Five years ago, I had a brain aneurysm. The ketamine treatments. I've seen a big difference right from the first one. Even my neurologist postponed an operation. I've gone back to dancing and swimming. I play golf three or four times a week.
Hi, John. So I want to asked you about your experience of being with Uplift Longevity Center. You've been coming to us for about a year for ketamine treatments. So maybe you can talk about your experience and how it has been for you and what it did for you.
Well, five years ago, I had a brain aneurysm. Since then, I still have a shunt in my head. And the ketamine treatments, I've seen a big difference right from the first one. And my family has seen a big difference, much improvement to where Even my neurologist postponed an operation that he was going to do in January to August because my healing was getting much better. And he was very excited about that.
That's wonderful.
The treatments are wonderful. You have many different ways to get the ketamine treatment. And I love everyone. I do have my favorites, but.
What's your favorite?
My favorite is the sauna.
The infrared light in the red light.
Yeah.
Yeah. So. So we have. The sauna is. It's great for detoxification, but it's good for overall healing of the body. And the red light and the, you know, for the. Both the face and the full body is fantastic. And people are laying on the PEMF mat. So the combination is just. We're attacking the body in many ways to help the body to heal. So you have also gone back to dancing?
I've gone back to dancing and swimming. I play golf three or four times a week, play tennis two or three times a week. I swim once a week. At least a mile to mile and a half to two miles.
Yeah. And what is the experience like during the treatment? Maybe you can share with people a little bit.
Each one is a little different, but for me, because I lived in Hawaii for a long time, I always get a waterfall and the island changing from lava to beautiful flowers and beautiful plants. And I always end up on a beach. And I love surfing and everything. Just really beautiful.
So the canyon take you to those places?
Yeah. And just very peaceful. A lot of joy and happiness. I haven't had any bad ones that always end with, you know, flowers coming out and birds singing and it's just wonderful. I love it. I get a very. Just a big smile on my face every time I come out of a treatment.
Yeah. That's wonderful.
I get a very peaceful feeling from having the treatments, and that stays with me. In between the treatments, everybody asks how I do, and I go. I just feel great. I'm hoping someday that I can get rid of a shunt in my head, and hopefully the neurologist that's taking care of me, we'll see the improvement to where he thinks I no longer need it.
Great. Yeah. That'll be our goal then. Okay. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with everyone.
You're wonderful, and I love coming here. Everybody is wonderful.
