Chapters
Hello, hello, hello, hello everyone. This is Katheline Jean-Pierre, the podcast host of Driving Impact, where we talk about life, leadership, career, mindset, and growth hacks of the top 1%. And I'm super excited because I'm welcoming you in my personal private home in Los Angeles, where I want to start recording some solo episodes where I can share a little bit more of my thoughts about the episodes that we've been listening to, uh, the interviews I've done, but also just understanding What is in the mindset of the top 1%ers? And why I'm talking about this is because there's a whole strategy. There are many systems, there's different hacks, there's a mindset that you have to learn to be able to achieve that level of success. And I want to share a little bit more about my personal journey because yes, I got into the top 1% and it was not always that easy, but I've learned so much that it's time for me to give back. And share the knowledge and help you achieve what you want to achieve. And when we talk about 1%, I know we talk about 1% earners, but I believe that to be truly holistically successful, you have to be balanced in your health, in your relationships, in your community, in your environment. So it's way much more than your, your percentage of earning and how much of the top of the pyramid you might be. It's also like spiritually emotionally and in terms of your relationships and your thinking and your health. So that's why when I talk about how do we drive impact in your life, in your career and your mindset and your growth to get the wisdom of the top 1%, I want to make sure that we look at the wheel of life as something that's very integrated and not just with your earning. You're going to reach this summum of joy and fulfillment and happiness. No, oftentimes if you don't look at the wheel of life and are not looking at how holistically your life is balanced, then you get to that top, like, which really does not exist, but to that top of the mountain, and you realize that no, you're unfulfilled and you're not happy because maybe you didn't have the mindset, maybe you did not enjoy the journey, maybe you haven't built a relationship, maybe you don't have the community that you need to be able to be fully happy, and maybe it's your relationship with your partner that's not working. So we're going to be exploring a lot of different topics, and I'm super duper excited to go on this journey with you. And I want to reintroduce myself bit just because we have so many new listeners. The podcast has 10x in the past couple of months, and I want to take the time to do a little bit more of these solo episodes. And if you have any questions, there's different places that you can ask your questions. You can, uh, on the platform that you're listening, you can always add some comments, or you can go to katheline.co and comment on the blog post and/or submit any type of feedback. And I'm happy to me and my team are happy to be able to address this. Excited to be on this journey to drive impact together. See you later. Bye-bye.
