Katie Mullen shares her eight-week Redi dosing journey. Starting at 1 mg caused insomnia and racing heart, so she dropped to 0.5 mg and titrated up to 1.75 mg every two weeks. At under 2 mg biweekly she has no side effects and good results, with less appetite suppression than tirzepatide.

When I first started Redi, I started at 1 milligram. It was way too strong. Couldn't sleep, my heart was racing, I couldn't eat anything. So I backed it down to like a half a milligram and then worked my way back up after my body adjusted. And now I'm able to take like 1.75 milligrams like every 2 weeks, and that's been great. Redi doesn't have as much appetite suppression as like tirzepatide. It works a little bit different. So if that's what you're expecting, I would look at tirzepatide instead of Redi. But right now it's working really well. My body definitely adjusted. I don't have any side effects, and it's been great. So 2 and a half-ish months in, maybe, met less than 2 milligrams every 2 weeks. Still a baby tiny dose, but it works for me.
