Western medicine. You and I were MDs and you know, the way we were trained is that one, you don't treat yourself, two, you don't treat your family. And I when I heard that at ucla, I was like, what? I know myself very well and I know my family. My mom knows me way more than any, any pediatrician that she had brought me to. Trying to explain everything, right? Trying to give all the information. But to say that because I'm a doctor so I've lost all my objectivity when it comes to me and my family, I think that is ludicrous. But that's what we're taught and we thought, yeah, you never treat yourself, never treat your family. That's got to change. You got to take responsibility and you take care of yourself. There's so many things you can do and learn or learn as much as you can, but also get expert help. Sometimes you can only push this far.
