Empathy, that's important because you don't know what people are dealing with. And you know that some— everybody's dealing with something. During COVID I remember some people have not left their house for 5 months. And if you're a leader who's not self-aware, if you don't have empathy, if you're not able to read the people, you're gonna go and talk and maybe not understand that there's something going on that's more important than just talking about business. So I think having empathy and being able to connect with people, to try to understand their world.
