Next stage will be the more of a tissue rebuilding. So that's going to take longer. That's not the immediate result. Immediate result can happen very fast, but doesn't happen to everybody. Some people don't notice anything. Does that mean it's not happening? Something good is not happening? No, it means that things may be happening at a level that you cannot notice. Just like when you're getting sick for about a week before you get those cold symptoms. You were actually in the process of getting sick, but you just couldn't tell. The same thing with therapy, looking at its benefits. So just because you can't tell doesn't mean that it's not happening right under your nose.
