The secret to ATTRACTING Mentors? Get crystal clear on THIS first!

How do you identify the right mentors? Because not everybody is going to be the right person to guide you along the way. You can't be knocking at every single door. What are your guiding principles to identify the right people who are going to guide you?

There's two different steps towards that. When I was mentioning that often in terms of finding your purpose is when you find you are lost, and I, I'm, I'm someone who believes that your thought and your intention when they are clear, they're kind of going to help you manifest what you need in your journey. Once you kind of put your thought out there that you would like to find some more purpose, that you would like to find maybe a guide to help you, somehow this person is going to show up. The importance is more for you to be open when the moment is going to happen. So I could say that some of my mentors, especially the one I had early when I was not too aware of having a systematic way of looking for either coaches or mentors, they kind of happen through encounters. Once you have a clear idea of your purpose in terms of where you want to go, then you can start to look for maybe models specifically in your industry who embodies especially the values that you want to eventually embody in your, let's say, your future self.
