Your Calendar is a Mirror: Don't ask what worked in 2025. Ask THIS instead.
25 Nov 2025 · 3 min
Katheline Jean-Pierre walks through a calendar audit: review your past year month by month, tally hours spent on work, health, relationships, and learning, then compare those numbers to what you say matters. She found only three hours a month on health despite calling it a priority. The gap between your calendar and your values is where redesign starts.

Hello, the Top 5% Collective. This is Katheline Jean-Pierre, your podcast host, and we're back. I'm so excited. We're gearing into the week of Thanksgiving and, uh, it's one of my favorite weeks because I think it's so important to give thanks every day. Something I wanna share today is something that I do every single year and even sometimes quarterly as a Fortune 500 executive coach, growth executive, and also someone who's reinvented her career more than once. I use a different framework. So a framework that's rooted in data patterns, but also energy alignment and strategic decision-making. If you want 2026 to feel wildly different, not just optimistically different, let's start with part 1. Part 1 is called the calendar audit. Your calendar's gonna tell you the truth. Your memory's gonna lie to you. Most people ask what went well and what didn't. I don't. I ask, where did I actually spend my time? Open your calendar. Go back month by month and then look at what you actually did, not what you think you did. And then ask yourself, how many hours went to do your job? How many hours was focused on side projects or side businesses? How many hours did you dedicate to your relationship? How many hours did you dedicate to health, rest, or fun? And how much time did you spend learning versus scrolling? How much was reactive firefighting versus strategic work? Then You wanna compare the numbers to your values. Most people are shocked by the gap. I was too. I used to say health was a priority, but truthfully, I was, I used to be top 10% of my gym at the beginning of 2025 and at the end of 2024. But launching my career accelerator, I've been heads down. Haven't been in top 10 in my gym at all. Maybe I've worked out twice a week. And that is not the system that works for me. I used to say health was a priority. My calendar showed 3 hours a month. That's what I did in terms of health. That's not good news. So my words said one thing and then my time said another thing. So whatever your calendar reveals is the truth for your 2025. It's not judgment. It's And data is how we redesign. So part 1 of the full 2026 redesign is really looking at your calendar, and it's called the Calendar Audit. Let's watch the second video to discover what's the part 2 of this redesign. Welcome to Driving Impact.
