So what did you find out about fasting in your research? So when we looked at fasting, we were looking at a 36 hour fast. And the reason why we decided to look at a 36 hour fast was because that is where you typically see the best lifespan extension. So we had 20 people, 10 men, 10 women, come in and do a 36 hour fast. And we looked at their before and after. And what we saw was that when people fast for 36 hours, they became much more functionally enhanced in their plasma. Their plasma became anti inflammatory, it became antioxidant and cellular protective. It became cardio protective, had better cholesterol efflux capacity, which is essentially the gold standard marker for cardiovascular risk. And that's really impactful because in the nutrition world, it's very rare to take already young, healthy people have them do something for just one day, and then all of a sudden they're super people.
