Today I'm talking about how overwhelming it was for me to start in general. First thing that was super overwhelming were the names of them, because of course science can't just be like an easy name to remember. It has to be the most complicated alphabet soup of all time. There's so much noise, there's so much conflicting advice, and apparently it's kind of politically charged, which is— I mean, I guess not surprising, but I was surprised and I was like, oh. So what actually helped me start, instead of trying to weed through either weird names, I flipped it and I was like, well, what problem do I want to solve? Is it metabolic, skin, brain health, body recomposition? Start Start there and then work backwards. That's what I did. The second I did that, the whole thing shrank into something that I felt was manageable. If you're overwhelmed, totally normal. That's kind of the mindset that helped me cut through it. So hope it helps.
