Are there other concerns about starting hormone replacement in, in an older woman?
There was up until a study in I think April of 2024, which basically let the world know that women over the age of 65 can do hormone replacement therapy. It just needs to be low dose, transdermal. I'll still give woman progesterone orally if she's having issues, sleeping if she's not. I'll stick with the cream. I would like to pair both, but yeah, it can be done. It's the point I'm trying to say. And what have you seen in these.
Women when you.
Give them low dose? They're losing weight. Especially when I combine that with like a tirzepatide or a semaglutide. What we also find is that their memory improves, their relationships improve, their work performance improves, their sleep improves, they're able to gain muscle, they're happy, they're out with their friends, they're socializing, their whole life turns around. It's really a beautiful thing to see. Wow. Yeah. And that's wonderful. It's amazing.
