. I've worked with people with Crohn's disease, celiac disease, ibs, with great success. I had a woman who had spent almost $200,000 over many years trying to see doctors and naturopaths and trying to resolve this gut issue that she had. She found me. She did the hydrogen protocol. In six months, she called me back. She goes, I can't believe it. I'm totally fine now. Totally resolved your issues. And it was. And I've been doing this for a long time, A lot of years. It's taken a long time to really understand the subject, you know, very, very clearly. But I just been so shocked that the things that it does, you know, for the lungs too, for example, like this also allows you to inhale the hydrogen gas. I worked with a guy who smoked three packs of cigarettes a day for 50 years. This poor guy, he couldn't get off of oxygen. He was constantly on oxygen. He couldn't even get off of it for five or 10 seconds. And he said, I can't live like this. You know, it's terrible. And inhaling oxygen all the time, you know, supplemental oxygen is not good for you. A lot of people don't know that. They think it's all great. It's not really good for you. And it causes a lot of issues when you're supplementing oxygen for the long term. But he started using the hydrogen and he called me back three months later. It's like, dude, I'm able to get off my oxygen for like three to four hours. And that was a big deal for him because he could go to the grocery store and do different things, you know. And I've seen again, arthritis was another big one. I've seen people with like, I had autoimmune issues. Those are gone. You know, my immune system was absolutely garbage. I used to get sick so easy and it was so hard to, you know, overcome whatever illness that I had. I mean, so many things.
I mean I could literally go, so, okay, so you.
Exactly.
What will be the mechanism? Like this little gas molecule, like what. What is it doing in the body? Exactly.
So the full on mechanism is not totally understood. I mean we know that it like functions as a selective antioxidant. We know that it appears to be like anti inflammatory cell signaling, though the water does different things than the gas, which was a little ironic. I remember when the Japanese were researching it, they actually thought the gas would be more, more beneficial because you get more of it. But then they saw that drinking hydrogen water would provide different benefits and sometimes kind of looked superior and you'd get way less hydrogen though. So it's kind of mind boggling, you know.
So the hydrogen is changing the water. Water carries a lot of information.
Absolutely. Yeah, it does so many things. It's like I, I try to think about everything that is. For example, this is a really good one. The number one university in the world that researches hydrogen, molecular hydrogen specifically. Right. Is in Japan. It's called Keio University. They made a interesting discovery about hydrogen. It opens up your ghost vessels. You're. I don't know if you've ever heard of the term ghost vessels. And it's actually a medical Term, most people don't really know about it. So what we have here, blood vessels that are not no longer getting blood supply. So they call them ghost vessels. And, you know, we know what blood carries, you know, so many nutrients, oxygen, hydrogen, you know, so many good things. I mean, there's ancient scriptural verses that say things like, life is in the blood. You know, you want to get the blood. You know, you understand that, I'm sure, very clearly. So to open up the ghost vessels and start trying to get blood supply into those places, that's a big deal. It was a really big discovery. And our bodies do produce hydrogen, too. The problem is, is that, like, our hydrogen production goes down. That's another thing that Japanese found out. As you age, you're making less and less hydrogen in your body. Hmm.
Do we know, like, how far it goes down? What. What's the fraction of it it goes down? We reach our, you know, 40s, 50s, it appears.
You know, this is probably going to be different. You know, it's a rough number, but by the time you probably hit roughly 70s, you're probably making about half.
Okay.
And that's a problem. You know, just like having proper vitamin D levels is so important, in my opinion, having proper hydrogen levels, I just don't think it's super well known yet. But the Japanese are obviously seeing the differences. I did. This was really great. The Japanese, again, this. This company, they're the number one in all of Japan, and this is really the number one machine in the world, in my opinion. And I've looked at all of them. They're doing a lot of interesting technology. And one of the things that they discovered, they did a live blood analysis, and I put it on my YouTube channel. It's number 68, video 68, if anybody wants to see it. I had a doctor contact me, and she was. She was really funny because she contacted me and she said, what you're showing there can't be real. She goes, that's fake. And I'm like, no, that's from a legitimate lab in Japan. And she just didn't believe it. So she literally went out and got the exact same machine that was used for the study, which was this machine right here, actually. And she repeated the same study, and she said, if I prove you wrong, are you willing to make a video and tell everybody that you were wrong? And I said, absolutely. She thought I was being duped. And. And I understood, you know, because I'm a very skeptical person. And she did it. And she got back to me, she said, the results were exactly the same. She said it's unbelievable the way it makes your blood move for blood circulation, opening the ghost vessels. There's another clinic, medical clinic in Japan that specializes in Alzheimer's and dementia. Mm. And so they do thermal imaging to see how hydrogen affects the body, because the Japanese discovered. I'm not sure even if you're aware of this, like, for example, people with cancer, their core body, almost every single cancer patient, almost everything. So it's well over 90% of them, their core body temperature is lower than it's supposed to be. And so they notice that there's a correlation between core body temperature and your health, and in this particular case, cancer. And so they noticed with hydrogen that hydrogen helps increase core body temperature, really. And so that's why they were. And also, dementia is very similar. You're not getting proper blood flow, and that affects the temperature. And so they were doing thermal imaging with and without this device specifically, and the hydrogen. And I published that. I showed that data also on my YouTube channel.
So what did they see? Better blood flow in the brain.
Big time. Big time. Better blood flow. Like, this is probably. You know, a lot of people don't want to hear this, but, like, as men get older, for example, you know, with erectile dysfunction, you want that proper blood flow, and it's unbelievable.
They tested the hydrogen water with erectile dysfunction.
No, they were doing specifically for dementia and Alzheimer's. That's what they're really focused on, wondering.
If anyone studied for erectile dysfunction.
I haven't seen any research on that.
Okay.
But. Oh. I mean, I don't want to get too personal and everything, but I will say that I love my hydrogen water. You know, I. I better now, almost being 50 as compared to when I was actually probably in my early 30s. I mean, it's unbelievable, too. You know, like, for example, one of the shocking things that I've seen with hydrogen, that I've seen, like, with tons of people, because I've been doing this for years, is how many times a night do you wake up to go to the bathroom? Right. A lot of people wake up once, twice, three times, especially as they get older. And even when I was in my earlier 30s, I would get up two to three times. You know, and I'm a big water drinker, right? Hydrogen. I get up.0. I never get up to go to the bathroom at night. I have the craziest bladder control.
Why is it.
And, you know, that's the strange part is I haven't seen any data on it, but I've seen it across the board with so many people, it's ridiculous. But I've never, like nobody ever researched that, but I've, I've seen it repeatedly.
Is it that your cells are holding on to the water better?
You know, I think it has something to do with the, with the spasming of the bladder because I think oxidative stress, free radicals, because that seem, seems to be the big thing that hydrogen appears to take care of free radical damage. I remember seeing a list in Japan of almost 200 medical conditions, and they had all the pharmaceutical drugs that you would take for each one of those conditions. And then they had more pharmaceutical drugs that you take for the side effects of some of those in the list was massive. Of all these drugs for this massive list of medical problems. And then they put hydrogen because hydrogen had been shown to be effective for all those things. And the scientists couldn't understand why. They're like, we can't understand why one thing can do what all this stuff does. It doesn't make any sense. And their final conclusion was they said that roughly 98% of all disease just comes down to free radical damage. If you have a lot of free radicals in the liver or the brain, wherever they're at will, manifest itself as a particular issue. And neutralizing free radicals, you know, like ros, you know, reactive oxygen species. There seems to be an affinity for hydrogen to oxygen. It's almost like a, almost like a form of oxygen, right? Reactive oxygen species, oxidative stress. Oxygen is oxidizing, even ozone. But there's benefits to it too. But in the end, life is all about balance. And hydrogen to me is the great balancer. I've seen it bring such beautiful balance because it's a selective antioxidant too. It's not just indiscriminately antioxidizing like vitamin C would, for example. You know what I mean? And the size of it is what's so unique. I never thought about it, that I did all this research that antioxidants come in different sizes. Were you aware of that? If you looked at the size of vitamin E is different size than CoQ10, it's a different size than vitamin C, and hydrogen is tinier than all of them. And the fact that it's so small. Some of the first research on hydrogen was about the mitochondria. It's amazing for the mitochondria. And we're now learning that a lot of medical issues also have to do with mitochondrial dysfunction. Right? So we're learning as we go. But this is something that's so big, beautifully simple. I mean, it's so simple. And maybe we don't understand exactly how it does everything. We're figuring pieces out and everything, but we don't know the whole. The whole thing that it's doing because it'll do one thing for one person and something different for another. It's wild. It's like it's got a mind of its own. I think it's like gravity almost, or like. Like magnetic. In my opinion, that's like the polarity, you know, Positive, negative.
It's adapting. Yeah, yeah. It's like so many of the holistic treatments. I mean, stem cells, of course, but that's. Stem cells is a very complex thing because it's. Can respond to the environment. It can produce different, you know, signals. But even something as simple as light. Right.
Yeah.
And it can, for so many people there is doing many different things. It can enhance your immune system or downregulate depend, depending on what you need, or even something like. Like molecule, like methylene blue. Right now it's become very popular. So why is it bad for bad bacteria, but it's not killing your good microbiome? Like, what? How does it know?
Yes. I'm actually so glad, too, that you brought up light. There's no research on it, but I've seen it. I've witnessed it. I've experienced it myself. And it started with my father. He used to like laying down in the sun a lot. Right. And he was really white, so he would. You would burn. Right. And I got him on the hydrogen because my dad had, let's see, blood pressure issues, cholesterol issues, glaucoma, arthritis, and he was borderline diabetic. Right. Which all those issues went away just with clean water and hydrogen, which was really beautiful. Right?
Yeah.
But he started noticing that he stopped burning in the sun, and I started noticing that I stopped burning in the sun. And then I talked to other family members who are using the hydrogen, and I started noticing. Wait a second, what the. What is going on here? And then my viewers, when I shared it on YouTube, they're like, I noticed it too, and this is my theory on it, because there's no research yet the way that the sun. So when the sun hits you, it can be damaging. There's a lot of things that can be damaging that could also have benefit, like exercise. Right. You can overdo it and hurt yourself.
Yes.
