A short YouTube clip by Joy Kong, MD discussing enthusiasm for energy therapies in biohacking and longevity. The speaker argues humans are "energy beings," explains an analogy using charged water and 'easy water' to illustrate electrical charge distribution, and endorses technologies like braintap (light and sound), infrared saunas, and light polling to enhance cellular function.

I'm at the biohacking conference in Los Angeles and this is where new technology and longevity is coming together. And one thing I'm excited about is energy therapy. And why am I so excited about energy therapy such as braintap technology using light and sound or infrared sauna or other forms of light therapy? It's because we are energy beings. So this is something you might not know. In a, let's say a bowl of water, you put a divider in the water immediately the water negative and positive charges will go to either side. And in the middle is what's called easy water where there's no electric charge. So we just created a battery. And if you put a tube in the water, the water is going to be fast flowing in between the tube because of this energy charge, energy flow. So we're all electric beams and absorbing that energy from the environment like a satellite. And light polling technology is going to enhance your cellular function.
