In this 5‑minute keynote demo reel, Kenston Henderson, Chief Empowerment Officer at Live With Life, energizes the audience with a call‑and‑response chant and then diagnoses a broken organizational culture, citing common hollow phrases like “let’s circle back” that breed disengagement. He frames cultural change as a shift from “broken culture” to a “Game Changer” culture, asserting that every attendee is a leader and an architect of culture. Drawing on his experience as a speaker, coach, and author, Henderson outlines four concrete keys to a Game Changer mindset: (1) Self‑leadership – showing up and managing one’s energy even when unseen; (2) Resilience – confronting fear rather than fleeing; (3) Curiosity – asking questions to build trust and drive growth; and (4) Connection – fostering belonging so people feel seen, heard, and valued. Throughout, he uses repetitive affirmations (“I am a game changer,” “I change the game”) to reinforce personal accountability and motivate the audience to embody these behaviors, positioning cultural transformation as an individual responsibility that collectively reshapes the organization.

Hey, great people, game-changer leaders. I'm so pumped, I'm so excited, I'm so honored to be here with you today. It's about to go up in here. Are you ready? I want you to repeat after me. I can, I will, I must be the epic game changer I was meant to be. Repeat after me. I am a game changer. I am A game changer. Put your chest in it and say, "I am a game changer." Let's be honest, we've all been in meetings where someone says, "Let's circle back," or, "Let's stick a pin in it," and we all know that's usually code word for nothing's really going to happen. You see, these small phrases, these cultural habits, they add up, and what they add up to is disengagement, confusion, sadness, Silence. So before we can even talk about fixing culture, we have to admit that it's first broken. I call this shift from broken culture to game changer culture. Hi, I'm Kenston Henderson, Chief Empowerment Officer at Live With Life. I am a professional speaker, professional development group coach and facilitator, and author. You see, leadership is influence, nothing more and nothing less. And I wholeheartedly believe that everyone in this room, from the front to the back of the room, is a leader. You are the architects of culture. You matter. You change the game. And after working with teams across industries, I found there are 4 keys that unlock the Game Changer mindset. These aren't just buzzwords. These are the behaviors that change culture from the inside out. Key number 1, self-leadership. You see, self-leadership is about showing up even when no one's watching. Game changers don't just manage time, they also manage energy. Key number 2, resilience. Even when fear shows up, and it will, you have 2 choices. Forget everything and run, or you can choose to face everything and rise. Key Key number 3, curiosity. It's what gets us from comfort to growth. When we ask questions, that's when trust gets built. That's when culture begins to shift. Key number 4, connection. Game changers don't isolate, they connect. In fact, my quote simply says, "If you're doing life alone, you're doing it all wrong." Because when people feel seen, heard, and valued, they show up much differently. Because culture doesn't change when we point fingers. It changes when someone stands up and says, "It starts with me." You are the architect of culture. You matter. You change the game. In fact, repeat with me: I change the game. Go ahead and say it again: I change the game. You are a game changer, and I need you to show up and be the game changer you was created to be.
