Hey, great people. I'm Kenston Henderson, Chief Empowering Officer at Live Well for Life and the creator of Culture Transformation in the Workplace: The 7 Keys to Create and Cultivate Racial Equity online course. I'm also a TEDx Signature Speaker, a certified John Maxwell Leadership Speaker and Trainer, a Culture Transformation Champion. You know, most recently while in Nairobi, Kenya, I received the ICN of Dr. Estelle Collins' Generational Leader Award. I'm also the author of the book/workbook called Winning Conversations: How to Communicate Successfully and Courageously About Race. You see, I have over 18 years of HR experience and 20+ years of experience helping people in groups, small to mid-sized organizations, call the best versions of themselves. And so I I recently did a TEDx talk called "Can We Talk?" that was based on racial reconciliation. And as a speaker and a trainer who focuses on leadership development, diversity, equity, inclusion, conflict management, and effective communication, the goal continues to be to equip people who are engaging in what can be deemed as uncomfortable conversations with the necessary skills to have winning conversations. I also call those necessary conversations, those conversations that build and foster healthy relationships through respect, empathy, and maturity. You see, that TEDx talk turned into a workbook for groups and organizations to dive in together to have those necessary conversations so that they not only have better conversations but create more inclusive and racially equitable cultures. Cultures. You know, since then, I've been speaking at HR conferences and organizations far and wide, carrying this framework forward. And so now my mission is to share this framework with you so that you can finally have a step-by-step guide for how to ignite the cultural transformation you know, you know your organization needs. Now, now I know from firsthand experience that developing a workplace culture that has racial equity, inclusivity, and belonging is no small task. But you have the guidance and a framework to follow. When you have that, it becomes possible and extremely rewarding. So every workplace can be an environment where racial equity exists and every employee deserves to work in such a culture. I repeat, every employee deserves to work in such a culture as that. I'm excited to show you how your organization can begin to make this critical shift and become a culture that is more just, equitable, and inclusive for your employees as well as yourself. So I can't wait to go on this journey with you. So click on the link in my bio or in the post below. I'll see you soon. Take care.