But if you do it to a certain point, it can be beneficial. And so the light of the sun is pretty harsh, right. But there's so many beautiful properties to it if you can be strong enough to withstand it. And hydrogen, in my opinion, based on what I'm seeing, it's responding to the light. And I'm. And I'm not supposed to even talk about it. It's really hard for me not to say this because there's secret research going on right now in Japan that hasn't been. Nobody knows about it, not even so called experts. They don't even know about it. So I guess I can't share too much of it because I know. I promise not to. All I will say that I'm going to bring you more future information about this. And it's unbelievable what's happening. And we're going to be learning more about hydrogen, but it's doing so much more than we can possibly imagine. It's so good for us. You probably love the part. This is what the Japanese love about hydrogen and how it, the effect it has on collagen production. So it's super amazing for the skin. Really big time beauty product in Japan because of the data, but also its anti aging properties. So there was a study done. It was really cool. They took this guy's blood in Japan and they apparently can look at the blood and tell you roughly what age you are by looking at your blood. And then they told the guy, live the way you always live, don't change anything except drink this hydrogen water every single day. And they tested his blood one year later and his blood showed up as if it was five years younger.
Five years?
Yeah. Wow. Yeah.
That's huge.
It's absolutely.
Because I don't see any of these senolytics, you know, have that kind of data or even a lot of the peptides. Right. Very popular these days. But within one year to dial back five years, it's un.
It's so unbelievable that I'm just shocked that the world, I mean, I know we've heard a lot about hydrogen and the bottles and the pills and you know, with certain things like I know you must understand what stem cells. Are all stem cells created equal?
No.
Absolutely. Is all hydrogen created equal? Not even close. The science that it takes, the engineering. That's why I had to go into hydrogen production specialist. Because I saw all the benefits of hydrogen. I saw the medical data, I studied the data. I was trying to use all these machines and it wasn't really quite working and I didn't understand why. And then once you start learning about the engineering that is required to make it a certain way. It changes everything. That's. That's when I'm like, I already know the benefits. I know it's great. I need to learn how to make the best hydrogen.
Yeah. Yeah. I really want to go into the production of it, but I'm still fascinated. First of all, I want to know, how did you get so sick? I mean, like, what do you think was the cause of all these health problems? I mean, when I was looking at the range, autoimmune disorder, tumor, depression, heart problem, organ dysfunction, collapsed immune system, like, what was going on?
So it's really embarrassing. I hope I don't get too emotional here. Oh. But when I was really young, I had something very traumatic happen to me when I was about 7, 8 years old. And it caused a domino effect in my life of just absolute deep depression. And I wanted to not live, let's put it that way. And I poisoned myself for the first time when I was 10 years old. And I'm sorry to get a little emotional because it's been a rough road. Right. But something good has to come from this. Right? That's the part that is important to me. That's actually why I'm here, you know, that's why I'm grateful for what you do, you know? And I attempted to take my life many times, and every single time, I always chose poisoning myself. And I think I caused myself a lot of damage. And the very last time that I attempted, I was so tired of failing. And I took just shy of a thousand pills in one sitting with alcohol because I really thought that would do me. And, you know, and when I did that, it was. It was a miracle that I survived. I think that's part of my near death experience because I had these blackouts and I saw things on the. I've had experiences on the other side. I won't go deep into that. But by the time I did this, around midnight, I was found around 7 in the morning. And by the time I was taken to the er, I remember the doctor coming into the room privately and he just told me, he said, look, I can't believe what I'm reading here, that you took almost a thousand pills with booze and you're alive. He said, it's impossible. There's just no way that you could survive this. He said, I want you to tell me the truth, you know, And I'm like, that is the truth. I'm not here to lie to you. And. And I asked him, I was curious. I said, what should have it done? To me, he goes, should have destroyed your heart. You should have. You should be dead. And I didn't find out till about two weeks later that I had caused severe heart damage. And I'm sorry to get emotional because it was a difficult part of my life. So I think that I caused myself a lot of problems with that. On top of that, I lived a very unhealthy lifestyle. I grew up very poor, so I was living off of, like, 99 cent burgers. And, you know. Where'd you grow up? I. I grew up one. I grew up in Mexico, actually, of all places. I know it sounds pretty wild, but I. I grew up in Mexico in the ghetto, actually, in a place called Progression. If anybody ever sees this video, they're gonna know Progresso, but probably nobody knows that place. And then eventually I came up to Oregon, in Washington, the west coast area, and just live an unhealthy lifestyle, you know, and this poisoning and just not taking care of myself. I used to have really bad acne all over my back, too. And, you know, just drinking whatever water, you know, I didn't filter my water. Like, I didn't care, you know. What I didn't realize is that it would cause so much pain, but that I wouldn't die. And that was a really rough road for me. And, you know, the last time, you know, that I attempted to take my life at 18, it's really wild because I had, like, angels appear to me in the hospital room when I was alone. And I know that sounds really strange, and I'm such a skeptical guy. I don't think I'd expect anybody to believe me, but they just didn't want me to ever try to take my life again, you know, and they told me a lot of things, but that caused a chain reaction because my health plummeted. And it just got worse and worse, and I tried to ignore it. So throughout my 20s, I was just trying to push on through. But by the time I got to my early 30s, I started having such severe problems. I mean, I was a mess. I literally. I couldn't pick up a glass of water. My joints hurt so bad, I couldn't work a remote control for a television. I was totally on the couch, you know, totally bedridden, basically, and. And it was just pain, just pure pain. And even pain medications didn't help, you know.
Wow, you're in chronic pain.
Yeah, it was really bad.
Yeah. And you tried everything.
Oh, my gosh.
Something helped somewhat, I'm assuming.
You know, it was a little ironic because most if I had any benefit. It was maybe 10, you know, I was trying all sorts of supplements, different diets, different machines, different gimmicks, basically, you know, and, you know, is what I figured out is that there's a lot of gimmicks out there. There's a lot of stuff. I know everybody just wants to sell something, you know, and I just got tired of that. I just. And so I. I just. What I started doing was I started doing my own research. I started going off of medical data, like actual, you know, medical data. Started listening to different people's ideas. And so I looked at all this research. I started doing a lot of critical thinking, and I started observing nature. Like, that's how I learned how to purify water. You know, like, for example, do you know how nature purifies water?
Sand.
It starts with hydrogen, really? The sun.
The sun, okay.
Because the sun hits the ocean, it gets hot. The wa. This. It literally ascends the ascension process. It rises the steam, and it comes on as rain or snow. And what people don't know about rain or snow, and there's even ancient scriptures about it. Pure as a driven snow. Pure as white as snow. That is distilled water. And when I started looking at lab tests, only distilled water was of the highest purity. And I know a lot of people are like, oh, it doesn't have minerals. You can add minerals. That's so easy. But to fully purify your water, I do a par. A process I call carbon distillation. So you distill and you carbon. And I have all the lab reports to show that it pulls out all the pfas, you know, the forever chemicals, the fluorides. I mean, it virtually takes out almost everything. I studied everything about water. I was shocked to find out that we have radioactive contaminants in our water, if you can believe that. And who does it affect the most? And this breaks my heart. This is why I do these type of things. Now, children, babies. Babies are at the most danger because their brains aren't fully developed, their livers aren't fully developed, their kidney, their bodies aren't fully developed. And you're giving them this water. And their bodies really can't handle this stuff. They're not fully developed. And so, you know, if I can petition to anybody out there, who has children, please give them clean water. You know, it's so important. And our children. That's one thing I love about the Japanese that I learned by going to Japan. I mean, like I said, this machine was made because of the guy's daughter who was sick. He didn't want to cut corners and make cheap crap, you know, he wanted done right. And have you ever seen the way the Japanese treat their kids? Like the schools and the way they treat their children? It's unbelievable. You look at the food. They literally have nutritionists in schools for the kids. And, I mean, I went to the American schools, and they just slopped the pizza or they get. You know, it's just the food's horrible.
Yeah.
It's like, do we really care about our future? How much do you care about people? How much do you care about your kids? You know, it just. All this stuff really matters to me. That's why I'm very grateful for you having me here and be able to share all this information, because it's important. At least to me. It is.
Yeah. So in your search that you. You heard about this miraculous hydrogen I stumbled upon, I.
You know, I. I made a prayer. That was one of the only prayer that one in you, by the way. And. And I. I just. I was broken. And that's what we do when we're broken, you know, we pray sometimes. I'm not even religious, you know, but I just. God helped me, you know, lead me. And my promise to him was I said, look, if you can lead me to find the answers, I promise you I will share with the world. That's what I did.
Yeah.
And I stumbled upon the data about two weeks later. And when I first started reading it, I honestly thought it was a scam, because I'm like, Mr. Skeptical. Like, for people who don't know me, I'm, like, crazy skeptical about everything. And I thought the data was a scam. And I kept reading. I read it for almost four years before I even thought about trying it.
Are you serious?
I was reading it for. Because I kept thinking it was a scam. It was too good to be true. It was a very long time. And it was frustrating because as I read the data, I'm like, where's this stuff coming from? So I started looking at that, and it was coming out of Japan. And then I was like, okay, this looks like really legitimate stuff. And then they actually used it medically. And I was like, okay, this is legitimate. How do I get my hands on hydrogen? And that's where I went down that road where I found tablets and I found bottles, and I thought, oh, well, this stuff produces hydrogen. It must be good. It must be okay. And it wasn't. You know, it wasn't. Not only not Improving me. I was still getting worse. And then it wasn't until I started kind of questioning things and I was going off the medical data. The medical data is exactly what led me to this machine, this thing. Everything was perfect. And I thought, what is so unique about this thing that's so perfect? And I reached out to numerous hydrogen companies and I asked a million questions. I'm a question machine. And I noticed that nobody knows what the heck they're talking about. They don't know what they're talking about. Everybody gives you bad info, different info. Everybody thinks that they got the best stuff. It didn't seem to line up with the medical research really. And then eventually when I found these guys, they knew, they answered all the questions. They actually knew it very, very well. And then I started learning and understanding that this guy who wanted to produce this machine for his daughter, he didn't just like try to slap it together. He got some of the best engineers in the world and they were all Japanese. Toyota had a hand in it. G Shock had a hand in it. Yamaha had an Kobe Steel. I don't know if you guys know that. And these are bull big time industries. And they did it all for the love of it all for his daughter. They, there was, it wasn't supposed to be a business and he produced the best hydrogen machine in the world. And it was all from his heart and his love. And you know, just recently I found out he shared his story finally. He never told anybody of what really happened. And if anybody wants to read it and I encourage people to because it's so beautiful on a website called holyhydrogen.com and there's the about us page. And then they got the full story of, of what this guy did for his daughter. And she was only supposed to make it to like three to five years old if she was lucky. She's currently 16 years old. She's like a medical miracle. And, and he couldn't give her any other hydrogen. The doctor advised against giving, you know, King and Machines tablets, all the different types of hydrogen devices or methods. I'm not naming companies, I'm just naming methods because like tablets do chemical reactions. Kangens directly electrolyze water. See that's the whole reason this thing doesn't. The electricity never touches the water because of the reaction that it can have with things that are in the water. You know. And so he had to design it a specific way and he just ended up developing a masterpiece. And, and he recently, I heard he just, he said that he realized he wanted the world to get something good out of the suffering. I can't even finish the sentence. The suffering that his daughter went through.
