So you went into that 86-day— I went into that. And how did you come out of it? I came out of it so clear about my life. I was at a client, um, and at the time I was doing, doing consulting work and, uh, I was coming home and I, you know, kind of had my, this will date us, you all know, is 1998. I had my Walkman on, I was listening to my tunes. And I had just stopped by the health food store and, You know, I was gonna have some miso soup. Like, I had a whole kind of plan.
