He time-blocks each day to stay focused and explains why he sometimes goes quiet.
Hey, I want to share with you guys my calendar and it essentially is a reason as to why sometimes I am mia. I'm really focused on making this thing happen. And so I know this looks like a hot mess, but there is a method to the madness here. So usually what I do is I break out each of my to do lists based upon time slots. So I try to get as much done within the time slot that's allocated for that task. I also theme my entire week, so each day of the week has a various theme. Mondays is maintenance Monday where I do all the management for digital Delaine our agency. And then Tuesday is talent Tuesdays where I focus on creating content. Wednesday is Wednesday W I n's day I focus on sales. Thursday is thirsty Thursdays for me. So I it's all about networking. Fridays are financial Fridays and I focus of course on all the finances. So that's a little bit of insight as to what I normally do, how I time block to be productive and hopefully you can use that tactic to help with your productivity.