Mm.
And I connect with that a lot because of my suffering. And I honestly think there's a lot of people out there suffering.
Yes.
And that's why these type of things matter. That's why you matter to me. You know, and it's just so important.
Yeah. And what happened after you found this machine and started drinking this water?
I started obviously seeing benefits. I also had to create certain protocols, so I have to learn how to use it. You don't just pour a glass of water and drink it. You know, you really need a certain amount of milligrams of hydrogen from what? Everything that I learned. And this is where a lot of bad information again, in the world of hydrogen, because they give these overinflated numbers. And, like, for example, like ppm, everybody's going on about parts per million of hydrogen in water. Right.
That people seem to believe more is better than higher in the number, the more potent it is.
Right. And you have to remember also things about, like bioavailability. You know, for example, you can take a multivitamin. You pee so much of that stuff out. You know, you really want it to be able to actually be bioavailable to the body, but you also want it to be super clean. You know, that was the. Really. That was actually the most important part for his daughter. She couldn't use other items for that very reason. It had. The purity was of the utmost importance, you know, because of how it could potentially affect his daughter in a very negative way. And so many people who are looking for health benefits, you know, they're compromised. You don't want to have these impurities, you know, so that was. That was a huge part of, you know, the whole thing. But, yeah, once I found it and I started researching, I actually created the best protocol ever. They actually end up studying. They did a study on my method about three months after I released it on YouTube. So somebody clearly saw it and kind of took the method that I was using, and they proved that my method worked the best. And my method has to do with not just drinking the water, but inhaling the hydrogen gas. So you drink the water first. Body works best when it's hydrated. And everything else will function better, even supplements. Everything will work better when your body's properly hydrated. And hydrogen is not just for sick people. They did a really great study on soccer players in Japan. And, you know, and when they do scientific studies, if you have an 80 success rate. It's deemed a very big success. And when they did for the soccer players, for endurance testing, 100, every single one improved their endurance with, wow.
So how much did you drink?
So I think there's different protocols depending on different people. Because remember, what if somebody has issues with kidneys? You don't want to be loading up on a ton of water. Right. So it's different for everybody. I can tell you what my protocol is for me. First thing is you never want to drink over one liter in one hour. Because. And that's just because. Not because of the hydrogen, but because over a liter of water in one hour begins to strain the kidneys. Mm. So what I do is in the mornings on an empty stomach, I like to use the hydrogen. Empty stomach, Your GI system actually needs a lot of water in order to digest your meals. So one of the techniques that I use is I'll drink literally a liter of water, you know, and I take my time, but I typically drink it in less than five or 10 minutes. Right. So I'll pour a big glass, I'll drink it, pour another big glass, drink it. Minimum of half a liter, maximum one liter. And I'll do it 30 minutes before my breakfast.
You have to drink it pretty fast, correct?
Relatively quickly. But it doesn't have to be crazy fast. Like when you produce hydrogen, in my opinion, the wrong way, then. Yeah, you have to do it so fast. Like the tablets, for example, they're like, you got to drink it so quick because the. The hydrogen is escaping so fast. Yes, this is very stable. This is, this is done, in my opinion, the right way. So if I were to pour this in a glass and I drink it in five minutes, there's still hydrogen, a lot of hydrogen in that water. It's not going to dissipate like a pill would, you know? And so it's. It's. If I were to give you the numbers, if a room was at 68 degrees and I was pour the room temperature water into a cup and I just let the cup sit there, it'll take one hour before all the hydrogen is gone. That's really stable, you know. And so, yeah, so I drink it relatively quickly. But the good news is when you lift this pitcher and you pour the water, the moment you put the pitcher back on the machine, it's maintaining the hydrogen level. So it's. It's just maintaining it so then I can drink it. And then when I pour it, it's full hydrogen every time, you know what I mean?
Yeah, Makes it easy. So keep making it. And keeps escaping a little bit.
Yeah.
Correct. Okay, that's right. Yeah.
Everything's been measured, tested, so that you know. Exactly. For example, we know it takes 30 minutes to make 1.5 liters, you know.
So does it include, I mean, increase the ambient hydrogen level much? You mean in a room like this, is it?
I would probably say no, no, no.
Okay.
Not really. I mean, there's not a lot of hydrogen, obviously. You know, we're breathing in roughly more like oxygen, actually. 20, 21 oxygen, but virtually no hydrogen.
But you think it's also important to inhale it, combining with drinking it and. Okay, tell us.
You're gonna love this research that the Japanese actually were using in the university hospitals. So, to me, hydrogen is literally the life molecule. You get life, it brings health. Right. And the reason I call it the life molecule is there's a really weird verse in scripture says life is in the blood. Right. Well, in Japan, they noticed that if you had a stroke and you weren't getting any blood supply to your brain, they put them on hydrogen gas, okay. When they were transporting, for example, to the hospital, because you can't go much more than five minutes and the brain will start to die. Okay. And so the hydrogen gas, they found out would keep the brain alive without blood. That's. That just shows you what it is. It's keeping it alive without blood. That's unbelievable.
Wow.
And so when they would restore blood supply, you'd have over 99 success percent success rate. Like people making full recoveries. I've worked with people who've had strokes. This little device, I remember a woman, this was so sad. Her husband had multiple strokes, was literally like in a coma, basically in the hospital. And she brought this little machine and put it on him. They allowed her to do that. And he woke up in one week, like, he was just sitting there, and he finally woke up. And I've seen people have huge results. In fact, there's a beautiful story. This girl's like 26, 28 years old. I'm not going to say why she had a stroke, but she had a stroke. And it was such a sad story. I shared it on my YouTube channel again, and it made me cry. You know, all these things touch me a lot, you know, because her mother, you know, her. Her daughter can dress herself. She couldn't feed herself. She. She couldn't take care of herself. Right. She was just sitting there, you know, all the time and couldn't do anything. After this stroke, she heard about me she. There's a picture, literally, of this device where her inhaling that she sent me because her daughter can now dress herself, feed herself, you know, she's. She's back, and her mother wrote me the most beautiful email, if I can say without crying again, because he seems such your heart and your soul, you know, and she said, you gave me my daughter back. I didn't do it. The guy who created this did it, you know, in my opinion. And to me, I always say, I know how to feed the body. I know what my body needs as far as nutrients and minerals and all that. But at some point, you got to feed your soul, because people live lives and they feel empty inside. And that's how I felt when I was a child, you know, this emptiness. And this is what feeds my soul. You know, like scriptures say, again, I'm not religious, but they say love one another, you know, care about people. To me, that's what feeds your soul. And that's why I love what this guy did. And it saved my life, too. And I really am grateful, and I really hope that a lot of people share this message, because to me, that's what life is all about. It's not about just making money and doing things like, that's all great and stuff, but life and health is priceless. You can't put a price on that. And so it just means so much to me. It really means a lot to me.
Yeah. Yeah. So you developed a protocol. You must have read some research about inhalation of the hydrogen, and that's how you decided to. To do that. So one, the inhalation is for stroke patients that. That they've seen incredible results.
And for. Yeah, for the brain, for the eyes, for the lungs. That's where I really see a lot of the benefits.
Okay.
Yeah. Because, you know, the eyes are really a part of the brain.
Right.
You know, and I've seen just amazing things for the brain. People really need a lot of help with the brain part these days. You know, again, the dementia and Alzheimer's is, you know, a major problem. And so the reason that I developed a protocol the way that I did was because it was actually from. I'm going to just share the big secret of how I came up with it. It actually has to do with oxygen research.
Okay.
I met a guy who specialized in oxygen, and they would. They would put people on oxygen, athletes, and they would literally get no benefit because they're measuring everything, and they were shocked. They're like, how come they're getting no benefit? We don't understand. We're supplementing oxygen. And he found out that if they would hydrate them first. So he started using the hydrogen water before their oxygen therapies. Huge benefit. And that's why I said hydration improves everything. And that's why I see that it looks like you might be providing that now in your clinic. Everybody's going to get hydrated the moment they come in the door. Because everything works better when you're properly hydrated.
Right. And it's not just hydration, it's hydrogen infused hydration.
Absolutely. Well, hydrogen hydrates. And that's just one of the many things that it does. It's kind of like asking, well, what does water do? Oh my gosh. It would take forever to explain all the things that water does. And hydrogen to me is a lot like that. In fact, the word hydrogen means that which becomes water. It really is truly beautiful. And the stars, they're all made of hydrogen and helium. You know, to me, helium is basically hydrogen, you know, and there's even benefits of helium. But molecular hydrogen is, in my opinion, really the magic. And obviously that's why the research shows it.
So when you inhale, like how much should you inhale? How long does it take?
So, yeah, so there's a lot of controversy about that also. And I go off the medical research. So the amount of hydrogen that is being used medically in University Hospitals is 130 milliliters per minute. So that's kind of the magic number. I think in my personal opinion, there's a lot of false claims. People are claiming like 600 milliliters, a thousand milliliters, like it's just getting ridiculous. Kind of like the PPM thing. So. And you know, hydrogen can displace oxygen, so you kind of want again, life is all about balance. And I'm going off the medical data to this machine makes basically exactly that amount. So that it was designed to follow the medical research, not the hype. And then with this specific machine, it has a 90 minute mode I really like. And I think you get a lot of benefit from doing 30 minutes. But 90 seems to be like a really great magic number. But you can inhale it as much as you want. There was, I, I actually.
You mean 90 minutes?
Yeah.
Oh. So you just, I guess you put the, the oxygen nasal canula, you just sit there, do whatever you need to do for 90. That's a, that's a long time.
