Dr. Joy Kong explains why taking all your supplements at once defeats their purpose. Space minerals apart, take mTOR activators in the morning and autophagy inducers at night, and cycle supplements that cause receptor desensitization rather than taking them daily.

I realized before the way my supplement system was set up it was just for convenience to be honest. There were AM supplements I took with breakfast and PM supplements I took with dinner. I had them set so that I would be doing more MTOR inducers in the morning and autophagy inducers in the evening. And I realized that there was many minerals that cannot be taken together because they will compete with each other. They need to be separated by the limit of time. Same thing with catechins and polyphenols. They need to be separated from certain minerals otherwise they're going to compete. There's some supplements that are very stimulative and some that are sedative. Cycling is another key. Many supplements you shouldn't be taking every single day because you'll overwhelm those receptors. They'll get used to the signal being the same all the time. Some supplements can be taken every day or figuring out the difference. The distinction between which ones need to be cycled and which ones don't was the challenge.
