YouTube interview snippet in which Sebastien Lagree (speaker) recounts his multi-year personal use of stem-cell anti-aging treatments and his longevity mindset. He identifies as 48 years old, began stem-cell treatments at 45, has been attending the clinic for three years, reports feeling he is “aging backwards,” and describes treatment frequency across years (three times, then four times, then four times again; plans for five this year). Life doesn't end when you turn 40 or 50. I feel for me, it has begun. Like, honestly, I can tell you guys that I haven't peaked yet. I'm 48 years old. I haven't peaked. I cannot tell you what the best days were because they haven't happened yet. Well, my name is Sebastien Lagree. I'm 48 years old. I've been coming here for three years now. I started to do the stem cells right when I turned 45. I absolutely adore the treatments. Like I said, you know, I started to do, I think, three times. I did three times. I think the first year and then the second year, I did four times, and I did four times last year, and this year, I want to kick it two, five times. I was telling a friend of mine just moments ago, he's about to turn 40, and I told him, right, when you turn 40, this. I think this is the time where you start to decide how do you want to be when you're 80 or 90 years old? This is the time when you start to really making the decisions and you come up with a plan. Because I'm not doing this for now at 48, 50, you know, I'm doing the stem cells for when I'm going to turn 80. I'm going to do the stem cells. I'm doing the stem cells when I'm 90 and 100. That's part of my retirement package. That's my longevity plan. You know, of course, I can maintain a pretty good health, you know, at 40, 50, probably without doing the stem cells and then also doing, you know, my workout and things like that. But I'm doing everything now because I'm building the foundation for success already. Now, three years into the process, I do feel the difference, and I do feel like I'm aging backwards, and it's great.