Yeah. So what I do a lot of times is, for example, because hydrogen has been shown to be extremely protective and that's one of my favorite things about it. Because our bodies are being bombarded with so many chemicals and crazy things these days. It's so protective. Like, for example, I wish my video number eight people could see it. They showed cells being exposed to like chemotherapy and they were getting like 90% cellular destruction, which is obviously really bad. And, and then they used hydrogen and they did the same therapy and it would only cost 10%. And that's a massive difference. You can walk away from 10%, 90% people. I mean, you know, when people are doing chemo, how it affects them, I mean, get killed.
Yes.
It's really bad. Destroying your cells. Right. And so how protective is it? One of my. It was a really beautiful study. I wish people knew more about it. I'm sure you. Have you heard of a drug called cisplatin? And doctors rarely want to use that because it's so damaging to the kidneys. It'll destroy your kidneys. You end up having to get kidney transplants and, and you're already dealing with the cancer thing. And it's. Again, it's horrible. Right. It's painful, it's sad. And there was a study where they did the hydrogen and it protected the kidneys to the point where they were still working at over almost 80%. So instead of destroying them, if it's protecting you against something that drastic, what do you think is doing of all the other things that are bombarding us on a daily basis, even radiation? Like, everybody's concerned about emf. Like, I don't even worry about it.
Really.
Yeah, I don't even worry about it. And because it's been shown to protect you against radiation, I actually believe if Elon Musk listens to this, which I doubt he will, but I really think people don't realize that if you're in outer space, the amount of radiation that you get in a 24 hour period is equivalent to the amount of radiation you get on planet Earth for half a year.
Wow.
In just 24 hours. Right. How in the world are you going to make it to Mars, Elon? Right. Without hydrogen? I believe that you can do it with hydrogen. This is a technology that's going to transform the world. I know it.
Wow.
Yeah. It just has to be done correctly. It can't be a gimmick. It's got to be done right. Like most things. You've got to do it right.
Yeah.
You know?
Yeah. I mean, it's. The modern world has come to a point where it gets a little overwhelmed to try to protect Yourself against everything. And emf. I mean, people are doing everything right. Wearing all these necklaces and put things in their wallets and, you know, wearing on their body and. Yeah. On their computer. So in their car. It just, it becomes. It's ridiculous trying to wear armor to go into the world.
So I don't interrupt you, but you said something important. You said in front of your computer. Right, Which I used to worry about because the radiation. I like to inhale the hydrogen gas when I'm working on my computer.
Really?
I mean, you're going to sit in front of your computer for an hour, working maybe two hours, easy to inhale hydrogen for 90 minutes.
Wow.
Just simple stuff like that.
This is an interesting biohack that not many people know.
I do think that most people just don't know. I mean, I boggled my doctor's mind. There was a doctor that I was going to. One of my big goals when I was trying to overcome all my medical issues based on medical data, again, was overcoming every nutritional deficiency, which is almost impossible. Almost everybody's basically nutritionally deficient in something. My goal was I want to do, I want to be perfect. That was my goal because I was thinking maybe my medical issues are due to a deficiency. Plus I was trying to purify a lot of the damage I'd done to myself. And so basically I started doing blood work every six months to make sure that what I was doing was working. And I have a doctor that specialized in blood work for over 30 years. And I remember when the last time she called me and I stopped doing blood work ever since, by the way, because I did it for many years. I was trying to fine tune my protocols. And the last time she called me, she said, I've been doing this for over 30 years. She said, I honestly, I've never seen in my life, not one time in my life, blood like yours. She goes, you have no deficiencies. She says, it's unbelievable. And she wanted to know what I was doing. And this is funny about doctors. I've had a lot of doctors contact me and they never want to admit it, but. Because what they do is she's. She admitted to me off camera, I won't even name her name right. But she said, I have a lot of sick patients and I am not able to help them. I have tried and I don't know what to do anymore. And she said, I even have a sick daughter. So another person. See, when it affects your family, that's when people begin to care. Right? But we should care about everybody. To me, the world is, we're all family here, we're all humans here. Be humane, right? But in the end, she's like, I need to know what you're doing, because whatever you're doing, this is incredible. And then I, you know, start explaining to her and she's like, oh, my God, this is what you're doing. And one of the things that she was shocked about, and there's not a lot of medical data yet, but I believe it will come. I, I've been a lot of the first on many things when she saw my level of nutrients. And I don't like to talk about diet. I really don't. Because when you talk about diet, it's like talking about religion or something. Everybody starts. It's crazy. I can't believe how people, they're married to their ideas and they just, it's unbelievable. So I don't like to go into it, but all I will say is she wanted to know what I was doing. When I told her, she said, that's impossible. There is no way that you have these level of nutrients with the way that you're eating. And I, I saw that it was working. And one of my. And I found preliminary data recently that I think hydrogen is helping my own microbiome produce nutrients. I really think that that's going to be a discovery in the near future, that I am actually producing almost 40% of my nutrients in my own body. And I think that we've been looking at things too black and white. And what I mean by that is we see meat, for example, and we know that meat is dense in nutrients, right? So we, we think black and white, think, I take in nutrients, I must have nutrients. Right? That's, it's very simple. But what we don't realize is the magic, for example, of, yeah, hydrogen, but also fiber. The Japanese have found, have been doing such amazing research on fiber. It's unreal. It's going to transform the health industry. I'll give you one example that absolutely blew my mind. They discovered that if you can, if you consume vegetables first thing in the morning, that it will help regulate blood glucose all day long. And it's like, wait, why would it do that? And that brought out a medical discovery. They found out that. And we didn't know this before, by the way. So in our gi, we have microscopic little holes and the fiber gets lodged in these places and it creates like a time release. So you're able to absorb your minerals better. This is why when you take a multivitamin you pee out so much of the stuff, you can't absorb it all in five seconds, you know what I mean? So it's like a time release and you're absorbing. It's like a constant flow, like a river, you know, and so you're able to. It's more bioavailable. It's regulating the blood glucose, which is super important. Fiber has so many functions that is so important I can't even begin to emphasize it enough. And all the wonders that it does for our gut microbiome and feeding good gut bacteria and hydrogen also appears to do that too. So I've been using these methods and she just thought it was impossible. And I was thinking to myself, like, how, how am I doing this? Because I used a lot of gut feelings, plus the size. I bring all these things together, but in the end, it's clearly working. It's. It's apparently unbelievable, but that's fascinating.
Yeah, it reminds me a little bit like, for example, fulvic acid, right. Is produced by bacteria in the soil. It breaks things down and produces magical molecule F F acid that can drag all these minerals into your cells. So if you don't have that, you just. You can dump all this mineral in your body through supplements, but they're not going to get into your cells. It's not going to do any good. So you need things that's produced by probably our fellow critters.
Absolutely. Yeah. I mean, we know that almost 80% of our immune systems in our gut and so many people are destroying their gut. You know, all this stuff again, the stuff in the water, the stuff in the food, you know, all this stuff. And that's. I'm a big purity guy, you know, I purify my water to the highest level. You know, I try to do organic, you know, as much as possible. I want the purest hydrogen in the world. You know, purity is important to me. I think that's the evil in the world knows that. That's why they want to put it in everything. You know, spraying stuff on our food. They literally spray the skies. They already admitted that too. You know, there's stuff in the air, there's stuff in the food, there's stuff in the water even. There's stuff in our medicines. There's even stuff in a lot of supplements. I've seen a lot of lab reports, you know, and obviously I'll never name names or anything, but I'm not. I mean, I'm not saying that there's not good supplements out there. There are, but you have to be really cautious, you know which ones you're choosing. You know, I even had a, I had a supplement company tried to recruit me and when I found out how they were making, I'm like, I don't want no part of this. And, and the guy admitted to me, he's like, look, we have to cut corners because we want to make more profit. And I'm like, but then you're not making the best product. Like if we make the best product, it gets too expensive. And I'm thinking to myself, like, I don't know, you know what I mean? I just don't get it. If you're going to do something, do it to the. Especially when it comes to health. You know, we're not talking about a paperclip or a pencil. We're talking, you know what I mean? It could be low quality pencil, I don't care. But something I'm ingesting.
I love the simplicity of the power of hydrogen. And just like when you were mentioning how all these medications are addressing all these medical problems and that's how we were trained is medication match the medical problem and you just have long list. All you need to do is to diagnose people because the moment you diagnose you know what drugs to give them and then if they get problem from drugs, we have other drugs. And that just because why? I worked at the VA hospital for four years and I see all the veterans, it would be lucky if they only come in with like five, seven drugs in their back. But it's common 20, 30 drugs. I mean, that's just the way of life. If you come to the medical care in the VA hospital, you're just gonna get a bag of drugs. So people seem to accept that that's as if that's okay, that's the way medicine should be. But it's actually, it's really, really warped.
I completely agree with you. I mean, when my dad was dealing with a lot of his issues, of course he was on medications. And the one that concerned me the most was Meloxicam. I mean it destroys your liver. You know, they always tell you, oh, come in and we'll monitor how your liver is in monitor. But we basically know it's gonna, you know, I knew a woman who died from it. She ended up getting liver failure, you know, and he was able to get off that medication because of the hydrogen, you know, because his arthritis went away, he didn't need the medication anymore, you know, and, and even if you're on a medication, what I Like about the hydrogen, we talked about cisplatin. How much is it protecting you from some of the potential side effects of these medications? Or the woman who was almost 100 years old with the heart disease, but she had the blood pressure issues. She got off the blood pressure medication because of hydrogen. It totally resolved her issue. Even the doctor, oh, my goodness, I.
Need to bring one back to my dad. He has, yeah, high blood pressure, obsessed with his blood pressure, and it's.
It's not even that hard. Dr. Kong, I. I've. The amount of people that I've worked with, but nobody knows me because usually people, you know, they don't want me on their platforms a lot of times because they want to sell little gimmicky products. It's. Most of it's about money. And that's why I said it's about the heart. To me, like, this is what's important. But that doesn't get you to the top. You know, you usually get to the top. It's usually about money, you know, or they. They want somebody with a fancy degree that they can trailer around. You know what I mean? I had to do a lot of independent research because you don't. There is no medical school that teaches you about hydrogen. Really?
No.
You're not going to be taught that in medical school. So I had to, you know, be a trailblazer, you know, and. And I'm a dummy in a lot of things, and I'll openly admit it, but I'm pretty good at others. I'm pretty good.
But what you've done for your health is. Is astounding.
