15 Nov 2025 · 17 min
A short guided meditation led by Kenny Chapman that encourages listeners to relax, accept their present feelings without judgment, release negativity, and affirm their worth and presence. The session guides breathing and body-awareness, offers reframes about identity and drive (letting go of egoic narratives about worth and achievement), and closes with gentle re-orientation cues.

Foreign welcome, my friend. I'm Kenny Chapman. I want to welcome you to a guided meditation I'd like to do together today. And this will be lightly guided. And this is really about you. And I want to remind you there's no wrong way to meditate. The fact that you're here right now, the fact that we're together, is the main point of today's exercise. The fact that you're taking time for yourself, that you're acknowledging your exist, and that you're creating some space in your busy life to allow some truth to manifest is very, very powerful, my friend. So find a comfortable place. Seated or laying down, either one's okay. Eyes open or closed, whatever you're most comfortable with. I prefer seated or laying down with my eyes closed, personally, but whatever works for you. Get comfortable and let's begin. Take a deep breath with me all the way in and all the way out. And just allow yourself to settle in and to relax. Repeat this a couple of more times on your own. As you just settle in, kind of shift the body a little bit, allowing yourself to get comfortable, realizing you're right where you are, are supposed to be. You've chosen this break, this moment in time, for a reason. Whether you picked it consciously or unconsciously, you're here for a specific reason, and I would like you to honor that right now. Acknowledge why you're sitting or laying with me today, why you've chosen to create a space at this moment in time. Allow that to resonate through your body. One more breath with me and release every bit of tension out of your body, all the way through your legs, out at the bottom of your feet. You are relaxed. You're completely relax. You're in a safe place in a safe time, in a safe universe. Nobody's out to get you. Nobody's lurking in the darkness. Nothing has it out for you. You are exactly what and you are meant to be at this moment in time. I want you to just accept whatever feeling you have at this moment. Good, bad, struggle, pain, challenge, fear, anxiety, excitement, love, peace, serenity, joy, excitement, enthusiasm. Whatever it is, just accept it right now, right here. Realize this is not who you are. This does not define you. Whether you're in the moment of a highest high or or lowest low. It is simply a moment in time. Doesn't define you, doesn't make you good, doesn't make you bad, doesn't make you better, doesn't make you worse. Those are all part of the egoic dream the collective consciousness has largely accepted as truth. Say silently with me. This does not have to be me. This is not me. I am truth, I am presence, I am awareness. I am peace. I am love. I am consciousness. You spend a lot of your time doing, pushing, driving, creating. But how much time do you spend accepting and allowing your greatness of peace, of fulfillment, of contentment? There's a limiting belief that's accepted by a lot of driven minded individuals. A belief that says if I allow peace, if I allow contentment, then I will lose my drive and what is it all for? What will I create? Who will I be? I have an identity around being a business owner, or being a business leader, or being a husband or being a wife. This identity is not you, my friend. This identity is an external manifestation of what you choose to create and sometimes what you unconsciously choose to create. Another breath, deepening your relaxation, opening your mind, your body, to allow your divine spiritual connection to deepen, to manifest the curiosity within you that you already have, that you may be denying. As you've often sought the contentment, the peace and the fulfillment from an ego based awareness. Unconsciously buying into the fact that once you have the next million, once you have the next level of business, once you have the next home, car, the next level of life, the next status of life. When the kids are out of the house, when the kids are done with college, when the student loans are paid off, when. When the house is paid off, when the car is paid off, when the second home comes, whatever it is, you've experienced that moment of extreme excitement, extreme celebration, extreme bliss, only to see it wane and slowly dissipate and dissipate and dissipate into that same fear and that same anxiety, that same un natural feeling that is often bought into as the driving force. It's not true, my friend. Say with me internally, it's not true for me. It doesn't have to be my belief. I can have my cake and eat it too, so to speak. I've often said, what is the point of having cake if you can't eat it? Realizing here, today you are here to be happy, to be healthy, to live in a place of wealth as defined by you. To accept and express your own greatness, your next level truth. To say yes to the incredible human being that you are. Feel this right now as you continue to breathe. Feel that energy, feel that confidence, feel that truth. This is who you really are. This is where you create, this is where you manifest. You don't need to honor fear. Fear is a fallacy. Love is truth. You may have been denying Your greatness. You may have been told you're not good enough. You may have created unconscious world behavior patterns, attempting to deal with these false truths. These are not who you are. And as your driven mind might be trying to wander, might be trying to jump into a meeting you have coming up, or reflecting on something that took place yesterday. Don't fight it. Don't resist it. Just release it. The mind is a gift. The mind is the most powerful computer on the world. There's nothing to fight. There's nothing to struggle against. There's just a program to recreate. There's an opportunity for you to say yes to your greatness. I want you to release the negativity that anything that may be left may be residing within you. Any tightness in the chest that's left, let's just release and breathe that out. Deep breath in. Release it. And realize you made this time today for a reason. And you honored what that was when you sat down or laid down, created this moment in time together today. And we never get up from a meditation as the same person that we entered. We have a new level of understanding, a new level of being. And I want you to honor that today. You've done incredible work today, my friend. All progress begins with telling the truth. Stop allowing lies to run your life. I'm not good enough. I'm not worthy. I don't have enough money. There's not good people. I don't have the education, whatever that. That is not your truth. The progress comes from telling yourself the real truth. I am worthy. I am capable. I am right where I'm supposed to be. I have a divine connection that is undeniable. And I have greatness within me that is ready to be expressed to the world. And today, in one small way, in one small step, in one small interaction, I choose to express that greatness. Deep breath in. All the way in. All the way back out. Feel it. Feel how good that feels. Another one in. All the way back out. Wiggle your toes. Wiggle your fingers a little bit. And when you're ready, come back and open your eyes. I want to congratulate you, my friend. The work you're doing right now is the greatest work you'll ever do in your life. And it shows up in everything, in every way, in every form of every interaction, every day. Go make it a better than fantastic day. And I'll see you next time. Thanks for being with me.
