Katie Mullen breaks peptides into four groups: GLPs like semaglutide for weight loss, metabolic peptides like MOTS-C for energy, repair peptides like BPC-157 for healing, and brain peptides like C-Max for focus and mood.

Basically, you can break up the peptides into like four general themed buckets, right? So first, you have your big ones, your GLPs. If you're focused on appetite suppression and weight loss, you would look at GLPs, which includes semaglutide, tirzepatide. The new one is retatrutide. It's a GLP three. And then next, you would have your metabolic group, right? So if you're focused on energy and body composition, you would look at peptides like MOTS-C or tesamorlin. And then your third bucket would be the repair and longevity bucket, which would include GHKCU, BPC. C-157, TB-500 for things like healing and anti-aging. Then your last bucket generally would be kind of more of the brain health peptides for focus, mood, neuroprotection. So those would be like your C-Max and your C-Lang peptides. That's a super short version, but I hope it helps. Go check out the video I just posted about it, but that's the general idea.