I had to transfer my own. Nobody could have done it for me. I did it on my own. But I'm grateful for people who created something like, for example, this, you know, I also use what's called a carbon distiller to clean my water. For anybody who wants to know what I use, it's on a website called mypurewater.com, you know, but that's what I use. American made, really high quality, you know, of course, like people like coupons, if they want a coupon code and support my channel, it's uprising 1 for 4k. But I'm not doing it for the money is that's what I use, you know, And I only share what I do for myself, and I only do the best for myself at this point. I've transformed to the point where I wanted my life originally to end, and now I don't want that. You know, I want to be the healthiest, best version of myself. And I want to show people how to be able to achieve that, too, because to be happy, which was really my main goal, you ha. You can't be happy if you're not healthy. That's my own personal opinion. I just don't see that. Because when I was physically in pain, I was not happy. You know, it's very hard to be happy if you're unhealthy. And to me, happiness, you share it with others. But if you're bitter or you're unhappy, that's 10. That's what you pass on to others, too. So I much rather pass happiness and love. And that's, to me, what my life is all about now.
Yeah. So you would say that hydrogen has made the biggest difference for your life by far.
You know, this was a really shocking one. My dad, right? He didn't want to change his diet. He didn't. He didn't want to do all these things to improve his health. And he said, the only thing that I'm willing to do is that carbon distiller, because, you know, you clean the water. And he goes, and I'll do that hydrogen thing. And I remember thinking to myself, like, I'm not sure if it's going to work, if this is all he does, because I. I was thinking that you have to do all of it, you know, because just. Just like your therapies, you don't just do stem cells. You're doing ozone, you're doing stem cells. You're doing all these different things to improve health because we need a lot of work, right? And I thought, well, then I switched my brain to positive thinking. I thought, well, this will be interesting. Let's see if it can do it. Even if he likes to go and have beer and cheeseburgers and french fries. And I don't like to tell people because they're going to be like, oh, then I can just treat my body like crap and drink this stuff. But the truth is, his issues went away, even though all he did was clean water and hydrogen. That's all he did.
What kind of issue?
Well, all the blood pressure, the cholesterol, the arthritis, the glaucoma, and the diabetes, basically.
Wow. But after how long after drinking this, it took.
So this was interesting. And following the protocol that I created, it took between six and eight months, and all his issues were gone except for the glaucoma. So he had had glaucoma for over 30 years. And he has to get his eyes checked every year, otherwise he could go blind. Okay. And what was really interesting about it is when he first went, after one year of using hydrogen, they have to check his eyes anyway. And they're like, yeah, you have glaucoma. And I was like, oh, it's not working for the glaucoma. Right. And then the second year he got checked, same thing. And so I kind of gave up on that part. I thought, okay, so it didn't work for glaucoma, but it worked for everything else. That's great. It can't be better than a thousand. And the third year, I remember my father called me and he goes, you're not going to believe this. I'm like, why? He goes, I'm at the eye doctor. And I said, I know, Dad. I know it doesn't work for the glaucoma. And he goes, they just told me I tested negative. I'm like, what?
Wow.
And then he goes, even the doctor doesn't believe it. They want me to come back in two weeks. So he went back in two weeks, tested again, still negative.
Wow.
They brought him back again, still negative. And then they said, this is ridiculous. We know you have glaucoma. You've been coming here for 30 years. So they. He got one of the top specialists on the west coast, took half a year to get an appointment because they were concerned about taking him off the medicine he was using because they didn't want him to go blind and be responsible for this. And they tested like, this is unbelievable, because as you get older, glaucoma gets worse. It doesn't get better, and yours reversed. And so that's how I saw that. The range that I've seen is, I think when you have a condition, this is just a wide spectrum thing, but for every 10 years that you have a condition, it takes about a year of hydrogen for. To overcome that. That's kind of what I've seen. So for his 30 years, it took three years of using it regularly. But see, the good news, the way that the guy designed this is that you're going to drink water anyway. At least you should. So my dad had a routine. He would get up every morning and he always drank his hydrogen water. In the morning, he put down 1 liter of hydrogen water, and that was his routine. After that, he would drink a little bit throughout the day. That's all he was doing. Yeah, yeah. And of course, super clean water, though, the carbon distilled, you know, super clean water. I mean, it was that simple.
Mostly just maintain that one liter a day.
Yeah, well. Well, you know, you do one Liter in the morning, which is what he was doing. And then throughout the day, he'd probably end up drinking another half to one liter. So throughout the cold day, about maybe 1.5 to 2 liters a day.
Wow. Was he also using inhalation?
Not much, actually. I. I kind of felt that he would have got better results had he done inhalation, had he done the diet, you know, different things. I think he could have got the results faster, but it still worked. And I remember. I remember one time he. He contacted me, goes, you know, my arthritis is starting to come back. And I was like, what? That's so crazy. And when I saw his machine, he hadn't been maintaining it, so it was barely. He wasn't really getting full doses of hydrogen. So I made a video on how to do a full maintenance and cleaning because you have to clean it and.
How often do you.
So that's a very important part of this. Most hydrogen machines, especially if you see a machine that's like, in a box and you can't even see the internals run away, basically, because the way that they did, everything's exposed here so that you can maintain it. You know, you don't want to ship it somewhere every single time it needs to be maintained. So you just clean the pitcher. No soap, no nothing. The Japanese say to do it once a day because they're finicky about cleanliness. I do mine about twice a week.
Okay.
Right. So you just wash the pitcher, and then you do a citric acid cleaning once a month. And it's pretty easy. Just put a little citric acid in water and fill it up to about here. And. And it just descales. So his. The. The metal. The problem was that the metal on his pitcher was all caked with mineral, so it wasn't really producing a ton of hydrogen at that point. He wasn't maintaining it. Right. That's all. But then we cleaned it up. He got back on. His arthritis went away again.
Wow.
So I've seen this repeatedly. You know, there's a guy at the company, one of their reps, he. He has arthritis also, and he says, when I use the hydrogen properly, it goes away, and when I get lazy, it comes back.
Mm.
So, you know, but you just drink water, so it's pretty easy. It's not complicated.
Yeah.
You know, but the inhalation, the combination. For me, when I was using all the garbage products, my heart condition never went away. And then when I found this device and I started doing this water with inhalation, that's when my heart condition went away. So I told you I had a severe heart condition. My cardiologist was like, this is going to kill you. It's really bad, and you need open heart surgery. And then when I did the proper protocol and it went away, he was stunned. He's like. Because he had proof that my heart was really bad. And he's like, everything's working normal now. He goes, I don't know what to tell you, but this is crazy. And I'd had that condition since I was 18, which was when I attempted, you know, to.
Yeah.
And myself. And I'm really embarrassed about that. I'm sorry, but you asked the question, so I just told you.
That's your journey.
But it was my journey.
Your journey brought you here. And look at what your. How many people you're helping because of that.
That's what matters to me now, because that's what I feel when you. When you die and go to the other side, you ain't taking the money, you ain't taking stuff, but you will take those experiences. And to me, that is what life is really all about. And so that's why I want to be good. I want to do good things, and that's what matters to me.
Yeah. Glad you're still here and thriving.
Yeah.
So when you do the inhalation. Well, maybe let's. Let's try this water.
Yeah, yeah, it's pretty much ready.
It's close to been 90 minutes, right?
Oh, yeah, it's. It's ready. I'll pour you a glass. You want me to tell you before I pour it what you're probably going to notice or you just want to go?
Yeah, yeah, tell me.
So one of the. Oh, the microphone's gonna be a problem here. So one of the things you're going to notice is the hydrogen is really smooth, so like silk. One thing I noticed with my own aunt, she's gonna watch this show and she's gonna love this, but she was like, I have a concern that I won't be able to drink enough water. My aunt, because she's not a big water drinker, and then once she tried this, she goes, I don't know what it is, but people want it more. It's like, so smooth, it's easier to drink. And there's. There's multiple places that I'm working with also that are elderly care homes. And there's this guy who wants to see how it affects, you know, the people in the elderly care home to try to help them. Right. And he said, dude, I can't understand. All the people there can drink this so much easier. They have a hard time drinking water and hydrogen. They're like, it's so easy. And I said, I've seen it a million times.
Really?
It's wild. So let's do it for you. Let me move this first second. Okay.
Thank you.
I'm going to join you, if that's okay. Yes. I was almost going to say cheers.
Yeah, cheers. The best kind of drink.
Yeah. Water is amazing. You know, one interesting thing I noticed about hydrogen also was so people don't actually know when. They can't even tell when they're dehydrated. They don't really. Like, for example, somebody will feel dehydrated and drink a Coke and be like, ah, you know, I just feel so refreshing. And I feel. But we know it's a diuretic. Right? Kind of like coffee and. But it's almost like a little switch in the brain, in my opinion, where people don't actually know that they're chronically dehydrated, because people are. And I noticed that people who use hydrogen, they would tell me, like, I don't know what it is, but I start craving water more. And I'm like, it's because your body's talking to you better now. It's telling you that you need water. So that's something interesting that I noticed, you know, about how hydrogen has been affecting a lot of people's brains.
Right. A lot of people are told, like, by their family or friends saying, hey, you don't drink enough water. But they can't tell themselves.
Absolutely. And it's just so important, hydration. I mean, that's one of the main reasons that people, like, the elderly have, like, heat strokes. You know, they need to be properly hydrated. I. So another thing that I've noticed about hydrogen just so many years is it seems to affect the elderly more than the youth. They get the greatest benefit. Yeah. So. And I think it's just because they're very dehydrated.
Well, they also have lower hydrogen level in their.
And that blood.
Yeah.
There's a lot of effects. Yeah.
Right.
But they love it the most.
Yeah. And then how do you do the inhalation?
So they made it really simple again, but we would actually need more water to do the inhalation. So it's supposed to be full. But basically what you would do is you would just remove this lid.
Huh.
And you would remove the Hydrogen Catcher Keeper, because that would block, obviously, the hydrogen here. I'll hold it? Yep.
Okay.
Too simple. And then you would ordinarily take this out.
Okay. Yeah, we can.
Then I put it right in here. You want me to go grab more water and fill it up? You want to inhale while we're hanging out?
Sure.
