As a professional speaker and professional HR professional, but I still attend professional development workshops, classes, conferences. Why? Because I want to continue to be great in those areas. Okay, you got to stay humble. That's a mindset. That's a game-changing mindset. Stay humble, but be great. Y'all hear me? Stay humble but be great. And the way you do that is continue to invest in yourself so that way you can invest in others. That's that way you can be at your best when you are doing what you do. So whatever you say you desire to do, get around people who are levels above you, uh, levels where you are, and then levels below you so that way you can continue to mentor, coach, be coached, be mentored, and you get better.
