It features a discussion between two speakers about the effects and experiences following a stem cell treatment, particularly focusing on the recovery and physical improvements noticed after the procedure.
What did you notice after the treatment? I mean, did you notice anything the day of?
Well, the day of, you know, if you get something injected in your feet, obviously it's going to hurt and so just kind of rested that evening. The next day was just kind of feeling like a normal day. Not, not sure what to feel. But one week after I felt like running, like my body just wanted to go run. And I guess that's because the inflammation was lowered. And I think I got the advice of, okay, don't do anything for six weeks. Just let that, let it all the stem cells do their job and do their work. But I was able to, yeah, I think it was two months later I went to an event and I was still just not wanting to do too much on them but I was able to go running and jumping and dancing and I thought this is magic.