You can even hear the sound of hydrogen there. The reason the cannula is so special, it was actually from Yamaha, and because the Japanese. Nobody's doing this. This is actually the only company doing this because they measure everything. They. They noticed that when they were trying to measure the hydrogen gas, it was escaping because hydrogen will go right through anything. It'll go right through walls, right through everything. So it was escaping. Some. Some of it, not all of it, but some of it was escaping through the cannula. So they wanted to do perfect again, trying to do the best ever. So they got this special material from Yamaha because they were using it, I believe, some type of hydrogen technology that they were working on. And so that's why they got. And also, this cannula is about the utmost purity. I didn't know that there can be impurities in cannulas, so I was learning from all the work this guy was doing. And so super, super pure. And the other interesting thing, one, they basically said it'll last forever. Some of them break down. This one will basically last you forever. You'll never need another cannula. Wow. And when they measured it, this is. This is again, how detail oriented they are. When you look at other hydrogen machines, they give you these numbers. Again, they love to over inflate their numbers. Right. And they're not actually measuring what you're getting at the nose. They're guessing about how much their machine produces. But you want to measure at the tip of the nose because that's what you're actually getting. So this machine was literally tested right at the tip of the cannula, that you're getting the proper amount of hydrogen gas and they don't force it. So this is another interesting thing. A lot of machines, people get kind of duped by this because they attach like almost like a pump, so it's pushing the air. So you're like, oh, I'm getting, you know, hydrogen, because you feel the air pushing. But that doesn't mean that you're getting hydrogen. I mean, you could hook up a fan and it'll feel like it's pushing air into your nose, so you won't even technically really feel anything, but the hydrogen is going up. And it's all been measured and lab tested and certified and. And if you ever want to get like X, kind of like when you're doing breathing, have you ever heard of the WIM HOF method? So deep breaths, you know, and you can do that with the hydrogen. You, you fill up your lungs with the hydrogen, you take those deep breaths. And part of my protocol, like if I'm in front of the computer, I'll take a few deep breaths and then I'll just be normal through my nose. And periodically when I think of it, I'll take a few deep breaths. You know, something like that. One of my protocols is actually, it's a new one and I haven't divulged this one yet. I have a few of them, but one of them is I'll inhale hydrogen gas when I'm eating. So there's no research on it yet, but I'm, I'm pretty confident that I'm right on this one again, because most of my theories have been proven to be true, because it makes sense. Have you heard of the research that shows that with every meal we eat, it's actually slowly aging us?
Oh, is that why the, one of the anti aging methods? Well, life prolongation methods is calorie restriction.
That's right.
Okay.
And so I can almost envision, I don't know how I know how to do this anymore, but that's how I create all these protocols. I can almost like see things that the human body is doing. And I realize that if I'm inhaling the hydrogen gas while I'm eating, it seems to combat. Remember, it protects us from certain, again, free radicals or damage. Even when we're eating, we're produced again. It's kind of slowly aging us. And there is data to support that, like, you know, caloric restriction. I mean, it's true. And so I decided, I started inhaling hydrogen. I make these like really, really nutritious smoothies full of minerals, nutrients. I don't take vitamins, I take almost no supplements.
That's why the doctor.
Yeah, I don't take almost any supplements at all because. Why? I follow the data. The research has clearly shown that the body responds better to get the nutrients from food, not from a pill. Why? Because our ancestors and their ancestors, I mean these bodies that we're inhabiting have been eating food for so long and the body, that's what it's accustomed to. And so I make these crazy smoothies and everything's food, you know, and they're full of a lot of different things. I mean, I, I show the smoothies on my YouTube channel for free. Everything's free, too. That, by the way, that I do. And so I make those. And the fiber.
You.
You know, the research on fiber is unbelievable. They did research in America on fiber a long time ago, and I don't know if you know that they're. I hate to say this, are kind of semi lying to the public about how much fiber the human body needs because the researcher said there's no way anybody would ever consume this amount. Like, the real amount that we really need is a much more than what we get. The number that they tell us we need is the minimum that the body needs. And guess how many Americans consume that? A minimum amount? Roughly 3%.
Wow.
Yeah. So almost nobody's getting enough fiber. That's why so many people are dealing not only with gut issues, but constipation. I mean, if you look, if you talk to any surgeon, which I have, that specialize, like in hemorrhoids, they'll tell you that the solution to over 80% of hemorrhoids is just more fiber.
That's it.
You know, it's. And I'll tell you one thing. When I was younger and treating my body, not very good. Oh, it was terrible to go to the bathroom and painful to go to the bathroom now. Smooth as silk. I mean, I don't have any issues with going to the bathroom. It's a very pleasant experience. And you want to get it out, you know, because it's very important to eliminate people. You know, I've talked to people who literally won't have one bowel movement for a whole week. To me, that's insane. I think a normal number is at least one, but typically two, maybe even three a day. And I have about two or three a day. And I never lived like that before.
Yeah. I remember reading about primitive cultures that they will gather together, have their meal, and then an hour later they go, you know, go to the bathroom, move your bowels, let it go.
Yeah. Because if it sits in there, it's toxic to your blood. It's not good for you to be constipated.
Yeah.
And so it's just wild.
Yeah. Interesting. So, yeah, sitting there for one hour at 90 minutes at a time.
I mean, you don't have to, you know, sometimes, like, if I'll sit down and I'm going to do something, because this is what I did, this is what I found works for me. I have one machine set up for my water, and I have it in my bedroom. Right. Because I wake up in the morning and I have My routine always start the day by getting hydrated. It's the most important thing. You wake up dehydrated, right? And water makes you function properly. So let's start the day that way. And then I go up and I make my breakfast and my smoothies or whatever, but I have another machine set up just for inhalation. So every time I sit down at a counter where I'm going to work on the computer, my inhalation. So I just put it on and I just start working. And then if it was 10 minutes, if that's all I did, I'm like, oh, I got to go. I just shut it off and leave. Sometimes I'll sit there for an hour and a half. My mom sets it by her La Z boy. So she has it just like this. And she sits on a lazy boy watching tv, and she just puts on the inhalation. Inhale while you're watching tv.
Has it improved her life lot?
Oh, my gosh, it was so funny. My mom is so hilarious. Because the simple answer is yes. And I can tell you a funny story about it, because when my dad started, she was like, oh, you guys, you know, are you kidding? This thing's going to help your dad? Or whatever. Once she saw the benefits. My mom has a few issues. I don't know how much she wants me to share on the show, so maybe I should just say that I'll give you one of the ones that she wouldn't mind. So my mom would literally get, like, dizzy and, like, she was in a faint, and she would drink water, and it just didn't work. And she said the only thing that worked for me was Gatorade. So she would drink Gatorade. And it. Honestly, you know, it's not really great for you, right? Yeah, I told her that. She goes, I know, I know, but it's the only thing that. That. So I don't get dizzy and have these weird spells. And she started doing the hydrogen water. And I remember, you know, many months later, I noticed there was no Gatorade. And she's like, I don't need anymore. When I drink the hydrogen water. I'm fine. And so that was one little thing. Well, actually, maybe she won't mind me telling the other story she had. She would get frequent UTIs, you know, and for those, I guess, you know, urinary tract infections.
Yeah.
And I've seen a lot of. Of how hydrogen significantly reduces the risk of infections. In fact, that was the one of the big things when the guy created this for his daughter with Lou Gehrig's disease is that they can get infections, you know, because they ended up having to, you know, put a hole in her throat and they get stuff in the lungs and all these things. And it was happening quite often. And the doctors, like, that's probably one of the things that's going to end her life. And he couldn't use any of the hydrogen products out there, obviously. He had to develop something that his daughter could use that was ultra pure, right. Levels, everything done correctly. And then his daughter gets almost no infections, like, very, very rarely. And that was a really huge change. And my mom, too, she. She almost, like, never gets UTIs now. And she used to get them every year, at least once or twice a year.
Yeah.
You know, at least. And she hated taking antibiotics, which. Who doesn't, right? We know they're not the best thing, but they can save your life when they're necessary, which is great, but you don't want to overdo it. And if you can prevent infection, but that tells you something of what it's doing in your body, if it's preventing.
Infection, I wonder what kind of mechanism it is, you know, with a hydrogen gas fighting infection or preventing infection.
Well, one of the things that I've seen that's really wild. I worked with a person. This was really crazy. This woman had type 1 diabetes, of all things, which is really kind of wild because, you know, we say type one is, quote, unquote, incurable, right? And she had tried a bunch of different hydrogen products. She said she was going to give up. And she saw my. She found my YouTube channel and she reached out to me. I did a whole testimonial video on her, too. And I was able to work with her. And she was able to go without insulin for almost half a year, which her doctor said that's impossible. And so he tracked her. He wanted her to take pictures of her glucometer.
That's amazing.
That's unbelievable. In fact, the doctor was like, I cannot believe what I'm witnessing. And so she said, first, what are you doing? And how did you learn about it? First she said, hydrogen. And then, I'll hear it here if you want. And so he's like, hydrogen? Where did you learn how to do this? She's, oh, there's this guy on YouTube. And apparently she told me his response. He goes, there is no way that there's some guy on YouTube who's accomplished what I just saw you do here, because it'd be worthy of a Nobel Prize. He Goes, this is unbelievable. And so what she started noticing because she trapped. She tracked her blood glucose levels so well that she noticed that per. How much hydrogen she was consuming, it was regulating her blood glucose, it was functioning as insulin. Because think about this. This is one of my other theories about hydrogen. Do you know, this is gonna sound really weird, but do you know where gold is made?
No.
In a supernova, In a dying star. So it's made in the stars. Okay, but what are the stars made of? Hydrogen.
Helium.
Helium. And that's pretty much it. They're. They're pretty much hydrogen because helium is just, to me, hydrogen infusion, you know, helium. It's just hydrogen. What's the first thing on the periodic table? Hydrogen. And so to me, hydrogen is like the Legos of the world. All the precious metals are producing stars, you know, silver, platinum, all these things. And so gold, for example, I was using as an example. And obviously, eventually it rains on Earth, and that's why it's, you know, in the Earth. So you think to yourself, hydrogen is producing gold. Hydrogen is producing everything. When you put it into your body, is it possible that it's. It can be almost anything that you need it to be? That's why I was talking about how I'm producing nutrients in my body, because the doctor can't understand. They're like, this is not possible. See, I'll share it. And it's going to be a little embarrassing because I'm probably going to get attacked. This is going to suck. We're going to get attacked here. I don't eat meat. And the doctor was like, how in the world are you maintaining these nutrient levels without eating meat? And I remember she said, let me guess, you've been doing this weird diet for about six months. And I said, no, I've been doing it for over a decade. She said, over a decade you haven't eaten meat? I said, that's correct. She just couldn't believe it. I was a little shocked myself, actually. But, you know, because the other thing that I'm really big on is parasites. The Japanese have done unbelievable research on parasites. And the problem with parasites in our body is one, they rob us of nutrients. So the fact that I wanted to overcome nutritional deficiencies, there's an issue with parasites. There's even a really great technology. Have you heard of endnose? So it's a technology that the Japanese are doing. This is going to change the world too, by the way. They found out that they, they can use a type of parasite to see if you have cancer because they found a correlation with cancer and parasites. And you're not going to believe how accurate this tests are and how cheap it is. It says urine test, you pee in a cup. Because what people are not realizing is, did you know that diseases have certain sense smells? Haven't you noticed that there are certain dogs that can sniff out cancer? Have you heard of this? So these nematodes that they're using have an amazing ability to smell way more than a dog. And they're using them to track cancer in urine. It's un. And it's 99 test. It's non invasive. You don't have to do all these crazy things. And they can catch cancer. And it's so super early stages when we couldn't do that before because you don't catch cancer until there's like millions of cells to be able to figure it out. You know what I mean?
