I want to ask the question, what's going on? Why all of a sudden this comeback of methylene blue?
In my experience, years ago when I was doing my residency, we'd use methylene blue IV for carbon monoxide poisoning, arsenic poisoning. But in the icu, we used it to clear people's brains up after cardiovascular shock or after they had a certain type of trauma and or traumatic brain injury. And when I was having all these patients come in post Covid that had the brain fog and not feeling well, I said, now I remember using IV methylene blue. So it took me a while to find anybody who had IV methylene blue. And at that time there was like one half book on methylene blue. And so I started using it. And man, the patients were coming back saying, hey, we feel better. We're functioning. And that's when we started saying, well, let's try it in a different form.
