A short testimonial-style YouTube video (uploaded/created by Joy Kong, MD) in which Dr. Patrick Porter describes a recent ketamine infusion as a ‘mind-blowing’, deeply relaxing experience that produced mental clarity, a refreshed feeling, and short-term pain relief in his wrist/hand. The interviewer frames ketamine infusions as helpful for entrepreneurs under stress and for patients with chronic pain, migraine, or brain-injury recovery.

It felt like I was on, like a higher plane or something, having a conversation and, you know, just working things out. It was a pretty neat experience.
People do come to the clinic sometimes they want to do ketamine treatment to get some kind of clarity. Especially entrepreneurs, you know, who are under a lot of stress and lots of decisions to make. Doctor Porter, you just had a ketamine infusion, so I know this is still fresh. You're only 45 years out. What are your thoughts?
Wow. I mean, if you want a mind blowing experience, I didn't know what to expect because I'd never done that before, but I know it's really good for mental health. I mean, I feel super refreshed. I feel like I just got back from Maui or something.
Oh, wow.
With the relaxation and things. So it was awesome. I mean, I think that somebody's looking for something to really sort things out really gave me. It felt like I was on a higher plane or something, having a conversation and just working things out. It was a pretty neat experience.
Yeah. Actually, people do come to the clinic sometimes they want to do ketamine treatment to get some kind of clarity, especially entrepreneurs, you know, who are under a lot of stress and lots of decision to make. So this helps give them kind of direction so they can step, you know, just a little bit above. Right?
Yeah.
Looking from a little bit higher level.
Yeah, definitely. I mean, I felt like. I mean, I can go pretty deep with just my meditations and things, but that was. That was next level.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It felt like. It just. Just felt like I was part of the whole universe or something. It was kind of a really cool feeling that. And time it like this. I mean, I was here for two hours and something. I mean, it's like, wow.
I know. It's an incredible. It's very. For most people, it's a very enjoyable experience. I mean, it doesn't work the same way for everybody, but majority of people, when they do the treatment, they're blown away by the experience. And I had people with chronic pain, chronic migraine, getting really good relief from the pain. People with even a brain injury from stroke, and that was helping them to recover.
I had some pain in this wrist and hand. I heard it during a sport.
Again, it's gone.
Let's hope that continues. That was good. It's very, very, very pleasant experience.