Okay.
So that's another thing that the Japanese are doing. They're doing such amazing things in Japan that I really don't think the world understands or knows about. And that's one of the things that of course I'm grateful that, that we can share this with people because this is good stuff, you know, and non invasive is a nice thing because I think there's a problem when they biopsy cancer. You know, you kind of don't want to be puncturing it, you know, and I know there's some preliminary or some data on that and I won't get too into details about that, but if you can just do a urine sample, that's awesome. You know, kind of like they do also the fecal samples for colon cancer screening. Yeah, you know, stuff like that.
So what kind of research have been shown as far as hydrogen related to different conditions? I know you can't make any claims, but we can talk about research.
Right.
So hydrogen. Has there been a lot of evidence regarding cancer?
Yeah, in fact, this was another interesting story. A woman that I worked with, she had breast cancer. In fact, I was going to do an interview on my channel. I have an interview today. She did a protocol that I created and it's basically just a certain type of diet. Super clean water and hydrogen. That's it. It wasn't anything particularly crazy. Year and a half later, she's cancer free, never did chemo, never did radiation, never did anything. Western medicine. And she's going to be one of the people I'm going to interview also. And maybe I'll put you in contact if you want to interview her also. She's now wanting to share her story, you know, of how she beat her cancer. And it takes effort. You know, that's the thing. It does take effort. Another one was another woman who didn't want to do the effort. But this one also had breast cancer, but hers was so bad, they were like, you're going to be dead in. I think it was three to six months. It was really bad. And some of the research actually has shown if you use chemotherapy with the hydrogen and it works infinitely better, basically is what they're showing. And the. In fact, like, let's just say I'm going to pull some random numbers out here. Let's say they tell you, oh, you need five rounds of chemo, or I'm sorry, ten rounds of chemo. Let's say that that's what they tell you, right? And what they discovered when you're using hydrogen. And I've seen this with this woman who was not supposed to live past maybe three to six months. She did this machine again, the hydrogen, with her chemotherapy. And by the time she had only had like three or four treatments, her cancer was already gone. She's still alive to this day. It's been seven years or something crazy. Or maybe eight. It's been a while. And so I've seen how it works in collaboration with many things, including, like I said, even just supplements, just enhancing a lot of different things. But it seems to be very protective. Remember I was talking about the protective aspect. I think that's the problem with chemotherapy. It's so damaging. But if you can do something that protects you against the harmful effects, then you can make it through. You know what I mean? And that's just. But there's a long list of things in regards to hydrogen for cancer from slowing it down, you know, keeping it from metastasizing, for example, just things of that nature. Of course, the Japanese are really big on preventative medicine and I'm really big on that too. It's much better to prevent the problem than to try to deal with it once you've got it.
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. So when did hydrogen become a thing in Japan?
Well, I think the very first study came out in like 07, I think.
Okay, so it hasn't been that long.
No, it hasn't been that long.
I remember because I've been in the anti aging field, not for that long, but since about 2015. And when I attended the anti aging conference, there was already a company with hydrogen water pouches that they're selling. So what do you think of the water that has the hydrogen already. And I hand it to you.
I think it's silly, really. Yeah. I. I actually saw a lot of tests of those water pouches. They were. They were doing them in Japan. And by the time you tested it, I mean, you'd be lucky if there was any hydrogen in it, maybe a little bit, you know, and that was the problem because the hydrogen does escape. It's very hard to contain it. And that's why it's just better to have a device, you know, that can make it. Kind of like. To me, I'm a big believer in water filtration. So again, I have my carbon distiller. Right. And the carbon distiller, I have a device that can clean my water. So I don't ever buy bottled water. And if you look at the level of. I don't know if you're aware of this and all the research that's been done, the highest level of microplastics comes from bottled water. And I think we have a major issue with microplastics. Right. And if you carbon distill your own water, there's no microplastics virtually in that water. So I make my own water, you know, same thing. I make my own hydrogen. I don't have to rely on. I remember a doctor contacted me, this was many years ago. He was buying those pouches by the case.
Yeah.
And he got a hold of me. He's like, it's cost me a fortune. People don't realize that the pouches and like, even the tablets. People think the tablets are the cheap way to go. They're one of the most expensive because you have to continue to buy them. Of course, businesses love that. This thing is so well made that you buy it once and that's pretty much it.
Yeah.
You don't have to keep buying this thing, you know.
Yeah.
And so.
So you've tried every type of hydrogen products?
Yes.
And of course, this one is. You feel this highest potency and the cleanest and safest.
Oh, absolutely.
What are some of the concern for the other products?
You think that's a loaded question? Mostly because. Yeah, they don't like me to talk about that. So I get threatened a lot by it, you know, I mean, what I would tell people is, well, let me tell you what this does that no other company does. Maybe that'll help. Okay. So first of all, when you're making hydrogen, the first thing is you never want electricity to touch the water. That's one thing. That's why this has a dual chamber system. We had to pour water over here, and there's water sitting underneath the tray.
Yeah. Why don't you want to touch water?
Because when electricity touches water, it can interact with things in the water and create impurities. I mean, you know, like, for example, like, let's use plastic for, like, microplastics. So I don't know if you've seen the research on this. People put food in the microwave. What happens when you burn plastic? I mean, it gets real nasty. Very bad carcinogen. So put in your microwave is only making it worse. And you have to think of electricity as kind of like you're heating it up in a way. You know, kind of think about it that way. And that's just one small piece of the whole thing. The other piece is the metal. The metal is a major, major problem when producing hydrogen because the science. The science of metals, metallurgy is so important in the production of hydrogen. Because, for example, do you know how they make colloidal silver? They take pure silver, put it in water, run electricity, because the metal literally starts falling apart, and it gets dissolved into the water. Okay. That's how they make colloidal silver. So when you're making hydrogen, you don't want heavy metals in your water, and you're running electrical current with metal. And almost every single product. Like, if people want to do their homework and. And find out if their product's good or not or something they're thinking about, and companies try to hide it now because of me. But. And I'm not naming any company. So you do your own research, but just ask, is it using plated or coated metal? Because that's what 99% of the industry is using. This doesn't. Because the guy knows that. It's. He's like, it'd be foolish, but that's what everybody's doing because it's. They don't have the technology or they don't want to spend the money because they want. They want to make more profit. But it's very difficult to make this type of metal, and that's just one part. The membranes. Another major problem in the industry. DuPont pretty much makes almost every membrane out there for all the hydrogen machines. If anybody wants to look up dupont, you probably know who they are. I can see it in your eyes. Yes, the chemical company, you know, and it was never intended for human consumption. They're using something for the machines that was never designed for making hydrogen. It just. It wasn't part of what it was designed for. This one, the guy had to invent it, this is what I mean. It's got a bunch of one offs as far as the technology. It uses a very special membrane that nobody in the world has. They're the only company in the world that has it makes it. The problem with the other membranes are single layer membranes. This one's a triple layer and made with fibrous material also and super pure. So they, they did testing. I can't, I'm not going to make claims about what other people are doing with their dupont stuff. And they even try to hide the name dupont now. So they route it through some other company and they name it something else because they, because I was talking about it. So basically this membrane is ultra, ultra pure, really, really clean and it also lasts way longer. So that's actually one of the issues that they'll never tell you in the hydrogen industry is that you buy a machine thinking, hey, I'm going to get a ton of hydrogen. For years and years you don't realize that your hydrogen production is just going down because your metals falling apart, your membranes falling apart. And that's another problem because of the amount of electricity that these machines use. So the Japanese knew that that would be a problem. So they have a very unique technology with this. So they use the highest end metal, which by the way, the Japanese like samurai swords. Their metal technology is unbelievable. Even America wants it with Kobe steel, right? And then they have the amazing super sturdy membrane. But then they have a very special computer. Just the computer alone is apparently very expensive because it regulates the electrical current so that you don't get these spikes to damage the material. And they tested this machine so much that even after many years of uses, it's still producing basically the full amount of hydrogen, which is unreal. No machine can do that. It's the only machine that can do it.
So you don't have to replace the metal or the membrane.
Not for extremely long time, maybe almost forever, but like many, many, many, many, many years. I think they did, they did a seven year torture test on this machine. The company, because they wanted to find it's. The Japanese like to make things reliably. I think Toyota got a reputation for that. So they torture tested this machine and they reached seven years and they're like, nothing would break. Still making a ton of hydrogen. They're like. So they finally just stop. They don't actually know how long it might last. I mean they just know it's going to be a very long time. No machine can touch it. There's nothing even close. And, and it has a special technology. In fact, there's people out there who have made videos bashing the machine because they don't actually understand how it works because it uses such a low amount of electricity that they can't fathom that it's making the hydrogen that it's making. In fact, somebody said it should be, it should win some type of prize, an award, and I think it will in the future when people realize what they've done. But part of the technology is actually this guy in here. This is part of the tech. And a lot of it's patented and proprietary and it has to do with the way that this machine can produce the amount of hydrogen with super low electricity, but super high end parts. And that's why it won't break down. So, you know, just quality, beautiful engineering, you know, beautiful design. I mean, it was very well thought out.
Yeah.
You know, perfection.
So I know when I first got into the anti aging field, a lot of clinics and doctors are using hanging water. I was very popular.
So I think I know where you are with this one.
Yeah.
