Hello, hello, hello, hello, Driving Impact Collective. This is Katheline Jean-Pierre, your podcast host, and today I'm super duper excited to talk about the power of making your dreams a reality, turning your goals into action, turning your vision into 90-day sprints. That's what I'm passionate about. Did you ever feel like your dreams are too big to chase? Not me. I never did, and I think I never will. And it's not a question of ego, or I think I'm better than anybody else. No, it's not about that. Before I get started, I have an ask. We've had 95,000 downloads in the past 30 days, but only 3% of you follow us, which would help grow our community of growth-oriented kindred souls who are eager to drive impact in their life and their career. So give us a follow on Spotify, Apple, or any platform that you use to listen to your podcast. My personal mission is to be able to bring the light to people who need the light in this world. And I'm putting my 20-year career at your service. So thank you. Hear me out. Here's my story. So my parents used to say that I was, in brackets, the perfect child. What does that mean? It's— I was very self-sufficient. But they also said that I could tap into some magical universal component. But I never knew what they meant until I watched my wildest dreams unfold. So at 16 years old, I was working as a candy girl girl selling chocolate and popcorn in a movie theater. One of my best friends and coworkers said, "Katheline, you're very good at making dreams happen." And when I think about it now, at 18 I published multiple pieces of poetry in one writing contest. At 23, I was offered 2 record deals, one of which was with one of Quebec's biggest rock company and for $150,000, which at the time was, was a big deal. It was a big deal. It was like my dream in front of my eyes. Then at 25, I became a product manager at Yahoo. Then I went on to work at Deloitte. Then I went on to work at Google. So my biggest transformation, what I realized, was not external. My biggest career transformation was when I actually started giving back at scale. Which meant teaching that superpower of making dreams a reality, turning your boldest goals into 90-day sprints, and really helping you achieve your next play, your next move, your next career power move. And that's really when I became transformed and more transformational. I led a program that was a transformative learning leadership program that impacted like thousands, like 10,000 Googlers worldwide. And we had 20 chapters across 5 continents, also across business units in Google Play and Google Search and YouTube. And so like chapters were popping up like dandelion, but in a positive way. A woman in Google Cloud who just told me, I got promoted to sales manager from being an individual contributor because of this program. And the program was called the Coffee Club. And that's when I realized I have the methodology to help people accomplish some of their wildest dreams. And I realized that my life purpose and my life mission is to teach others how to do it and not be resigned and, and really be fearless about chasing their dreams, but it's making their dreams a reality. And that's my superpower. I dropped off of my corporate job because I wanna help others do the same. Make their dreams a reality. So now I wanna hear from you. What's your wildest vision? What's your wildest dream? And if you're stuck between dreaming and doing, listen, I've been there. Let's talk. And soon I'll publish the link to my new career academy where we're gonna be focusing on transformative learning of making your dreams a reality, setting your goals in motion, sprint by sprint by sprint. To sign up to my newsletter, And it's drivingimpact.kit.com. So doors are opening very soon, the doors of transformation, of wisdom, of accomplishment. And I'm so excited. There's nothing that makes me more excited than seeing your dreams come to life. I can't wait to see you there. See you soon. Welcome to Driving Impact.
