What about NAD testing? I've also heard that when a person is older or even sicker, they have a higher level of nad. So what's your take on whether or not this is worth testing?
The latest input I've heard from some experts is that these tests, you know, they measure blood nad, but they don't measure intracellular or like tissue specific nad. So it's not going to be that useful as a biomarker. So it doesn't really tell you, you know, what your actual entity status is. Because the intracellular NAD is what actually matters. I wouldn't do an entity test. So the commercial tests, they're all based on blood. So like a blood spot. You know, personally, I'm not going to do an entity test for that reason at the moment.