And this is actually a really important one because I had a Kangen machine too. I fell for it too. And here's a difference, and I think you'll understand this really good. There's a huge difference between short term research and long term research. So for example, if you're fasting, if you look at fasting in the short term, a lot of benefits, it looks really great. But if you were to do long term fasting, it's going to be very bad for you because you're going to run out of nutrients, you're going to be deficient. You know, it's not good for you. You only want to fast for so long. Right? Here's what happened with the King. And it was so crazy. Again, no medical advice, no claims. I'm just telling you the stuff that I've read about it. We know that it does the alkaline water thing. And that was their whole thing. It's like, oh, it does alkaline water. Alkaline water is the answer, which is so obvious that it's not. And I'll tell you why. Because if you want alkaline water, you can just take baking soda and put it in water. You got alkaline water. Voila. Is that the answer to all your problems? No, it's definitely not. Right? And this is the, this is the problem. They were seeing benefit in the short term. So there was data. And so they went off that data and everybody got sold, including me. Right. But here's the problem is that they kept saying it was the alkalinity. And they actually found out later that they were by accident inadvertently producing some hydrogen. It was the hydrogen that was given the benefit.
Wow.
But the hydrogen. The machine wasn't designed to be a true hydrogen machine. That's not what it was designed for. This is a true hydrogen generator from the ground up the way it's designed. And the other problem with the King and is in the long term research and a lot of people don't talk about this and they don't want people talking about it. So go look at it for yourself is what I would encourage people. But this is what I'll say. Our stomach acids, as we age, and this is another scientific fact, we make less and less stomach acids as we get older. Okay. And the issue is our stomach acids have a function. One is for killing pathogens. Two to actually break down your food properly so you can absorb the nutrients properly. Right. If you're drinking this alkalinized, ionized water, they saw that it appeared in the long term to start disrupting stomach acid production. That's a major problem.
Yeah.
I've known people that I've spoken with who they're like, I started having gut issues. And they said I hadn't connected the dots until I heard you speak about it. And they're like, oh my God, I've been using this king and. And it's. I started having issues that I didn't have before. Right.
Makes sense.
Pure hydrogen is PH neutral. It shouldn't change the pH. To me, that's a simple marker of whether you're making it. Right. Like the pills, they make the water super acidic. I don't know if you knew that. And literally acidifies the water big time. So first we were telling alkaline water is great. Now they're telling us acid water is great. It's like at some point, like, are we dumb or do we not know what we're talking about? And see, that's what I mean. If there's always a new gimmick, haven't you noticed that yet? I noticed that. That every year there's always something new and there's always something they're trying to push and they keep changing their mind. You know, one year it's like, oh, eat nothing but meat. And then all of a sudden the guy who wrote the book's like, well, I need to start implementing other things. It's like, well, no, dad, dude, come on. You can't just live off of meat. You Know you need fiber, you know, you need other, other components from the food. You know, you need antioxidants, you know, from your food, you know, phytonutrients. There's just so many things. And I think it's so simple. I was able to resolve all these issues I had with very simple methods. But foundationally clean water and the best hydrogen in the world was just foundational to my protocols. Is it everything? No, but it's foundational for other things that I do in my life. But it's very simple. The other things that I do. You know what else you do? All the smoothies, for example. So the smoothies have all my nutrients, they have all the fiber that I need, all the minerals. In fact, one of the techniques I started doing my smoothies. This is crazy. I got this from data also from Japan. Literally, they took an apple and they would measure the level of antioxidants in an apple. Then they would put the apple in hydrogen water. Somehow, when they left it in there for 20 minutes and pulled it out and they measured it off the charts. Somehow the hydrogen was going into the food. So I started. So I created something called hydrogen smoothies.
Really?
Yeah. So I put all this produce. I do a lot of vegetables, and so my diet is basic. Okay, I guess we're going to talk a little about that. I didn't want to go down this road. So I do a lot of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, mushrooms. I don't know if you've seen the latest data on mushrooms and in this relationship to helping you combat Alzheimer's and dementia, have you heard about this data yet from Japan?
Yeah. All kinds of mushrooms.
Basically every single mushroom. Wow. Yeah. They all have the specific compound that seemed. They're saying that if you ate it at least three times a week, mushrooms, then possibly 90 of people who have dementia would never have it.
Really?
I mean, that. Amazing. Yeah.
Wow.
And they're working with a special type of mushroom, I don't know if you heard of, a Coriolis versa color, where the way that the Japanese, they found the exact moment when it's growing where they extract a specific compound out of it and they do sell a supplement for it. It started for animals, they started seeing benefits for cancer. And so that's another wild one. So there's a lot of wild stuff. But I, I like to just use food, you know, So I, I. But I pull this mushroom, your smoothie, not mushrooms. That's the one thing I didn't put. But you know what I have put in There is a type of bean, so I put natto. Have you heard of NATO? Yeah. So I actually.
That's the fermented, right?
Yeah, it's a fermented bean. They have so much research on it and it's extremely good for you. But one of the things that it does, it's so awesome is it acts as a natural statin. I don't think people actually really need statins now. Again, no medical advice obviously, but it seems to thin your blood to the point where most doctors probably wouldn't know this in America, but in Japan the doctors know that if a person, if they're going to put them on statins, they literally like make sure that you don't eat too much natto. So either you eat the natto or you do the statin. You choose which one. But you don't really want to be doing both because it becomes a little too powerful, you know, as far as you're thin your blood too much. And so I started putting natto in my smoothies because natto has almost the same amount of protein as beef.
Really?
Yeah, but way more health benefits. So I start putting. My smoothie was so full of protein and minerals and nutrients. That was my multivitamin. It was my sustenance, it was my fiber. It was everything. One of my friends says it's the everything smoothie.
Yeah.
So I make those in the morning and, and that's my big protocol is clean water hydrogen with these smoothies. That's pretty much it. By the time I have dinner, I pretty much eat a solid meal and whatever. I, I mean I do a lot of nuts and again, all the stuff that I eat.
I thought you were going to say that you, you soak all your fruits in the, in the nitro hydrogen water.
Well, that is one thing that I actually did. Not that it's important, but when I make the smoothie, I always fill it up with hydrogen water. Yeah. And I let it sit there to soak up all the hydrogen into the food. And there's no research to prove that that does anything at this time.
Yeah.
But I, I think that based on that I can see that the hydrogen is apparently soaks into the food. In fact, you should see what it does for agriculture. It's going to transform the world of agriculture. I already have equipment that I want to build. I just don't have the funding because it would take millions of dollars. Again, if Elon Musk is hearing. Because I believe this technology can be used when they want to grow food on Mars. I Believe, I really strongly believe that. And it hasn't been done yet. Nobody in the world has done it yet. I know of already a way because I already have it. I have the schematics in my head already that we can grow, produce that the world's never seen. It will be so nutritious for the human body. It will truly be medicine on a level that we've never imagined. Hydrogen can transform, also soils. So it can do things to the food that we haven't really ever thought of. Yeah, and it's, and it's not just that there's even other technology that I want to develop. It probably cost about $30 million. I spoke to actually a very interesting doctor from UCLA, scientist actually. And I explained to him my, what I wanted to do and he was like, I can't believe it. I think it would work. I, I actually think that there's a device that I want to build. I've never talked about it publicly, but basically I believe this device would overcome almost any medical issue. And I believe that it can make you young again. And when I say young again, I'm talking about taking an 80 year old and making them 20 again.
No way.
I know it sounds crazy and, and nobody has figured it out yet, but once I explained it, which I did, I was referred to this scientist from ucla because the guy that I told, he's like, there's no way that what you're saying is real, but if you tell him, he'll tell me what you're saying is bs. And we spent three hours, I explained the whole technology to him and by the time we were done, he said, I think this actually might work. And so we just need the funding. But I haven't gone that far yet. But I think that this technology that I want to develop can actually be used also to, for what Elon wants to do as far as transporting people to Mars, because that's a long distance and you're going to be bombarded again with radiation. And what I really think, honestly is that I don't think we realize how the human body actually truly functions. Like, because if we really did, we'd know how to fix a lot of different things. But the problem is there's always funding and red tape, you know, and, you know, and I don't have some fancy degree either, but I don't think you need it. You just need a brain and you know, curiosity and. Yeah, and you don't know, I mean, because I know what they teach in medical school, you know, you know, it's Mostly drugs. You know, it's true.
Yeah.
Yeah. You know, so. Yeah.
Wow. What amazing conversation. Thank you so much for bringing this and for, you know, all your, you know, your. Your. Your pursuit of. Of what's real and what the. What science says and to dig deep and find the best thing that you. You can introduce to people. And I'm so. I'm so excited, you know, to see what this can do, you know, for. For our patients at our clinic and for me at home. Yeah. Really, really very grateful for you for sharing and. And for bringing this to everybody.
Well, you're absolutely welcome. And, you know, I want to share this one thing that I just remembered. If you check your, like, biomarkers and whatnot, I was working with a guy recently, and he's, like, super into his health, a lot like you, and he wears one of these. And I don't know a lot about it, but it's like some ring that tracks everything is not ora ring. I think that's what it is.
Okay.
And he's been using it for years, and he's been tracking all his numbers, and somebody had introduced him to me and I. And obviously about the hydrogen. And he's like, I do so many things for my health. I don't think this thing's going to do anything. He goes, I don't really want to do it because. And it's a little spending. It's not crazy expensive. It's not $30,000 or anything, but he's like, I don't think he'll do anything. And then his friend's like, please try it. Listen to this guy. You know, which was me. You know, they're like, try it. So I got him on the hydrogen water, and he's been tracking his numbers. He got back to me three months afterwards. He goes, dude, unbelievable. My numbers are unreal. I've never. I don't know what the heck this is doing to me, but it works better than anything I've ever done. All the diets, all the supplements, all the exercise, nothing can touch it. And so that's why it's exciting. The reason I'm telling you is because with patients, or even yourself, if you track stuff, start tracking it. You know, whether it's monitoring blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, you know, whatever it is, you know, tracking, you're going to see the difference.
Okay, well, for sure. And we'll be tracking our patients, too.
Awesome.
Thank you so much, Greg. And where can people. Where's your channel? How can they keep learning from you.
Oh, that's great. Yeah. So if people want to support what I'm doing and they free, you can go to YouTube. My channel is called uprising 144k, and just subscribing and sharing is very helpful. You can also find me on Rumble, which I don't use a lot, but it's good. And Twitter, or X actually, as it's called, and Instagram, and those are the only places where I'm at. But I encourage everybody to subscribe to all of them because I have been threatened a lot and they've tried to take me down many times. And so if I ever get taken down, the only way you're gonna find me is if you're subscribed to one of the other ones, because I'm gonna start over again, you know?
Yeah.
So, yeah, that's how people support, you know, this particular movement.
Yeah. Wonderful.
