All right, day 204, coffee with Kenny, but happens to be Mountain Dew because it's late in the day again. We're gearing up to get ready to go to California. But first question from Micah Young guy, just getting out of high school, going into professional pride, professional pilot program. He said, I'm scheduled to go, Kenny, I'm starting, I'm gonna go all the way through the ratings. And he said, I was curious about your online ground school. Can it help me get prepared and how does it work? And Micah, that's a great question. Thanks for sending it in. Probably the best option for you is we have just a private pilot membership and you can start out monthly for only $49 a month. The other end of that spectrum is the professional pilot program where you get all of our training all together. It's, of course your option. Whatever you want to do, money wise, I would probably recommend, if you want to start with the knowledge of just getting the private pilot membership, even just go the monthly to kind of check it out and see how it works. But basically it's 120 videos throughout, 20 lessons, starting from the very basic stuff and then working all the way through. So we're helping you prepare for the written test you're gonna have to do for the private, the oral test, the flight test. We help you with all of that information. So basically you just log in from any, any device, iPad, iPhone, desktop, laptop, Android, it doesn't matter. You can use any of your electronic devices to go through the course. And there is a resume course button. So as you're working through it keeps track of what you've completed and what you have not. So you can always log back in even from a different device and pick the course back up. So very shortly. And a short answer is it's a video based program where we help you basically pretty much learn everything. The first 24 hours is what we call the test flight. So you're not even building the first 24 hours. So, Micah, that's what I would do. You're, you're going from high school, right? In the professional pilot program, again, you could go simply as doing the monthly, and then you could always upgrade the professional pilot package. If you're, if you know 100% you're going to do this, go for the big professional pilot package because that has everything, private, commercial, CFI and instrument. I just don't want you to overwhelm yourself with the information. Starting out, focus on private. Then once the private's done, then worry about instrument or commercial and then work through the list. Don't overwhelm yourself in the beginning. Start out very basic with just a private pilot. So with that being said, we're getting ready to take off this week. Gloria's holding the camera for me today. We're out just enjoying the evening, cruising around the lake. And we want you to know that. I want you to send in your questions for California Highway Patrol. That's where we'll be next weekend. We're heading to California this week. We're leaving on Tuesday. So day Tuesday is travel. We're going to hit Alcatraz. We're going to go visit Brian Rutledge. And then on the weekend, we're going to do the CHP thing. So if you've got specific questions, put them below this video and we'll come back before the interview at CHP and make sure we can update the questions you've left down below. For the guys at chp. They did contact me and invited me out there to do a coffee with Kenny. They want to talk about the future need for helicopter pilots. And everybody says there's not a shortage. Here is a training officer from California Highway Patrol that says they're going to be short qualified people in the next several years. So I'm going there to visit with them. They've invited me to a ride along, which is freaking awesome. I'm so excited about that. So send in your questions now so we can kind of have a list, tally up a list of questions so that I can ask the guys from chp. And the gentleman I'm going to be meeting is one of their training officers. So not only does he fly patrol in the helicopter, he's also a training officer. So he is in the thick of what's going on in that. In that aviation unit. So we're going to wrap it up. Subscribe the channel. Give me a. When you subscribe, click the little bell so you'll be notified of our daily video. Going to be a lot of cool stuff coming up over the next two weeks. So send in your questions about the California Highway Patrol and members. We're gonna be Sacramento, San Francisco area, and then we may head down to the Southern California for a few days before we head back home. So put your comments down below and we'll see you tomorrow in day 205. Peace out.
